I had an interesting and disturbing experience this morning. I've been to this location many times. I liked this location because I'm a disabled veteran requiring an electric scooter for mobility. I normally sit at a group of chairs with a table toward the back of the place. I like that spot because I can generally park my scooter to the side of that chair and it's out of the way for folks walking by to visit the restroom and such. However, during my visit this morning, one of the girls was taking out trash. My scooter was blocking more of the lane than I thought. She bumped into my scooter. I started to get up and move it for her but she just yanked up the trashcan over the scooter to get by...never spoke a work! Really odd situation. I moved my scooter over a bit thinking that may offer her a bit more room on her return trip. Same thing...she smashed into my scooter, yanked the trashcan over and returned to the kitchen area. Again, not a work. It really was just bazaar! Point being, that was my last trip to any Ziggi's location. I'll be going up the road where the coffee is more Badass. read more

Convenient. Expensive! Sketchy quality. Quick drive thru. Friendly customer service. The coffee was just another $7 coffee shop. Nothing stands out. No loyalty program offered. Quality is what you'd expect and prices are abhorrent. The "artisan" bagel sandwich was a total rip off with poor quality baked good. Not only was the bagel the size of a mini bagel, but it was rubbery, cold and chewy to the point it was hard to swallow. The sausage and the egg/cheese was greasy but to be expected. The bagel itself was a giant turn off, and for almost $6 that's not going to bring me back. Yuck! Not sure if the bagels sat out overnight or what, but this wasn't fresh from a place that claims to be an artisan bakery. Pretty disappointing. Overall a bagel sammy and blended frozen coffee cost about $13 and then the workers expect a tip? Nah. Step it up guys. This was sad. read more

Today was my first time trying Ziggi's as someone who loves coffee and places to study. I was pleasantly surprised to see how diverse their menu was, from refreshers, to coffee, to energy drinks, to different types of soda, and a very unique list of flavorings that also have many sugar free options. Everyone at the same time was very friendly and provided excellent customer service especially the gentleman at the register who was very knowledgable of the menu, sizes, etc. My coffee was AMAZING and this entire experience made me feel very welcomed. This place is relatively nee. I heard about this place from 3 different people so I had to try it out. Well, it's actually pretty good!! You can order from the menu, or mix up anything you want! Lol The staff was super chill and I didn't feel rushed while I was trying to decide what I wanted (and while taking a ton of pictures! Lol) I went with a massive drink loaded up with Red Bull!! Mannn, I crushed that drink and walked out hyped up af!! Hahahaha. I also ordered the burrito which was actually very good! It is just a burrito from a bag, BUT its warmed up in an air fryer so you get a nice crunch with it. #FancyBurritoFromABag. Anyways, cool spot. Definitely give it a try. I came here on a Thursday morning and had such a great experience. As soon as I walked toward the menu I was greated by the lady working the register. I wanted to try something new so she asked me my preference on sweetness and then recommend their seasonal iced spiced cookie latte. I then sat down and enjoyed the open seating near the large windows while I waited for my drink. Once my drink arrived I was in love. It was the perfect amount of sweetness for me and had a delicious cinnamon cookie flavor. This is a great coffee shop if you just need to grab a drink at the drive through or if you want to come chill inside. read more

The Ziggys on south Taft in Loveland has horrible service, especially to their online customers! We ordered online, and after 8 mins had to leave without our drink. We saw at least 4 vehicles drive into/out of the drive thru after we got there. My daughter was even waiting inside. They clearly only care about the drive-thru! It's pretty sad they can't figure out how to work all customers as the orders come in. read more

By far favorite coffee spot for ALL the reasons. They have the best coffee and have a plethora of sugar free versions. My fave is SF Butterscotch latte with 2% milk. The staff is amazing and very personable. I come in a lot since our discovery of ziggy's and today my drink was not only upgraded but free! Everyone there is so friendly and adorable. Nom nom!!! I identify as a coffee connoisseur and hold my palette in high regard. I like a well balanced, flavorful (not full of flavored syrup) cup of joe. And I believe a pastry pairing can make or break your coffee experience. 4/5 stars because while everything was to my liking and I will definitely be back, the americano and or espresso beans are pretty normal. I didn't find a depth of flavor or a strong nut/spice/smoke/dark hue that rests on the back of your taste buds. It was a good cup of coffee but not a great one. It was enjoyable and an everyday cuppa. The blueberry snail pastry was SUCH A DELIGHT!!! The crust was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside with a wonderful bite of butter. So good!!! The blueberry and cream cheese filling was a little too sweet but as you pair it with a "bitter" drink it balances out very well. The staff is busy busy busy and friendly. The guy who took my order was very patient with me as it took me a while to figure out what I was going to eat. They also have the ability to warm your pastries or toast them if you'd rather. The drive-through was pretty constant. I don't know how fast they were. The inside was not busy at all. They having a lot of nice and comfortable seating. Let's chat briefly about the chocolate covered espresso beans. That was my favorite! Accompanied my hot coffee well as it melted in my mouth uncovering the nicely roasted espresso bean in the middle. I'm not very satisfied, this was the hype when it first came out. Loved it the first time I tried it but then it started tasting weird.. Most of the coffee is very strong, but the cinnamon roll is so good! It's cold when you order it because they don't warm it up but that doesn't stop me from eating this delicious cinnamon roll. The people are not that nice depending on which employee you get at the window or inside. Bree is the absolute best barista you have in the entire company. I'm dead serious. She's amazing. She can make anything you ask her (and I ask her to make some pretty weird stuff. Matcha, marshmallows and peanut butter? Yep. Hot chocolate with cherry and whipped cream. You got it. Espresso, bubble gum and peach. Weird, but OK. She does it all and with a smile on her face. You could turn off the lights and she'd keep the place lit up with her energy. If you're her boss, that girl deserves a raise. No, 2 raises! She's awesome. They get their beans from a local vendor up in Denver so that makes it even better to support small business. I also love that with each drink they give you a chocolate covered espresso bean. I was really excited to get another coffee shop in the area other than Starbucks. The drinks are all so delicious and I love the variety of flavors. Every time I've been to this location, the baristas have also been so friendly and efficient. There was one day I stopped by after needing to leave my sick puppy at the vet's for hospitalization and I was feeling worried and sad. The barista was so kind and sympathetic and offered me a chocolate covered espresso bean with my coffee and I have to say that the whole experience helped brighten my day. Ziggis is so much better than another certain coffee drive though chain, and this particular Ziggi's location is so well managed. I don't remember ever having received a wrong order, and I've had some large, complicated orders. The breads don't have a lot of preservatives, just good basic ingredients. I love the breakfast burritos though they can be spicy to some people. The chai was just okay but their seasonal cold brew is amazing. read more

How do you run out of coffee at a coffee place?! Placed my order, then after I waited for 10min with one car ahead of me, I get to the window I was told it would be 20 min for cold brew and they could offer me just a plain iced coffee.
