The service was not the best they close at 9 and it was 6:30 and they were acting like it was closed. One of my drink was messed up . Yes I can say they fixed it but they took forever . I work in food so I get it gets hard but there was no one in the store or in the drive thru at all they took 20 minutes. I just feel like there attention was not on making are drinks and more on play around in the store . I will be going again but just not the best . read more

This is an exceptional Starbucks location. It's also a very popular one, if you intend to use the drive thru when they're rushed be patient and know that inside they are moving very quickly to satisfy their customers. I'm impressed with the speed and the fact they remain courteous to guests who come inside. When you come inside you'll enjoy a large seating area and a few nice comfy chairs - so bring a laptop, tablet or just whip out your phone and enjoy your favorite morning or afternoon brew. read more

Yesterday was my birthday 8/29 and in my inbox, I received a free birthday drink that was redeemable until 8/30 (today). On 8/29, my friend said to save the reward and she'd treat me, so I did. We're on a road trip to Dewey Beach right now and I wanted to redeem my birthday drink...upon looking at my inbox, the message for my birthday drink was no longer there!!! I told my husband that I would explain to someone in Starbucks! (Because i would be upset - since I could have used it on 8/29 but it said it was redeemable til 8/30). Anyway, we stopped at this Starbucks and initially they said it would automatically pop-up--but it didn't! It's a good thing that they made a conscious decision to give me my birthday treat either way! I'm writing a review too cos I'm so particular with my drinks, and this was made well!! Inadequate service at this location. Stopped there during the morning passing through the area and for some reason the energy was off. It started with simply being without basic essentials. Asked for a certain drink and they were out of it sort of like when McDonald's say their shake machine is broken. So okay we ordered something else, but once at the window we were met with we don't have certain items that are again basic such as hot sauce(Sriracha) and we actually had to ask for straws but I feel these things should be offered with great service. We asked for hot water because the oatmeal was super dry and after leaving the location we also discovered forks for our oatmeal, I mean no attention to detail. I felt like we were bothering them with the visit after all most of the staff were standing around. I feel like it doesn't cost anything to provide good quality service but it can cost a lot when it's the opposite after all I don't typically do reviews. Went through drive thru and put a mobile order in and never would it imagine that it would be an issue. The lady who was at the place you order made the comment we would have to wait because we put our order in "less then a minute ago" we said okay that's fine and after she hands us the last drink she makes another smart comment about our mobile order. Well, it's Starbucks. They're all about the same. My Chai Latte was brewed quickly, and tasted as it should. The staff was friendly, and amazingly, got my name right. Not many people were in the store, but the music was turned up way too loud. Parking is pretty good for a store of this size, and entry is easy from the highway. This Starbucks needs some attention! Bathrooms are gender neutral which is gross because there's urine on the floor in front of toilets. No toilet paper to make matters worse. I ordered a cold foam cold brew but that's not what I got. What they gave me was an iced coffee with a TON of milk and NO coffee. I threw the whole thing out. I ordered a turkey bacon bfast sandwich which was luke warm at best and since it wasn't melted the top half of the english muffin fell off. I've traveled a lot for work in the past 20 years. Must have visited at least 200 Starbucks by now, in the US and abroad. This is among the best of the best. Fast, friendly, clean. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Albeit probably don't have to grapple with the volume of Midtown Manhattan or an airport, but still. Great spot, wish I lived closer to stop in more than once. So here's the thing half the staff are amazing and know exactly what they're doing, they're knowledgeable and friendly. The other half are very inexperienced, mess up the orders, and are borderline rude . You don't necessarily know who you'll get on what day but overall the morning shift seem to be a lot better. Never before did I think a Starbucks could be such an inspirational and life changing experience until I visited this beautiful location in Easton. The shear quality of their staff was that of a gourmet restaurant, not that of a chain coffee shop. The drink I ordered from this location was not just on par with that of other Starbucks I have visited but far surpassed those menial stores I had previously visited. Driving home from a wedding and drove through this Darth Vader inspired Starbucks. The gentleman who took our order had the best radio voice and confirmed our order ever so politely. Then coming around to pick up our order, another gentleman was quick, helpful and polite. Highly recommend stopping by should you be in the area! read more

Hadn't been to this Arcadia St Starbucks in over 8 months since our last visit to Easton but sad to say it had deteriorated significantly. From being one of the best in the area, my wife and I were treated to dirty floors and sticky tables inside. Bathrooms were also unclean. Coffee was perfect though. Perhaps they were just short staffed but just after 12 noon it was quiet and the floors did not look like they had been swept that day. read more

Beautiful new store with a DRIVE THRU! This area definitely needed a stand alone Starbucks so I'm glad they finally have one. Somewhat friendly service but seems hard hearing if they would turn down there music. Be sure to ask for a recipe or they will mess up on your order and to watch them when it comes to asking for pumps because they will cheat you out of your pumps and if anything goes wrong with your drink and if its anything in it that you didn't ask for they will make it seem as if its your fault. Theres better starbucks in that area then this start-bucks 10-folds better read more

i ordered a drink asking for extra van cold foam and i got sweet cream instead and at the window when i asked for the drink to be remade they added the foam and handed it right out the window... other days i go i get great drinks and great service! i think training needs to be established with ALL new employees. read more

Ive been here almost daily since they opened. This store has some of the friendliest counter staff of any business I've been to. I'm not hugely familiar with Starbucks newest specialty drinks and when I ask for help ordering they are patient and make good recommendations. I use the drive thru for most of my stops and they are very efficient. I have been inside a few times and the seating is comfy and tables have a place to plug in your electronics. I'm looking forward to outside seating when the temps aren't so hot. The cold refresher drinks and shaken teas are all delicious. Hot coffee drinks have been on point. Food and pastries, while prepacked, are good. Breakfast sandwiches are served piping hot. I've had the chicken and quinoa bowl salad twice and it's really good. Cake pop is the bomb. I traveled through three states and when I travel through Maryland my home state, Easton being my hometown, it is very disappointing that I have to go into a grocery store to get a good cup of coffee from Starbucks. It seems as though because I drink green tea sometimes and because I travel in an hour or so before they close sometimes just making the margin, I am told they are out of green tea. This is a discrepancy between the "person in charge" and the District manager or others @ the top. Last week I was again told they were out of green tea at 5:30 p.m. Tonight, I tried to pre-order my drink at 5:45 p.m. only to find the app was unavailable to pre-order again so I drove into order, placed my order at the speaker, the gentleman read it back correctly to me and I drove to the window. The drinks were made incorrectly and I let him know these were not correct. The gentleman told me I asked for green tea only another flub up from Starbucks. Now telling me there is no way they can correct and I am out of two drinks. I asked for a large lemonade so I can add this to my drink and he said I'm closed. This is not service and I don't think Starbucks corporate would be happy with this! This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks company EVER!!! The music was so darn loud in there I could barely talk over it! Maybe if they turn the music down they could hear better! The service and the people are great. The coffee is Starbucks quality. The only thing is that the the Wifi is absolutely horrible. It is impossibly slow. It is the worst I have ever tried to use in a public setting. Don't bother coming in, go right to the drive thru. I emailed the district manager about the problem but, got no response at all. If you want to do some work go down to Dover street to RiseUp, which is the next street down next to the Walgreens and make a right. Great Wifi, cool people and great coffee. read more
