Me and my bestie, Payton were on our way home from tumbling feeling ravenous. We quickly drove to a Starbucks at Center Grove graving a grilled cheese. However their oven was broke!! So, we scurried our little booties over to the Starbucks on Goshen road and we were greeted by this fabulous man by the name of Andrew. He informed us that they were out of grilled cheeses. We proceeded to tell him that we already been to one location and their oven was broke so this kind fella informed us that if we scurried back over to the center Grove location and brought the frozen grilled cheeses back. He would warm them up for us. So we did what we were told and it succeeded. I am now eating it while writing this. Overall, if you see Andrew at the Goshen Starbucks give him a pat on the back and a promotion. read more

This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to in regard to quality of product. I order the same drink at all Starbucks and it's never made correct here and it's never made the same twice here. The workers are always kind and considerate but just working off sheer rush. If you go in, there is always a wall of to go orders. I was once told they were an hour behind and my drink would take up to 30 mins. I was the ONLY one in line and there were 2-3 cars in the drive thru. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT. read more

There are very nice people working, but they are understaffed, and there is a lack of a sense of urgency. I waited 12 minutes after placing my order only to find out that because I went in I was in line with all of the mobile orders, and I was still number eight in line to get my drink. They kindly offered me a refund, but that really didn't solve the problem. They were out of the seasonal drink. I want it anyway so I should've just cut my losses early. read more

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. The wait for inside orders was 25 to 30 minutes. They didn't mention this until we'd waited for 20. I've been to Starbucks in many cities, states, countries, and airports, hotels and casinos. I have never waited even half as long as this. MUST READ: Starbuck's CARES about YOU! I unfortunately was in accident out front of this store and after the reports were taken and the cars towed away, I entered to store to try and get warm and truthfully process all that had happened just a few minutes earlier while I waited for my wife to pick me up. A cup a coffee, I thought, would be really nice so I went to order my usual... As per normal, the employees asked how I was doing and I shared that I had just experienced an accident and was waiting for my wife to come get me. They were generous enough to listen and offer their support as I explained the situation. To top it off, they offered the coffee on the house. Yes, maybe just a free cup of coffee but man it meant more than a 20oz caffeine boost to me. I did a mobile app order today and ordered to the wrong location. I showed up here and when they couldn't find my order and I realized what I did, I was mortified and offered to pay in cash for my order due to the giant line behind me. They were so kind to me and told me it happens all the time and they would take care of me. I was blown away. I usually go to this Starbucks all the time and the line is always long and was today. A man pulled out of the line in front of me and when I got up there they almost gave me the wrong food but I said something and she still charged me for his order even after I said my bill should be lower. I didn't wanna even argue since I just simply asked why it was so high for a coffee and Pastry. But I paid $5 more even after trying to fix it. I was just aggravated and over it so I left. My order was completely wrong, they forgot to give me my other items and when I spoke up about it they made it seem as though I did not pay for that item. I was just in complete astonishment. My son and I were in line in the drive through patiently awaiting his cake pop, and my caramel macchiato. Probably one of my least favorite Starbucks location mainly because of its constant chaotic state housed in the smallest of buildings. The drive thru lines are usually long and ridiculous and if you decide to go inside to save time you might run into yet another line with a not so quick return time for your drink order. Not much planning went into the parking lot or size of this Starbucks when it was placed in Edwardsville. They are in need of a new location. My suggestion download the app, pay ahead, park (good luck) and go inside and pick up your order. As far as parking goes: I would recommend not parking near the entrance, as the drive thru like may prohibit a quick and speedy entrance/exit. If the cars in the drive thru line are not blocking the pass lane, then you can drive around the building and find parking away from the constant flow of coffee lovers. read more

Every time I visit my orders are ready to go. They make sure the items are packaged correctly ie the labels are correct # of bags in order. They are friendly, verifying the order is correct so you're not grabbing the wrong items. They're always busy when I am there and it never seems to change their mood. This is definitely the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. There were 4 people behind the counter and it still took about 15 min to get a drink. 2 people were handling the drive-through, 1 was cleaning and the person that took my order at the counter disappeared for about ten minutes, then came back and went on a 10 min break. I got to watch many drive-through drinks go out and finally after a solid 15 minutes I received mine. I wish 222 Artisan was closer I would never step foot in this place. read more

This is just a Starbucks! It's the same as every other Starbucks! When you're there, you're nowhere in particular. The service is fast and friendly, the coffee tastes good, and the food is good for frozen, pre-made stuff of unknown and presumably distant origin. If you're in Edwardsville, go to Main St. and get locally roasted coffee at 222 or Sacred Grounds, unless you simply don't have time to leave Hwy. 159. It's just a Starbucks, the staff are nice and all the basics. But they mess up my drink every time. I usually get a Mocha Frappe with an extra shot, call me basic if you will. They ALWAYS give me a Carmel frappe with no espresso. Which I cannot stand. To make things worse, when I say it's not what I ordered they just dump chocolate sauce in there and mix it up. No shot, no caffeine, just sugary syrup that will upset my stomach. I've never met someone who willingly drinks Carmel frappes. Always mistakes. Better off making my own coffee than to spend 5 bucks on a shit cup of cold sugar. read more

Starbucks food and drinks are pretty much the same wherever you go... We like that. What sets this location apart and gives it that extra special Midwest flair is the insane drive-thru line. Consistent 18-23 minutes waiting. Fine for those who have plenty of time on their hands to sit and do nothing while spitting out car exhaust and burning gas. Just for fun, no one seems to know what to do when the line extends into the Best Buy parking lot and entrance. If I could, I would open my own coffee/food location right across the street and show live video of the Starbucks line on an app. read more
