Starbucks in Target - Malik and Justin were incredible at service. While waiting for my beverage, Malik recommended several drinks that were his favorite. He asked what else I used vanilla bean scoops in. We discussed syrups, refreshers, and more. Having been a Starbucks Company DM for 11 years, it was so great to feel this service, engagement, and product knowledge. I've been retired from Starbucks for 2 years and enjoyed the conversation. One employee was very helpful in remaking a drink. However the nitro cold brews are coming out room temp. They had to add ice to make it cold. But then you have captain obvious of the employees. Very snarky in saying ice defeats the purpose... ya no crap Sherlock but your cold brew is warm! Then my order had cold foam in it and she proceeds to talk to her partner about how she wishes ppl would just be normal back before having cold foam and how ppl piss her off with cold foam requests. The young lady at the window was so helpful. She recommended this drink after I told her what I had the taste for. Once I got to the window she had me taste it just to see if I liked it. I told her I loved it, she seemed just as happy as me. This Starbucks has a personal feel with the staff. They seem to go the extra mile to make the customers happy. At the window they've posted pictures of all the puppies that have stop by the drive through. I always stop at this location on my way home leaving Fayetteville. I've visited others in town but this one always seems to be quicker and the staffs wonderful. read more

The male barista who's name I did not catch was rude and unhelpful as my sister was describing a drink she had really enjoyed about a month ago. He kept saying nothing was available that matched her description. Another barista walked up and knew exactly what she was describing. Passion fruit tea sweetened with lemonade. She described the drink as a pink tea with lemonade.... Even after placing her order the original barista was rude and standoff-ish. This occurred at the Starbucks located inside Target. read more

I came here to redeem my birthday rewards drink and the barista even wrote happy birthday on my cup!!!That was a pleasant surprise! This review has been a long time coming. It's become a pattern of terrible service. Somehow we get stuck with the pregnant red haired woman that is unpleasant every time. She doesn't pay attention to our drink order and has some serious attitude problems. There is one barista here that actually makes our drinks to how we order them. Things are a mess here. The mills aren't labeled and the counter is messy. I do not recommend. read more

The one star is only for the Starbucks at the target location. The two 'baristas' working on a Saturday afternoon were horrible. No customer service, more interested in their conversations between themselves... And make horrible horrible iced chai latte. Did grande shrink a size? Cus I swear they gave me wrong size for what I paid and also, my cup had a crack on the bottom and was leaking all over my hand, so when I went back, they were too involved in their conversation to acknowledge me... When I finally got their attention, she just handed me another cup without making any eye contact and told me to just double up the cup. Um... It's leaking! I'd waste half my drink into the second cup. I realize that they must only make minimum wage... But if you don't enjoy your job and it shows... Then find another one. You are on the customer service industry!!! read more

The staff here is very friendly and I like how modern and pretty the decor inside the store is. I also appreciate that they have a spot for mobile orders so you can grab your own drink instead of waiting on an employee to bring it to you from the back if it's ready. read more

For a small Starbucks inside a Target the crew is very attentive and they have never messed up my order. They take the Starbucks cards like everyone else. These guys are patient, even when they are busy and take the time to be friendly and helpful. I love Starbucks!! read more

This Starbucks is really slow. Doesn't matter if you go inside to order or go through the drive through.

I come to this location to do homework and stop by to get coffee. This is your typical Starbucks but it has a drive through which is nice (I've never used it, but if I wanted to I could...). My only complaint is it is dirty when it has been busy. All the staff are on taking orders and usually the dining area and bathrooms get neglected quickly ...and in the summer, it's like Lord of the Flies. If they had someone cleaning the dining area when it is high traffic I'm sure this would negate how gross it can get. With that said, I've been to this location 10-15 times to dine in and it's only been gross a handful of times, but I've heard other customers say the same thing. And when it's gross, it's like that for a few hours. Other than that, The staff is really nice and helpful. read more

My husband and I go here (Starbucks by the mall on Skibo) many times after church on Sundays.We find the staff courteous and efficient.The bathrooms are always clean too. The only complaint is the place is too small.I have told the baristas they should buy out Zoe's next door.Lol. read more
