This place has all of the same convenience (and covid safety) of not getting out of the car and *gasp* actually good coffee. It can be hard to find these two things together, so this place is a gem. They have traditional coffee drinks like lattes and mochas but also have all kinds of fun options. There's an assortment of flavors for your latte as well as a menu of snazzy specialty drinks. White espresso is all over their menu, which is more caffeinated than normal espresso, sooo plus like 10 stars for that. I had a woodstock (rose latte with white espresso). Smooth, easy drinking, and so refreshing on a nice day. Also grabbed a monster cookie. This alongside some oat bars are their food options, so come looking for a snack rather than a meal. Quick, friendly service. Reasonable prices. Absolutely would come back. Dutch Bros seems to be the other popular drive through in town. I would pick Humble first if between the two. Now this place ROCKS! Best coffee ever, so yummy and very unique flavors. I got a coconut/tropical type of coffee and it was so good and the perfect amount of sweetness. My friends got an apple pie themed coffee which was to die for, and the other got a normal vanilla latte. They are both picky about their sweetness level and cream level and the staff adjusts so well to what you ask. The owners are quirky and so sweet. We literally were there at like 6 in the morning and they were so talkative and awake which is hard to come by. Wish I could visit this place more often. The coffee was GREAT!! I was in the area getting cookies for some out of town guests and was in desperate need of a pick me up. I saw Humble Coffee and noticed the lines wasn't long, so I got in line to try a new place. There was two cars in front of me and one person on foot, but it took forever for us to move up and order. It was to the point where I was going to leave! O stuck it out because I had Littles in the back seat that were and I quote "dying of thirst." T I got the Superfly which was very delicious. It was coconut, but not over powering. The littles got hot chocolate and a whipped vanilla steamer. I loved that they came drinkable and with a straw covered in whipped cream! They were pretty disorganized and there were 3 people working. I will stop by in the future to try other drink. Just beware, if you are in a hurry you might want to skip stopping here. read more

Two of the nicest baristas talked with me and were the epitome of delightful customer service. Dakota and Joshua working shoulder to shoulder and cheerfully answering my questions while serving up an oat triple latte for me , and an americano for my dad (no drip coffee). They serve local bakery items from @sasquatch.cookies (whom share the strip mall) and locally roasted beans @mangotreecoffee in there curated beverages! Good coffee! Excellent people!! This is the perfect mix. Didn't add sugar, drank it as is. That was my favorite part. It didn't need sugar on top of anything. When school goes back to normal this will be a regular stop again. I also enjoyed the hooligan a salted Carmel mocha. I usually just get caramel with cream. But my brother got this for me. Humble Coffee is located on T-Gap between Van Buren and Fontanero. It is a cool little drive-up place. The coffee drinks are reasonably priced and sound delicious. I had the "Rhythm", which is a brown sugar - hazelnut latte made with a white/blonde espresso. It was mild, smooth and nutty aka Just right! Coffee is custom roasted for them by a craft roaster, using specific "proprietary" blends. That means the coffee you're getting is exactly how they envision it. The owner, Josh, is really rad and it is obvious that he loves serving his guests. People spent more time there talking with him than waiting for their drinks. Humble Coffee is a gem in an otherwise coffee ghosttown. The neighborhood is lucky to have them. read more

It was a bitterly cold and snowy day. However, the weather offered the perfect condition for me to get out of the house so we decided to find a new coffee place in town. Off to my apps I went, I had a good idea of where I wanted to go thanks to an article about the Christmas lights to see for 2016. I simply had to remember the name. After a few starts and stops I found Humble Coffee. First of all I was expecting a store front. What I found was a drive through tiny (I mean one person - standing room only) coffee shack. However, the nectar they dispense is amazing! They have several options for milk substitutes and the lady inside was nicely upbeat and had a positive disposition despite the weather. There was no food, as such, aside from some health food bars, but their coffee flavors more than made up for it. Hubby got a Debonair which is their peanut butter (flavor only) mocha. And I got their Seven, an Irish cream caramel latte. I was in coffee heaven. If you are near I highly recommend you drive through and try their amazing coffees. I went here for the first time today, but it will definitely not be my last! I ordered a large iced Superfly. As the barista was making it, he said "I have an extra shot, do you want it?" To which I said, "Of course!" He didn't charge me for this extra shot either which I was so happy about. He was super nice and we talked while he made my drink. He also made sure that I got a stamp card, which is a great way to make sure I come back (if I weren't planning on it already). To top it all off, when I took the first sip, I was blown away. Humble Coffee is a cute little shack/building in the middle of a parking lot. You won't miss it because it is bright green, but it might surprise you at first. Pleasssseee don't even think about having doubts about it based off of the small location. There are two different lines, on both sides of building, so that the flow of traffic can move smoothly. Depending on the time there might only be one person working, so be patient if that is the case! The menu here consists of a lot of wonderful unique options. I normally order a Lavender latte at most coffee shops but fell in love with the Woodstock drink here. My husband orders something different each time and we have never tried a bad drink here..EVER! Seriously such a cute store front, it invited me right in. Organic coffees that are brewed perfectly. I like my coffee like I like my hot and black things, hot and black. Had a fresh taste, not like it had been sitting on the burner for hours, which stupidly isn't common with black coffee from drive up places. This was my first stop here, and I'll definitely come back. The staff was super cute and chipper too. The prices are very reasonable too, and they have a good selection to pick from. Humble has wonderful espresso, and lots of fun latte and mocha flavor options. I especially recommend the Woodstock-- white espresso with rose. It's fantastic hot or iced! The staff are all lovely human beings with great attitudes. Im so thrilled that they did well enough to open a second location.
