Yes, this is my favorite Starbucks. I don't visit them as often; their prices have increased a bit too much, for my liking. When I do visit, they usually have a special going on, or I'm craving one of my usuals. The staff, as a whole, has always been a joy! I saw they had their seasonal flavored matchas and I wanted to try the lavender. Don't! Lavender Frappe: I recently completed a review for The Clove Cafe in Hurst; this is the perfect example of what I mentioned in that review. Take a look if you get a moment, they're so sweet and are worth the visit. Starbucks is a huge fan of flavoring its drinks with syrups, particularly its seasonal specialty drinks. My review for the Clove, their matcha was flavored through the foam, which eliminated the artificial taste of the syrup. I want to pick up my cup and not see syrup floating on the bottom, which ruins the overall taste and experience. I can not and will not recommend this one. I have gone to this Starbucks SEVERAL times and it's been randomly closed, no real reason as to why. Not all stores are created equal. I must have ran into someone finishing up their morning shift. When I got my order it was very obvious to me it wasn't made correctly. I'm not one to complain ever but it was barely a drink at all. I did end up going to the barista and letting her know she made my order incorrectly because light ice doesn't mean fill the cup up and barely put any coffee in. She insisted she made it correctly and can give me a side of milk to fill it up if I wanted to. She said she put in a small scoop of ice in a grande cup. The picture speaks for itself. It's been a while since I met someone at Starbucks unwilling to apologize or see my point of view. We all know I love my Starbucks. This one has been great since it opened. Always friendly, gets your drinks right, moves fast, the drive through line is setup so it doesn't stretch out to the highway. So why 3 stars? Well, ever since COVID started they have the funkiest ever changing hours! Closing at 1 pm everyday during Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Mocha season?! Who does that?! Why?! And yes there is a Starbucks down the street on Glade that's open longer and one in Target and maybe even one in Albertson's but this one is just more convenient sometimes. I mean go to downtown Chicago or NYC and there are Starbucks locations across the street from each other and it definitely makes sense. If they could all get their hours together that would be great. This Starbucks is new & pretty. Me & my bestie take turns going to get our pick me ups I always take my grand-dog unless I'm on my way to work. I always order the same thing ever other day venti iced blonde white chocolate mocha non-fat milk no whip personal cup & a venti iced white choc. Mocha no whip personal cup. They always make it strong & good. It never fails that if I have my grand-dog w/me they all come running to window to give her attention (that she loves) they offer her a pup cup(cup of whip) Which we always except because she loves it! There was always only one time that we waited longer than 5 min & as soon as we got to the window the cashier handed us 2 gift cards for our next visit for both us to get free drinks. i always come to this starbucks but today i received a drink i did not like. I've had it multiple times before and this time it tasted more like milk than anything else. After asking for something else i was rudely told i couldn't. Maybe if the barista didn't have an attitude it'd be a different story but it was completely uncalled for. I work in the service industry myself and there's always an alternative to help the customer out. i could've had the last ordered voided or something, paid the difference, etc. anything rlly considering i spent almost $8 on a nasty drink. instead i got the barista telling me that my drinks supposed to taste the way it did as if they themselves had tasted the exact drink i had. terrible service, they especially need retraining on their approach to situations . read more

Out of all the Starbucks i go to this is the only one that my drink tastes delicious 100 % of the time. My main drink is an iced green tea and i sub out raspberry syrup for liquid cane sugar. For some reason when other Starbucks make it, it is either not sweet enough or too sweet. Sometimes it has too much ice and sometimes not enough. It's like they aren't consistent. But this location is consistent all the time. The people that work there are really sweet too. I especially like the gal named Jennifer, she's always so friendly. It's Starbucks....so you know there will be a line at the drive through during the busy times. I would say this one is less busy then some of the others I have seen around DFW. For the last two mornings in a row, I have called in to-go traveler boxes. As I walked in today (the second day), I was greeted by name by the manager and told that my order would be right up. It was 730 in the morning and the place was packed with customers. The last two days were the only times I have ever patronized this location, but I will be sure to be back. I live near by that Starbucks I have had always enjoy my drink I go get the same drink everyday until they basically started calling me by my name I always felt good getting my drink every day morning from there. I always get espresso shots with soy milk on the side the reason why I started getting my soy milk on the side is to mix it my self because some time they put too much milk or less milk. Until one day they got a new manager and he refused to give me the milk on the side and he said I have to charge you 6$ for the tall half way soy milk on the side funny, after arguing with him telling him that the most I have been charged in every Starbucks I go is extra 70 cent, because I am asking for tall little cup not even all the way up ‍After that everything changes employees start getting rude with me arguing with me for extras splash of milk telling me that they have been told by the managers that they have to charge me if I ask for extra splash which I had no problem with that but not 6$ though , charging me over even though I ordered the same drink from the app never charged extra, but I did not care until someone else told me we not gonna steam the milk for you anymore unless you pay 3.50 $ more whaaaaat , I have to give you the milk cold really, not the end of the story here is the worst last week, I start ordering the drink online and just go pick it up because I don't wanna deal with this hustle anymore .they give me the drink and the milk was spoiled you can see the cream are Separated and goes all the way down and test Weird .I told the Barista I think the milk is spoiled! of course started Arguing with me trying to tell me no is good so I challenged her that if she opened a new milk and put it in the drink is not gonna do the same, because simply that milk you used is not good anymore after all she did and I was right the new milk didn't Separated like the first drink, she called me rude, and customer service started getting worst and worst and here you go second time the milk spoiled again????!!! This location is staffed by incredibly nice and thoughtful employees! My wife and I got drinks to take over to Cinépolis to enjoy during our movie but they unfortunately made us throw them out before they would let us in the theatre (silly rule). After the movie we went back to Starbucks to get new drinks. One of the employees, Erin, recognized us and asked if we had just been there a few hours ago. We told her what happened and she gave her condolences and offered to give us free drinks! We refused and insisted that we pay but as we were leaving she gave us a coupon card to get a free drink for next time we came in! I really hate writing this review - when this Starbucks is open - they have good service. However, the problem is they seem to sporadically close the business. I've encountered this twice before. Today, 12/31/20 at 1145am, the store is closed again. There is a sign in the drive thru that says "closed, sorry we have to close today". WTF? This location is very new but they need to get their act together. I waited over 5 minutes in the drive through watching 4 employees behind the counter at around 8 pm. Hardly a busy time. Only saw one other customer inside the store. Two of the guys were standing around chatting with each other. Another guy appeared to be cleaning (I'll give him credit) and then a sole lady wandered aimlessly around. She finally made my drink, put on a fake smile, and apologized for the delay. "We're new and short staffed." I told her that they need to figure it out and get it together. She looked shocked that I didn't buy her excuse but I have eyes and saw they didn't have customers and didn't appear short staffed. Good luck to this location. read more

This used to be a very nice place to hang out, but since the Covid-19 crisis, we encountered a couple of episodes of rudeness. When the patio was still closed, my 2 daugthers went to the window to pick up the online order and while waiting out in the Texas summer heat, a car pulled through the drive through, so my girls were completley ignored while the other customer in the car was taken care of. They did not bother to get back with them until I walked to the window to ask for the drinks. Today, on my husband's birthday, my 7 year old walked with daddy to this place (about 30 min walk through the park), picked up their online ordered Starbucks drinks and sat down on the patio to chat. At one point, my little one needed to use the restroom, bad enough to not feel like she could make it to the restrooms in the park or some store around. My husband basically begged the employees to let her use the restroom and about 4 of them said a definite NO. Thankfully, I was able to drive and pick her up within 10 minutes. We will no longer be clients of this particular location. By contrast, a couple of months ago we were on Roosvlet Island in NYC, eating lunch in a little park when the same need arose and we walked in a little store where we didn't even buy anything and they didn't have a customer restroom, but as soon as they heard a kid needed to use it, they accomodated my child to use their employee restroom. To me, that is kindness and humane, values that completley lacked at this Starbucks today. read more

I stop by this Starbucks all the time. This is the best Starbucks in the area and surrounding areas BY FAR!! I always have a great experience. Other places are stingy with their water cups and straws- this place is kind and uses common sense. They always get my drink order correct and are much faster than the other Starbucks in the area. I wanted to specifically mention the cashier I had today that prompted me to finally write this review. Her name is May. She is FANTASTIC!! She got my order exactly correct and had the drink carrier ready without me even having to ask INCLUDING STRAWS FOR EVERY DRINK!! I have always had to ask for the carrier for 3+ drinks and I've always had to ask for straws- May just KNEW I needed those items and immediately had them ready and also informed me that she was doing so, so I didn't have to even think about it. Enjoy having a new Starbucks location in our neighborhood. Convenient and the employees have always been very nice. One request though - my 16 ounce Grande always seems to be a little light in weight. It has 12 ounces of coffee and the rest of the cup is full of froth even after requesting them to "top" it off. I don't know if this is a policy of Starbucks to short the drinks or the barista is just in a hurry. Other than that one request it's been a good experience! read more

Really quiet and nice place, very cozy and romantic, the only bad thing is they are closing at 10:00 PM, too early.

Just now-I asked if it was possible to do the crème brûlée latte but with hot chocolate instead of coffee. They said sure thing and seemed confident. Got to the drive through and the girl at the drive thru said "your white hot chocolate is almost ready" we had to get her attention again, clarify that that was not at all the drink ordered, but she kept saying "caramel brûlée" so we were pretty confident she was still confused after she left and tried to flag her down again to clarify. We tried to clarify again(politely) and she got visibly irritated and very rude and insisted she understood what she was making, but kept calling it a caramel hot chocolate. Whatever drink she finally handed to us was another hot white chocolate, but this time with caramel. Horrible awful experience. Can't believe I payed for a drink I didn't order or want, and that my hot chocolate had zero cocoa in it. She really could've made any other mistake in the drink and it would've been fine-but not putting any chocolate in a hot chocolate and then also being super rude about it and cutting me off, that's just awful. read more
