After I mentioned it was my first time, he suggested ordering from the kiosk since it's much easier to browse the full menu there than trying to read the menu board. It definitely made the whole ordering process a lot easier. I went with the cinnamon bun iced latte, and it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and didn't taste artificial. For breakfast, I ordered the egg sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda. I have to give them credit for offering Gouda! It's not something you see very often at coffee shops, and as someone who loves Gouda, it was an easy choice. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and really well made. I ordered my typical order, medium iced coffee with a shot of vanilla and almond milk. The employee behind the counter was very confused when I ordered a "shot of vanilla" as she told me they only have vanilla swirl. Being that I visit Dunkin quite often, I know this is incorrect. She even went as far to show me the vanilla swirl pump and I kindly explained to her that is not what I wanted or what I was talking about. The swirl has too much sugar, and the "shot" is sugar free. After about 5 minutes, something clicked and she realized what I was talking about. She made my coffee and told me to try it before I left as she would remake it if it was wrong. I took a sip and it was perfect. I suggest employees get better training in order to make customer's drinks correct.
