I had a doordasher pick up my order and after 30 mins of him just sitting in the parking lot so I called the store and I got Natalie. She told me my order is made my dasher just never grabbed it she even tried to flag him down just for him to pull off. I called back and told her another dasher was coming. She was really nice and I really appreciate her. Tuesdays are my work-Friday and I love Starbucks so she deserves a raise excellent service and I didn't even meet her in person. read more

I love how easy it is when I stop in on my way to work here. I always order online but everyone is always smiling when I come in and says good morning. Which is such a lovely way to start the day off. "Closed" their lobby due to "short staffing" turning away a pregnant women and toddler. Even though there were people clearly enjoying their coffee inside with drive through orders still going. If your so short staffed you can't handle business, close entirely. Not to mention the sassy and incredibly rude attitude workers were giving upset customers because the staff can't do their job. Of all of them this is 'my Starbucks.' Fast, friendly service and knowledgable staff, the pre-requisite singer/songwriter soundtrack and predictably top notch coffee. What I like best about this location is the terrific ambiance. A diverse group of small business deals over Macs, study groups, duos or lone coffee drinkers reading or chatting. This Starbucks is an oasis of laid back, bookish vibe on South Academy and I appreciate it every time I go in for a latte. read more

I am so upset with my experience. I only gave two stars because of the nice girl at the window. I went this morning through the drive thru and was happy to see I was the only one in line...not for long of course. I get up to the window and have a nice chat while my coffee is made. I get my Caramel Macchiato and in my cup holder it goes. I always let is chill for a little bit because it is always too hot for me when I first get it. I opened the coffee miles away from the store to find 1/4 of my cup missing! I paid almost $5 for 3/4 of what I ordered. I was so livid. The Barista jipped me out of what paid for and of course by the time I noticed I was already home. I made sure to take pictures and save my receipt. I will be going back tomorrow to talk to a manager. Very unhappy customer! P.S. I will be posting the picture as well! read more

Quick, friendly & efficient. As an avid Starbucks drinker, I was very satisfied at this location! I had a meeting for work at the COS Airport and quickly googled the closest Starbucks and this one on South Academy was it. I walked in, the store was clean, the staff were cleaning, emptying trash cans, etc which sometimes you don't see when employees have down time. I ordered a tall cold brew with cream and the cashier was very friendly. My drink was ready as soon as I walked to the end of the counter and it was correct and tasted just how I like it! This Starbucks is in the parking lot of an old shopping center, it is by far the best looking business around this area. I was happy I found this Starbucks! Keep up the good work. read more

Every time I come to THIS location and order an iced drink with light ice they still fill it to the brim with ice. Called and asked if they don't do light ice like other Starbucks and the lady said they fill half the scoop instead of the full scoop when people order light ice. I can't justify paying $6 and some change for a "venti" and actually getting a talls worth of drink. Very disappointed in this location. read more

I go through the drive thru here at least 3 times per week. I order my stuff online and then pick it up. They know me and are always very friendly. If I order several non-drink items about 5% of the time they get something wrong so just remember to check the bag i.e. ordered regular almonds and received creme brûlée almonds. If I have a problem and I have driven away I contact Starbucks through the app and it's fixed (have only had to do maybe 3 times within 5 years). Drinks and food always taste great. read more

Pretty normal Starbucks location, but since they have a drive thru the customers inside can be neglected for a bit. Ordered a peach green tea lemonade which came out lovely, but my mom ordered an iced youthberry tea and for some reason they gave her a youthberry granita aka lemonade slush. It looked super pretty but it was definitely not what she wanted (too much sugar). They redid the drink but it took awhile and we weren't sure what to do with the other drink so we kind of just left it there :( Bathroom is in the back and is a single but it was nice and clean. read more

That's what sets them apart and that's why I love them! Orders are correct, coffee is fresh, oatmeal is yummy (yes, that's what I like). Their seating area isn't the largest, but it's comfortable. It's also your typical Starbucks where at one table they're cramming for an exam and at another table they're making million dollar deals! Very impressive crew. It was an evening rush, with complaining idiots, and the staff was on game. The nitwit in front of me was saying that there was money on her Starbucks card and rather than argue the cashier decided to grat her order. Dum dum then made the manager leave her extremely busy spot at the drive thru to argue about the card. The manager walked over smiling and made it all better. This is definitely the most convenient Starbucks on my way to work but I'm seriously thinking I need to change my route. Super frustrated that more times than not, I am unhappy about either the long wait or mostly the quality of the drink. Staff is overall friendly friendly-ish but I have gone back twice to get my drink remade because it was burnt. Could of taken it back more often than that but these two times it was inedible. Both times I was treated like I was crazy for asking for a remake. I always have to ask for no foam, not because I have an aversion to foam, but I prefer not pay for a venti and get the quantity of a tall. Second night in a row and it's just as bad as the first one. Last night I came in and there was a young man and young woman working. The young woman cared more about her friends sitting out of the drive through window than a paying customer waiting in front of her. She never even bothered to tell me she'd be with me in a second or even speak to me all. Once her friends drove around she took off her apron and walked out. At this point I'm already annoyed. Finally the young man comes over and asks me what I want and of course they're out of what I wanted. Fine, I get it. It happens. I order something else and when he's making it I start to notice all the BUGS flying around. The young woman who was hanging out talking to her friends out the window left it open when she disappeared and there were mosquitos and fly's everywhere. Second night. I ordered a drink through the drive through. Two cars in front of me. Still in the line 14 minuets in with a car a still in front. *UPDATE* Got to the window and they gave another person my drink.
