Starbucks on Mesa near I-10 is always very busy and it may take a while to get your order but if you order on the app ahead of time definitely helps. Their staff is on point yet always very happy. I love going to a business and feel the welcoming energy staff provides due to their positive work environment. This is one of the places you may experience that. The drinks and are totally reliable no issues with that. I do wish they had a bigger parking lot. If you visit this location around 3pm it is not as busy. read more

This Starbucks associate bought 14 of the holiday tumblers with the rhinestones before anyone could buy product this morning. This associate left zero for anyone to purchase. I am baffled and disgusted that you as a company allow your team members to do this. Second time in a couple week I have gone in the evening. Service is terrible. Cashier at The window left me sitting there while she had my drink in front of her. This was a convenient location for us. We were visiting for a volleyball Tournament. My only issue is the parking lot. It is very small and when there is a line at the drive thru it is hard to back out of your parking spot. read more

Mobile ordered and walked in to pick up. Both drinks were wrong. The white mocha was an unsweetened version of a regular mocha... undrinkable and the cold brew was only 2/3 full and was told it's always that way. Not true considering I've ordered it across the country filled to the top. read more

Whenever I'm in a Starbucks I'm probably try to work on something or other while hiding from anyone who possibly knows me because I probably have a bun on top of my head. This Starbucks is generally good for this purpose. A pretty small Starbucks and it stays pretty busy since it's located so close to I-10. Snagging a table can be a little tricky, but luckily there are overflow tables outside. I have noticed that this S-bucks stays open later than the one up the street by Albertsons so major points for that. I wish the chairs were more comfortable here. My order usually comes out pretty fast here. And staff is pretty peppy. I've never gone through the drive through, but what I do know is the parking lot generally sucks. It's a tad small and a lot of times you'll find yourself in a jam waiting for people to get their sh!t together. Other than that though, I like this Starbucks. read more

Great Starbucks with a smaller location than most. However, the service is by far the best I've received as I've traveled across the US. The manager, Alex, seemed to know most of his morning guests by name and was very enthusiastic in greeting them as they walked through the door. Staff is very efficient and churns drinks and food out quickly. Other than the smaller location, there is lots of construction around this Starbucks making it a pain to navigate at times. read more

I went at 8:45pm and they had the doors locked before closed hours.

They served me a Matcha latte with a freaking BUG in it! And when I called they just offered to make me another drink... I told the manager I didn't want another drink all I wanted was for them to check their inventory and make sure that they're not serving everyone bugs! So mad and disgusted that they think making me another drink will make me forget that I just drank almost an entire (venti) latte with a bug in there the whole time.. read more

Very rude counter girl (dyed hair & mole on lip - late 30a maybe) other staff is fine but service is slow & there's 6 behind the counter

This is one of the slowest drive-thru's in the morning, and sometimes during the day. I recommend if you're in a hurry, you walk in, it's faster service. The reason this is my go-to Starbucks, is only because it's next to my house, and next to the freeway. Otherwise, it's kind of bad. It's bad because the drive-thru takes forever, and that may be the customers fault sometimes, for ordering every single item on the menu (because I have seen people receive drinks upon drinks and bags of food in one trip). The line does take forever, though, and I do see people returning their drinks often. I've had to return my drinks a couple of times because they just weren't made right. Also, when you're done ordering, the girl tells you to have your payment ready when you reach the window. Maybe I'm being petty, but I think this is a bit rude to actually state it. Some drive thru's have a sign saying this, which is fine, I understand many people space out and realize they have to pay for their order once they reach the window. But it's a completely different thing to tell the customer "Hey Buster, wake up, get your act together and have your money ready so you won't hold the line up with your payment." Overall, the store is well kept, the girls are usually friendly, if they're not trying to rush your order because they are very backed up, and it's a convenient location. read more

Typical Starbucks... Staff is efficient and friendly, though perhaps a bit less "fun" than some locations. Sad that they didn't carry sugar-free chai syrup for chai lattes, but that seems to be really hit or miss at any location. Vanilla mini scones (1) are a decent indulgence, though, at 120 calories, you could splurge and have a glazed Krispy Kreme for 200. Calories aren't usually a concern, so my usual order of a latte breve and slice of lemon loaf cake would have probably been perfect today. Lesson? Starbucks is probably not going to stay on my "treat menu" list for managing to be both light and flavorful for now. Edit - Sitting and enjoying my latte (yummy, but super sweet) - I noticed how battered this location is. Floor has a fair amount of (customer generated) refuse, upholstered chairs showing signs of wear and look quite dusty, displays are clean and in good repair, but finish on wood paneling in front of batista area is in terrible shape. Maybe it's the time of day and the lighting conditions. I'm usually here with friends and we sit outside in the evenings. :( read more

A smaller Starbucks than the other 2 on Mesa, so there isn't as much seating room for hanging out in groups, that's actually a good thing considering how packed the other 2 get. Good location to grab a quick drink or snack, their drive-thru service is quick and efficient. read more

Pretty crappie customer service. I'm a cali kid so I've seen what it should look like. The gentlemen who took my order was a bit inexperienced to say the least. Then, without even washing his hands, he proceeded to make my order that he ended up getting wrong. I asked a different lady to make the order and she copped a small attitude. I'm sorry, but after you've just handled cash, you don't go fondle someone's tea bags. Major key ...and not to mention both of my orders were NASTY and rushed through. read more

So I had a bad experience last time I was here. But I decided to try again. Well, that didn't go well again. It took a very long time for me to get my drink, keep in mind this is a small location so the time should not be that bad. Especially when there is no line. Well, I arrived asking for a simple frapp with extra chips ONTOP then some whipped cream. I get it blended in. I let them know HOW it's wrong. One of the girls, tells another to fix it. She then gives it back soon after. I took it and noticed the awesome chips just thrown ONTOP of the whipped cream like I DIDNT want. Method to my madness... While I enjoy my drink the whole chips ONTOP will slowly blend with the drink and the whipp. When I get to the bottom I get a nice thick muddy slush of Java whip and drizzle. Again this location failed me in not providing that experience. They don't seem to sweep often either. read more

This Starbucks is right on my way to work, so I stop by nearly every single morning. I'm not normally one to write reviews, but I just wanted to say how much I adore the staff here- Holly always remembers me and my usual order, she's like the worlds greatest drive through worker of all time, and Yasmin and Alex and Zack are all so incredibly friendly and sweet. This is my go-to Starbucks. They do a great job. I pretty much never order anything stock off the menu, everything has something added or something left out...yes, I'm a pain! 99% of the time, they get it right, and on those rare occasions when they don't, are patient and pleasant about fixing it. Nice baristas who work incredibly hard. My only negative would be that they need more seating inside, like what they've got at the Starbucks by UTEP. read more

Although there is a Starbucks closer to our house, we used to drive to this one because the drinks were consistently better made and the service was friendly and timely. But our last several visits have been significantly less pleasant, with drinks poorly executed and cups underfilled, and oddly, noticeably grumpier staff. This is really not that big of a deal, but coupled with the *insane* roadwork/construction surrounding the store, I recommend visiting a different location. read more

I went to this location with my daughters bridesmaids so we could plan my daughters bridal shower and one of the employees came over and told us we needed to quiet down. starbucks coffee is starbucks coffee. you know what you're going to get. however here you have the added benefit of getting your coffee with a side of attitude. We went through the drive through (my friend in the drivers seat) and he ordered a coffee for himself and a "skinny caramel frap- no whip or syrup" for me. the girl on the mic went off on him and said "thats what skinny means- no whip or syrup" then went on to say "I can't even deal with you right now" and got off of the mic and a guy came on and finished taking our order. what a total asshole. yes- in my head "skinny" means no whip or syrup- however I have ordered just a skinny without specifying and they gave it to me with whip and syrup. I've also been asked after i order a "skinny" anything if i'd like whip. but for the love of god- get over yourself! read more

As a starbucks store, this place just left a flying bug in the pastry refrigerator for more than 10 mins. I don't know if they take it out after I left the store. But I did literally tell the lady who works here that there is a flying bug was flying inside the refrigerator and it just landed on a piece of chocolate chip cookie. She said oh okay I see it and she didn't TAKE it out!!!!! She just turned around and continue doing what she was doing ..... I'm so surprised about this starbucks.... read more

It's unfortunate you dont have the choice to select less than 1 star which is your worth right now. I've been through your Drive thru several times over the last month and your service has gone into the toilet, with a wait Over at least 15 min with just 2 cars ahead of you. Your waits are excessive and unwarranted. Your service is no where near the sincerity it was a year ago and your waits are unacceptable. I would even guess that anyone who online orders are still waiting for you which is unfortunate. Seems as though your shop is mismanaged, understaffed and lacks any sense of what customer service means to your business. If Schultz knew this operation was functioning this way, it would be shut down immediately and you all would be fired! Hope you realize what it means to give service and you return to what you were. Until then Dunkin is my friend not just from a service but a price standpoint! read more
