I needed some morning coffee here so I decided to stop here -- it is part of a strip mall so there is not a drive-thru. As this place is heavily trafficked by Koreans, this location is filled with Korean customers. Not that it would make any differnence, but it does look like it's a popping Starbucks location as the mobile order list looked horrendous. I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and half classic syrup and they were able to make my drink fast despite the long line! So huge kudos to them. These baristas are definitely going above and beyond for their guests and it shows. I had a great experience here and I cannot wait to be back! read more

I was in the area and had reward points that were expiring, so I decided to cash in here on my way back to the city. This location was easy enough to find, and had a bathroom which I definitely needed to use. I placed my order, headed in, used the bathroom and by the time I was back out, my order was ready. My latte was made correctly, my cookie came out nice and warm and crispy. The location itself was clean enough and not busy at all during the afternoon. The counter was a little bit dirty, but maybe they had just been hit with a rush and hadn't had time to clean up. I didn't have any issues here my drinks were made on time and good. in fact, one of my drinks had a little more half and half than the person wanted. I told the barista and she fixed it with no questions asked in a very timely manner. Very friendly customer service I also enjoyed the digital board that lets you know how far along your order is in progress. I feel all Starbucks needs to implement this service to their stores that would really benefit customers and the workers. So this way customers can know around about time as to when their orders will be ready. So next time I'm in Ft Lee I'll be coming back to this location. And fyi the store was kept nice and clean. I would go here during lunch time with friends as well and if the employee recognizes me from coming here a lot they would always remember my usual. Wow! Today was one of the best experiences yet! Unfortunately, I forgot my mask covering and had nothing in my car to cover my face. I've been going to this Starbucks every Saturday for about 3 months and frankly it has an amazing community. Along with this it's employees are very kind and understanding. Good - The bench is comfortable. The service is quick. A few of the staff is friendly. Student and professional customers make up more than half their clients. Occasional ghetto bunch but I have seen a staff chase them away as they were disturbing others and making a mess. Bad - Blazingly bright light. Often loooong bathroom lines while one of the two bathrooms is hardly ever used. LOUD Latin music! The costumers taste in music clashes with what the staff puts on. The volume is so loud one has to yell to have a conversation. DAILY nicotine addicts smoking up the entrance sitting at the tables outside. When the door opens the smoke sometimes come in. When they come in to warm up and sit inside the air become nausea inducing. They smell like ashtrays. Hardly order anything. Internet is slooooooooow. What might take a few minutes to complete on the laptop could take hours. At home my connection is 1000 mbps, at this store its about 2 mbps and thats on a good day. I have been going to this Starbuck from sometime. Speaking to one of the employees a momth ago convienced me to download the app. I alos had 4 gift card and was told that I could get help if I came in with them and did not know how to add them to the phone. I went in on Friday, 2/8/2020 at 8:30 pm. I did not see the regular staff. Instead, Tori was at the conter and after I ordered Chai Latte with Almond milk. I tried to pay with my app and asked her how to use the it. Her respnse was"I don't have the app" I told her that I was told to come in for help againg she replied "I don't have the app" another worker came came to the rescue and he assisted me. However, half way through she told him to stop assisting me and take order for the 2 customers that had just walked in. I had not paid for my drink, so I waited. He apologized several times , and I coud tell he felt bad about it. When I finally paid for my drink, I asked for it and she handed me a cup of what I thought was the chia with Almond milk. When I got home I had to heat it up (normally it is hot). As I started to dring it I realized she did not use almond milk. It was regular milk that i am alergic to. I asked my neighbor who is a cheif to verify what was in it and he confrimed she used milk. Today, (2/9) as I am writing this my stomach is stll bloated from the milk. Tori needs to be retrained on customer service and if she does not like people, work in the back. For now, she will have to show me that she is using Almond milk when I ask her., I am also complaining to the corporate office about her not knowing anything about the app and working the register. read more

So I came here because I needed a place to study while waiting in between meeting my friends who were leaving the state. Free parking in Fort Lee is like hitting the jackpot and Starbuck's unlimited tea or coffee for gold members was the ultimate cherry on top. There's a bathroom there for anyone to use and ample amount of seating for people to study, relax, or meet up with friends. The drinks are alright, the staff there did complain though about how busy it was and how if i keep wanted refills that i needed a sticker, but they were the ones that didn't give me one so...they definitely need to work on their customer service, complaining is definitely not a quality a customer wants to hear. Anyways, despite that, I do recommend this place for a place to study or to just relax in between appointments just because there's free parking, a bathroom, and ample seating. read more

I originally gave this location two stars, because of the way I was treated by one of the workers (Tori). To my surprise the manager reached out to me and apologize . I also love this particular location because it is very large in space and you do not feel congested like other locations. The Wifi is fast. Starbucks in my Life: Part 5 of 5. I am convinced that Fort Lee is home to the worst drivers on the planet. My time working at this Starbucks was punctuated most often by beeping car horns and fear for my life. Out of the 5 stores I worked at, this location definitely had the rudest, cheapest customers. On the plus side, though, celebrities such as Whitney Houston and Derek Jeter occasionally dropped in for some joe. There was also a really sweet homeless man named Bob (not to be mistaken for the then store manager Bob) who became sort of our store mascot. What a disappointment. I live in Edgewater and I always go to my Starbucks but thought I would give another place to try on my way home. Not only is this a very hard Starbucks to get to but if they make a mistake, going back and returning your item and getting what you asked for in the first place, that's a bitch!
