I order at least one and sometimes multiple drinks every day. Yes, I need a 12-step program, lol. I used to go to another location but they consistently gave me a drink that was made completely different than I asked for. So I decided to try this walk-in location at Harmony/Timberline and I'm amazed by how great they are! They always get my drink right. Every. Single. Time. And they are so sweet and personable. Kind of a mess this morning. Confusion about trying a coffee order that my daughter ordered at a different Starbucks across town. That's not such a big deal but I waited a long, long time for my order to come up. Everyone after me in line received theirs before mine, even people that walked in five minutes after me. This is a great Starbucks in Fort Collins! I don't come here often because it isn't near my home, but when I do I am always treated right. Today when I came, they had cool Christmas decorations up around the counter and even had little Christmas trees on the tables. The staff was very friendly and they made an effort to get to chat with me when I came to order. I had to ask my person to wipe off a table for me because it was pretty sticky and he came out right away. I ordered black coffee and it was very good. The store is kinda small and can get a little loud. The parking lot isn't very large and can be a little difficult to get in and out sometimes, depending on the direction you are going when you leave. I often avoid this location for these reasons, but once I am there I am always pleased with the service and the product. read more

Starbucks at 4615 S Timberline Rd. I refer to in this. I will probably start and end with pointing out the friendly service as the outstanding differentiator for this location. It's a medium size location with all the normal bakery items and breakfast sandwiches and the like. There are lots of 'work-out' folks here and 'yoga pants' around plus, college students and business people in here too. The place is in order, and very clean and organized behind the bar. But what did I find worth writing about, the awesome friendly personalized service. If there is a choice I would stop here first. read more

The service is always great. The food, on the other hand, is touch n go... there are ALWAYS flies and gnats flying inside the case, b/c they leave it open! Big health hazard! It would be considerate of the store to make sure this is not happening. I never buy the Starbucks food specifically b/c of this issue. read more

Plenty of room and great customer service :) For no reason at all, one of the ladies gave me a free coffee. Staff is terrific! Friendly and prompt. I only gave it 3 stars because this is where the Type A jagoffs evidently get their coffee. Nearly run over twice in parking lot ( I have a child) and people feel the need to accelerate on the 30 foot drive from the entry road to the front of the Starbucks. read more

I hate going to this location. There is always a long line and the staff doesn't seem to do anything to move things along. A visit to this store takes significantly longer than other locations in town. They also seem to mess up my drink order more often than not read more
