Chelsea house is convenient due to it being near the highway, a number of schools, and kids activities. So it works for having a spot to work while you are waiting for a kids activities or have a small meet up before or after another event. During my visit I could tell due to the number of folks here, that if I hadn't come with headphones that I would probably not be able to focus with the back ground noises. As well I noticed after I had ordered the number of dirty dishes sitting around. My order took a little bit, but I give a little bit of grace for only seeing one employee ... though during my visit he had just wrapped up a couples order that had been sitting for a bit before I walked in before taking my order and then someone had walked in around the time my order was done. Ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte, and was very good! 16oz with 2 shots of espresso. Service was good and the 3 ladies working were welcoming to everyone that walked through the door. WiFi was a bit spotty at times but overall a good experience and would come back. The vibes are pretty chill and it's quiet inside. We asked to confirm it was indeed cold brew, and they said that's how they make it. Judging by some of the other reviews about the cold brew, they may want to rethink their beans and recipe. Let's start with the positive. Quiche is tasty. The place is bright and very quiet. Looks as if they have wifi since others were busy on iPads. It has a modern vibe and plenty room, though not as many seats as other places might squeeze into the space. But there are some issues that may hurt this new business. Staff seemed to need more training...we asked if they were still serving breakfast and they told us that they don't serve breakfast, although it is clearly offered on their menu. They were. We each ordered a quiche which seemed to take a very long time to be served. When it arrived, both quiches were on one wooden paddle which would have been impossibly awkward for both of us to share. We asked for a plate and were given one paper plate. Plastic forks would not cut through the crust so we asked for knives. Two wooden knives showed up which were barely adequate. This coffee shop is located close to the main freeway in a new shopping center. It's huge for a coffee place and the decor is beautiful. We came for both coffee and lunch so decided on my usual hot latte and picked a Turkey sandwich with side salad from the lunch menu. The coffee came quickly and was perfect. The sandwich followed shortly afterwards and was served on a pretty wooden board. Dead plants, dirty floors and 30 minutes of vacuuming. I came in to get some homework completed in a semi quiet environment and I'm always excited to try a new coffee spot. I arrived around 7:30 am and when I walked in the tables and chairs were all moved around, the floors were very dirty and an employee from a cleaning service was walking around dusting. I felt so out of place and even checked my phone to make sure they were actually open. I ordered a vanilla latte which was average but the employee was nice. As I started my homework the employee from the cleaning service started to vacuum and that went on for about 30 minutes. The place itself is stunning, really nice environment with private rooms for meetings, tutoring and etc. As far as service, it was a bit too slow. There were only two ladies taking the orders in the cashier and preparing the coffees and food. I'm sure the coffee is great but, I'm not a coffee drinker! The Coconut Cream drink also came with no cream in it? I was very confused because I even asked for extra cream. Long story short, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY. We even saw that one of the meetings going on had starbucks coffee, this just goes to show that they're coffee isn't worth it here. Loved the service and the people!! But the drinks were just bad.
