This location was not the closest to the airport, but it was the closest one with seating inside on a hot day! We first drove to the one on Main Street Euless and found drive thru only, but we wanted to chat for a bit before sending mom back on the plane. So we drove here instead! The barista was friendly and made our drinks as we requested. They were slow, we assumed mobile orders/drive thru was the reason and since we wanted to chat anyways it didn't really bother us. This day was my birthday so I brought my vase of flowers inside with me to enjoy while sipping our iced cold brews hence the flowers in the photo I posted. Great experience! I went to the Starbucks on 211 n mainstreet, Euless, 76039. My order was wrong and I told them that and a nice young lady said she would fix it. I started to return the wrong drinks to her and she told me I could keep it. I'm not someone to say no to free stuff so I said "sure why not" and thanked her. Then some creature with red hair came from behind the counter 5mins later named WESSY and told me to give her back the drink. I was embarrassed and said sure and gave her back, cause I didnt want any problems. I then got a little annoyed after the fact, because it was already given to me and I accepted it so what does taking it back do. When she came with my correct drink I informed her in food service it is unsanitary to take back food when the order was made wrong, from what I recall. She said her manager has a policy to take back anything that was prepared wrong. I Hope pouring that drink down the drain helped her feel better about herself. This was my first stop in Texas... I needed a cup of hot coffee. It was actually walking distance from where I was staying, but i of course drove. they have a quaint, little parking lot and a drive thru. Ambiance: it was clean, with not a lot of space for sitting around. this is more for the quick in and out, vs the coffee shop.. sit and chit chat type of vibe. They did other cute things to spice up the vibe at their location. They had little handwritten notes to sweeten the tea. I thought it was so cute. Service: The person who assisted me was sooooo kind! First of all, I really liked his hair and I complimented him on the cute and look of his hair and proceeded to place my order. Guess what he did? He purchased my coffee order! How kind is that? There's nothing worse than showing up to business based on their operating hours and yet they do not honor the hours posted on the business itself. I am here it's 505 I see team members inside yet not prepare for business based on their operating hours at 5 AM. A disappointment and I don't understand how a large corporation such as this would allow such an accuracy when it comes to customer service to consumers and stockholders. I work at the big company at next exit from this location. I have stopped three separate times, and yet three separate mistakes on my orders. And this is within the past two weeks. I have called to leave a message to talk to the manager twice, I'm still waiting for the phone call. My orders: I asked for a Venti Iced I got a grande hot. (4 cars behind me didn't need to wait even longer because of the baristas mistake.) I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got a super hard ends bread sandwich. I asked for cream and instead got oat milk which I don't like! Once it's OK... Twice I tried... Three times I'm the fool...!!! read more

Very unfriendly. As we walked in the door 4-5 women screamed at us to put masks on. It was if we walked in with guns. Texas has opened up, but Starbucks hasn't gotten the message. Fortunately there is a Denny's next door where we went to buy food. This is the last Starbucks we will go to until the restaurant is fully open for indoor dining. There are many options on Yelp for great local coffee houses that offer normal service and the workers are happy to have you walk in the door. read more

Your standard Starbucks in a convenient location right off the highway and right next to a Home Depot. Why does home improvement always make me want a coffee?? I prefer a plain Americano (sometimes with an extra shot of espresso) and they make it here great. They also make a beautiful Caramel Apple Spice which I always love, especially on a grey day. The staff is really kind every time I've been in, whether it's the drive-thru or I come in and stay awhile. It just depends on the time of day, but sometimes it's nice and relaxing inside and I can get some work done. Sometimes it's a constant flow of people in and out and it gets super crowded. But hey, they're doing great business and that's what counts. read more

This is my go to Bux. They are super fast, my drinks are always ready for me, and they're friendly. There's not a whole lot to say that people wouldn't already know about Starbucks, but it's not often that I suggest a gold star for a chain. This Starbucks is the closest to my home, to the high school I contract work out of, and my daughter's preschool, so I frequent it MANY times a week. And to make it all the better my lovely and talented brother works there! COFFEE and my FAMILY!! What more could a girl ask for?? On rare occasion I do go inside the store to visit with the employees, all of which remember my name. No, this is not just because I am the sister of one of their co-workers, but I see them call most of their "regulars" by name... and it isn't even written on their cup! I mostly go through the drive through because babies and carseat and #paininthebutt. Kat mostly waits on me here on Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings. She is HILARIOUS and always brightens my mornings. Other regular baristas I see are Morgan who is so sweet, Patrick who always knows me simply by my order, Erica and Jackie who love to chat mommy talk to me, and Mary who makes the BEST iced coffee. Then of course there is Jake... and well, I have to love him because he is my brother. SO good thing he is good at EVERYTHING! My order is always a trenta iced coffee, with soy milk, five pumps of classic sweetener and cinnamon powder stirred in, and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin...because pumpkin #duh. read more

Love this location as its close to me and right off th highway. The staff here are very friendly. I always asked for no foam in my lattes and that is exactly what I get with my coffee...NO FOAM. Other locations tend to give me attitude when I tell them there is foam but NOT this location as they make it perfect all the time. Also, my coffee never taste bitter or burned here! read more

There were two customers in the store, already waited on; 2-3 cars in line outside (not much); and two girls working inside. No one in line ahead of me. The more often I come to this location I question why they kept this one open vs the one they closed across the HWY off of Euless Main. I could say construction but this location which was the bigger pain to get to vs the other has become an even bigger pain because they too have been effected by construction. At this location I've had far more wrong orders ... for example this morning I ordered two drinks and was about to be given a drink and a pastry. They fixed it but the person at drive thru just got SO mad at me! I said I had a frap not a food item. Got an oh yeah, she left, when she came back she was surprised to still see me siting there so I asked for a straw and blue sweetener for my moms drink while we waited. She kind of threw it at me and said pull around. I started to ask a question but she talked over me saying please pull around and we'll bring it out ... Thank you for pulling around... please pull around now without letting me get a word in to ask which door to park by to avoid blocking anything with the construction messing up the line. Very rudely; I've had enough friends that worked drive thru to know they messed up and their times were off and she was just trying to get us away as quickly as possible despite the mess up to catch up on times. :-/ Next time I get a gift card to reload my main "gold card" I'll go to another location & if I'm killing time waiting for a school thing I'll just sit in my car at QT. read more

When comparing taste... Yes they know the standard Starbucks recipe. The place has consistently been clean on the occasions I have come inside. My preferred drink is the Cafe Americano served cold. I ordered two Carmel Frappuccino's in the drive thru then realized I forgot to ask for the dark Carmel. When I got to the window the guy with the head set appeared to be talking to one of the other employees. I tapped on the window to get his attention before they made the drinks and got a nasty scowl and he held his hand up for me to stop. By then it was too late and a female employee came to the window with our drinks. The guy then leaned over her shoulder and started telling me how rude it was for me to tap on the window, he was the night manager and didn't I see that he was talking. This kept going on and on and the young lady was obviously embarrassed about it. If he's a manager, he was obviously asleep when customer service was taught. The gentleman that took my drive thru order was polite and great at upselling, great at his job. This place either doesn't have the products I ordered through the app or gets the order wrong. Not to mention, they never do anything about the squatters who bring in their own food/drink items and spend hours hogging the tables/chairs by the outlets just to hog their free wifi. Last Sunday, they were closed at 8:45 a.m. because of a break in, and their response to my app purchase was "come back in 30 minutes." Sorry, but I had somewhere to be in 10 minutes. At least learn some customer service skills and make sure I don't have to go through the corporate bureaucracy to have the issue resolved, as I had to this time.
