Instead of politely explaining the situation or apologizing, the staff came across as rude and dismissive. If you plan to stop serving 30 minutes before closing, your hours should reflect that so customers don't waste their time driving over. Closing early is one thing, but being unfriendly to customers about it is another. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

We weren't there that early, but there was a little bit of line when we got there. The line did move along pretty well and we were greeted at the kiosk by a friendly voice. When I got to the window, I got my order and paid and was on my way. The coffee was hot. It was not bitter, and the staff was friendly. The burrito I ordered was filled with potatoes, egg, and hatch chiles. The salsa was spicy. 2Ten provides you good service, good coffee, in and out.
