Usually I enjoy coming to this location. However the other day I placed an order and the barista had said my name, handed it to me and I went on my way. I'm drinking it in my car and it didn't taste like my order. I look and the cup wasn't in my name. I went back in to explain that I must have grabbed the wrong one. The cashier said okay and asked them to make a new one. However the guy working in back made a fuss about it. Trying to tell me that that's my drink but they put it in the wrong cup... That I don't understand. I explained to him that that wasn't my name on the cup and that that didn't taste like my drink. He insisted it was. I asked for another and he made it with an attitude. This review is based solely on the Cold Brew Coffee. I want to say thank you for ruining all my iced coffees in the future. This is by far the best iced coffee i have ever had, hands down. Smooth, great taste and cold. My only complain is the Trenti (whatever the hell its called) is not big enough. Also this location rocks on how fast they get people in and out the drive thru. He always greets me when I'm there (and his customers in general) and he does a great job running the establishment. They have a lot of seating inside and its quiet in the mornings. There are three Starbucks within this area: this one, the one in Hasbrouck Heights that doesn't have a drive thru, and the one on Meadow Road that does. This one is my absolute least favorite. The other two are friendly, get my order right, and I'm in and out rather quickly. This Starbucks literally never gets my order right, and when I tell them, I get an attitude in return. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, and I'm always understanding of an employee at any place making simple human mistakes, but this is literally every single time that my order is wrong, or it just tastes terrible. Better off taking the extra five minutes to drive to either of the two other Starbucks that are incredibly close by. read more

This Starbucks is consistently terrible. They are not efficient when it comes to in-store and mobile orders. I shouldn't have to wait 15+ minutes for a simple drip coffee. They do not make good use of their employees: two will be running around like crazy (but ignoring mobile orders), the cashier will be doing nothing, and two other employees will be hiding in the back not helping. They have also been out of dark roast every time I have been there. When you ask about your drip coffee mobile order after 15 minutes, the cashier (with no line at the counter) finds the ticket and then says they will get to it shortly and does not offer to just go and get it herself. Just take a cup, pour the coffee--it is not rocket science to service the customer. I will be sticking to the Starbucks on Meadow Road which has incredible customer service compared to this location. read more

They've recently renovated this location and it is soo much better. Very clean and pretty. It is a great study spot with plenty of outlets. It is still a little chilly inside so be sure to bring an extra layer, but I suppose that is because of the window being open for the drive through so I'm not sure that will ever change. The only thing that is disappointing is that they've sometimes messed up my order or taken forever to make it. I get that they are very busy and stuff like that happens. When that happens they gladly fix it, and the staff is always nice. Bathrooms are big and clean. I wish they'd use a differently scented cleaning product for the bathroom, but that's probably a Starbucks-wide thing that is not going to change. read more

This is the worst starbucks I've ever been to in my life. After a dozen visits or so I've realized that none of the baristas there listen (esp the kids at the drive through window) My drink was made wrong every time despite me being very clear and concise with ordering. I've been charged incorrectly several times and the staff doesn't seem to concerned about being more efficient. I am always asked my name for the cup and my name is four letters long which I spell each time and it has ALWAYS come out wrong. Oh well, why pay for a headache when you can go to any number of better bux. read more

all starbucks are the same? methinksnot. i ordered on my app, and went inside, stood where i was supposed to stand, like normal. usually when someone is done with their order they look up and acknowledge me... 5 minutes the girl didn't see me, if i can see her, she can see me. its called peripheral vision lol... the store was empty mind you, drive through was hoppin as usual. this girl looks up at me after 5 minutes and says, did you order? i said yes it was mobile, she said "your supposed to tell me its mobile" i get my coffee and go. OK, first off, I'm not going to scream "HEY YO MOBILE ORDER OVER HERE" when you clearly look busy and haven't had a second to even acknowledge me. thats not how i roll... the girl was short with long blonde hair, petite, idk if that helps but stay away from her, not so nice. read more

I tried the Dunkin Donuts on Rt. 17 south in Carlstadt where a man accidentally left his money clip on the counter & the woman working there on the am shift watched the man leave without saying anything about leaving it behind. Five stars isn't for the coffee or drinks because while I think Starbucks is definitely decent, it clearly isn't the best coffee/espresso you can get. However, I have found that this is an excellent Starbucks and one I go to usually a couple of times per week. I recently got an internship further north on Route 17 and this place has been awesome. No matter how long the drive thru line seems, it doesn't take more than 10 minutes from when you get in the line to when you get your order. They are really efficient! Drinks have always been well made which is something that lacks at other Starbucks drive-thrus I have gone to. I have also gotten breakfast and it has been hot and without any issues. I always pay through my phone with the Starbucks app so I can get rewards. I've been inside a couple of times and it's fairly small but there are several tables. Ran in here for a quick bite. I got a vanilla bean frap, which was delicious, but my friend got a skim decaf coffee frap that was strangely bitter, even after a lot of sugar. The cake pops are DELICIOUS (we got tiramisu and vanilla) and on sale $1 each! Service was nice, but I can't get over that odd coffee frap. read more
