Nice large interior with lots of seating and pretty chill environment if you want to work while enjoying your beverage of choice. They have a drive-thru and several parking spots in front of the business. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and they had a nice selection of merchandise. I placed an order through the app and it was not ready at the estimated pick up time. They weren't busy inside but DT had about 3 cars and the drink took much longer than I expected. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal but something to be aware of is you're limited on time. It was cool to see that they were pretty stocked on the new pastry items. Originally, I was excited to try the matcha lavender latte. To my disappointment, it's out of season, but it's still showing on the app. The barista Sarah recommended trying the matcha with macadamia & vanilla syrup. Omg, that thang was buss'n.  I think I'm going to stick to this drink for a while until something else catches my eye. We LOVE Starbucks and have probably been to them in at least 30 states and 3 countries. This was the most broken down Starbucks I've ever seen. The drive-thru was closed. They were out of several cup sizes, no food except for some cake pops that have probably been there for a while. It didn't look the cleanest either. The customer service was good but it took so long to get me two little drinks and a bag of popcorn. But guess what, they didn't even have popcorn and the drink I wanted they couldn't make it cause they didn't even have apple juice. All of the fall drinks contain apples so if your gonna put them out then how you not finna have the ingredients?! I do not ever want to step foot in StarBucks again! Why, you ask, let me explain. Today (Sat 9/28/24) my wife and I had an extremely simple order as Starbucks #8231 in Fayetteville, GA which was two(2) Grande Pike Place coffees. The cashier (young man) acted like he was afraid to actually speak to us. After ringing us up, he literally stood quietly and looked at us. When asked, "what is our total" he was apparently shaken out of some mental stupor, and after gathering himself says "oh, are you gonna use the app or use your card". My answer was, "what is the total"? Geez. I pay and then patiently stand and wait for our simple order to be filled. There was one lady behind us in line and we literally watched no less than three Starbucks employees stand around behind the counter like DMV workers doing nothing! Nobody seemed to care that there were customers standing and waiting for their orders. After what seemed like five minutes, I asked an employee behind the counter if she could get our coffee. To my utter surprise she actually told me "there are mobile orders ahead of you that we have to get". Wow Starbucks, you don't care anything about actual customers standing at the counter waiting for basic coffee orders?!?! Did I mention the employees behind the counter doing nothing, including the young man that took our order? It would have taken him, or any of the other three people 30 seconds to get our order BUT NO, WE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 10min TO GET OUR ORDER!! I wished that this was an isolated occurrence, but no, BUT TERRIBLY SLOW ORDER FULLMENT has been our experience at our last two Starbucks visits. Apparently Starbucks does not care about actual customers in their store any longer. Starbucks seems to only be focused on drive through and mobile orders while those of us who get trapped in their small parking lots by the drive through lane, and actually go inside are an afterthought. Well, I for one, HAVE NO INTENTION of spending another dollar in Starbucks #8231, or any other location for that matter. The reality is that Starbucks IS NO LONGER A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR A SIMPLE CUP OF COFFEE. read more

I've never been inside this location. Breathtaking. Spacious, Clean. The staff greeted me right away didnt rush me even though I was the only one in line. There were a few people sitting at tables working away on laptops. The cheerful cashier smiling and helpful with my order decision. I ordered a eggnog latte Ashley made it so delicious. Most S'Bucks get 3 stars from me if they provide the standard fare and service, which this one did. Why the fourth star? The copious seating and high ceilings. This S'Bucks feels huge and provides guests with lots of seating options and power outlets. For someone who works remotely like me, it's a godsend. So I've become a shameful Starbucks junkie in recent years, I just live for their Chai tea lattes! Since moving this is the closest location to me. The location itself is decent in size and clean with plenty of workspaces available. Staff is friendly and they work to make sure your order is correct. I get a chai tea at least once a week from this location and the taste is consistent. read more

So I am a Starbucks lover and truly love their product however this Fayetteville location really doesn't meet the typical Starbucks standards and if it wasn't for one super nice gentleman who is excellent I'm customer service in the drive thru I would have been stopped going to this location. I understand there are product shortages Howe my issue is with the barista and the taste of the drink the shots are dead and the drinks taste bitter and leave a strong aftertaste I have had to take my drink back several times and TODAY I decided this will be Lloyd last visit because I need consistency in quality. They need to re-evaluate their barista which is typically the same young lady and ensure they have someone who is good at making drinks on the bar. read more

This Starbucks is getting a bad wrap. While I don't know about other people's full experiences... I've practically came to this spot daily for a month or 2 now. For the most part they've been consistently good with their coffee and with friendly service. Occasionally someone makes a bad drink, but if you catch it in time they always remake it. Drive thru has been fairly quick unless held up by a customer with a large order-- but even then they get the coffee out in a timely fashion. Interior is pretty spacious. Lots of tables and the back seating wall has plenty of outlets. read more

I arrived this morning (Sunday) at 8:50 am there were 2 people in front of me. I was not able to order until 9:05 am. I then walked over to wait for my drink (one grande cold brew) the woman making the drinks made the 2 drinks of lady who ordered after me, one of which was a cold brew. She then starts to make mine and says "oh we're out of cold brew" ahhh it's now 9:18 am I then ask do I need to order something else. She said no we are going to replace it 9:24 am. They finally replace it and she makes my drink at 9:36 am. I then just get my drink and turn around to leave and the woman making the drink yells out "You're Welcome"! That's so incredibly Rude! If she had made my drink when she was supposed to I would have been in and out in 20 mins which is still way to long, but it took over 45 mins. To get one drink! I get it, chains struggle for consistent service. But this place struggles to hire competent folks and they are quite consistent in this struggle. From personal conversations between employees and visiting friends that create long lines to an absolute failure to respond to any special requests (even those requests that involve allergens) I can't in good conscience recommend that anyone patronize this disaster. read more

When I place an order through the app for in store pick up, no one acknowledges me waiting for my order. Everyone and I mean everyone continues working as if they didn't even see me walk in. No says I be right with you or anything. The purpose of ordering in advance is so you don't have to WAIT. My coffee and food is always warm not hot because I try to be patient. If you look back at my previous reviews of other Starbucks stores you will see that most received at least a 4 star rating. Its kind of hard to mess up coffee. This Starbucks made my coffee correctly however my time is very important. This particular morning, which was my first visit here, I arrived at exactly 4:58 am and got in line at the drive-thru because I was headed straight to work. I had roughly 5 minutes extra to spare. I was second in line and there was someone behind me so my truck was trapped in the drive-thru lane. The employees did not open the store until 10 minutes after 5am. They were supposed to open at 5am. I was late to work because of this. Other than that my service was decent I guess. They were nice in the drive-thru and my drink was made correctly. Pretty much nothing they could have done would have made this a better visit. Well, I guess that's not true. Maybe an apology would have made it a little better. Moral of the story... my time and you wasting it is a customer service issue. That is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to businesses... you can fix bad product. You cant fix bad customer service. They have the potential to be 5 stars, but only until everyone is on the same page and is aware of all menu items. This location is always busy, so after waiting in line for 20+ minutes, I was told this location doesn't carry the item I tried to order which was funny because I've been ordering it from this location the last 2 months. Then the person taking my order switched to saying "they were out". Out of curiosity, I happen to go inside & check for myself & to my surprise there was a shelf full! This has happened twice. I concluded that not all employees are aware of all menu items & that is ok I guess but it is frustrating waiting patiently in the long line to be inaccurately told at the speaker "we don't carry that" or "we're out of that" only to find out otherwise. Not everyone wants to go inside & still want to take as many cautious measures as possible. On the app today it said this location didn't carry the item (I thought it was discontinued after the Christmas season), so again out of curiosity, I went inside to check & to my surprise, there they were. Same location. I asked the employee if she knew why the app said that (just asking), and she told me they just got them to which I told her, no that's not right. Terribly slow service and inaccurately made drinks. I ordered two drinks with half the sweetener and got extra sweetener. The barista thought that one pump of mocha meant one extra pump of sweetener. There's a reason why it's one star. Wrong drinks. No straws. Had to drink my coffee fast to let my dad borrow the one straw I got. Almost suffered a tragedy and crashed my rental mid size sedan trying to down my drink... that was so inconvenient. The whip tasted sour at that point. I really want to like this place since it is the only decent coffee shop on the south side of Metro Atlanta. It's like an ice berg in there EVERY time I visit. Hardly a place you can go and study/work for if your brain is distracted with fighting to maintain a norma body temperature.
