The coffee at this little shack is great though , although the lady first didn't understand 12 Oz and gave me a large ( 16oz) also she did not know what Raw sugar is or did not have any, oh well. There was a line ( of only man, figure that!) at the walk to window and the drive through. They all tried to look casual but casually stared at the girls butt. The place is in an industrial zone of Falcon not in a strip mall ( no pun intended) so I guess families don't drive up too often. I also hope everyone tips very well or the lady gets fair wages as it might get a little cold in the outfit? We ordered from their Koffee Kooler menu: Mocha Kick, Turtle Kick and Caramel Kick. I went through the drive-through and ordered a hot medium three-waves mocha with oat milk, along with two marshmallow dessert bars. When the drink was handed to me, it felt unusually light. Upon opening it, I noticed there was no whipped cream or visible chocolate, which prompted me to ask if it was indeed a mocha. I was told that I had ordered a "three-waves latte." I clarified that I ordered a three-waves mocha latte and asked if it could be made as such. The interaction quickly became argumentative, rather than solution-focused. Additionally, the drink itself was more than halfway filled with foam. Even for a latte, this amount of foam is excessive, as a latte should have minimal foam with the majority being liquid. At that point, I accepted the drink and left, but after reflecting on the experience, I returned to request a refund. Given the cost--nearly $13 for one drink and two snacks--and the customer service provided, I did not feel the experience met reasonable expectations. The manager on duty, assisted me when I returned. I requested a spoon so I could show that the cup was largely foam, which further supported my concern that the drink was not prepared correctly. Unfortunately the baristas lack of professionalism and customer service will definitely keep me from being a repeat customer.

I'm lactose intolerant, so thanks for that. And on top of that, the matcha is often clumpy. It really is not hard to make a matcha latte without chunks and globs of powder floating around in it. This is coming from someone who regularly makes both iced and hot matcha lattes at home, but there are days when I don't feel well enough to make them myself - which is exactly why I'm paying Starbucks to do it properly. Another time, my husband ordered a pink drink for me and they left out the strawberries. One employee claimed they were out, but the second my husband asked for a refund and said they should've mentioned that beforehand, another employee immediately told her coworker that they actually did have strawberries and looked confused. Completely embarrassing. The level of incompetence and lack of communication at this location is unreal.
