Was craving my Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, tis the season right. The store wasn't busy at all. Couple people on laptops to the right and just one woman in line. PERFECT! I love when I don't have to wait too long. There were maybe 4-6 people working so I knew it'd be quick. The cashier/barista was extremely friendly. I wish I had looked at her name tag. I waited roughly 4 minutes for my drink. It was perfect! Now I had my fix for pumpkin spice for the year. I would definitely come back to this location. Love this Starbucks! Sylvie was so welcoming, kind, and made helpful suggestions without being overpowering or rude. We don't live in the area, but if we did, we'd make this our regular spot! Starbucks isn't my favorite coffee, nor do I love paying their higher prices, BUT what I do love is their consistency. Whether it's Fredericksburg, VA or Newark, NJ or in the middle of Pennsylvania, the coffee is consistent. Stopped in here today as I had beat Wifey and my daughter down here to drop my daughter off at school. Place is clean, service was fast, and the workers were super friendly. This has always been my favorite store. I went through the drive thru to grab a drink and hit the road south. Cup felt empty, so I took the lid off and the drink wasn't even filled up. If I had time I would have gone back to complain. It's sad because I spend a lot at Starbucks and this was my favorite store location. Not sure what happen. SMH. Not good! read more

This isn't the first time this happened to me from this location and I let it go the first time just cause maybe the baristas were having a rough/busy morning. One of the Best Starbucks in Northern Virginia. Why? It is new and located on a hill back from the road. So you can sit outside without being right on the road. Parking is easy. Friendly and fast service. I like the new style armchairs. And it has a drive thru. Nice window looking toward trees adds natural light and a view of you sit in front. In the bag are two really large wooden tables with sitting for around 10 people at each table. Bathroom was clean. Only wish they had paper towels instead of blow hand dryer. read more

Came to this Starbucks this morning around 6:15am to get my usual drink and danish. And the girl taking my order was EXTREMELY RUDE! She's taken my order before and is ALWAYS rude! I never catch her name but she always has an attitude and never has a smile or greets you when you come to the window like her other coworkers. She is tall, and has long braids. Always has a stale face, this morning was it for me! I no longer want to come to this location because of her. OH and she made my ice coffee WRONG! Too much sugar smh. read more

This place is located at the busy intersection right off the freeway ( I-95). They are so busy on Sat and Sun, so it takes a while to get your drink even with the mobile order. The drive through is nice. The staff is usually friendly. Overall it's okay, but the seats are limited. No couches. There are some tables and seats outside. read more

Pluses are..... professional and knowledgeable staff, pleasant atmosphere with comfortable furniture, you don't have to deal with route 3 madness, and most importantly... they have the only Clover machine in the area. This is my favourite Starbucks in all of Fredericksburg, primarily because it's fairly large, so you never have trouble finding a seat. Plus, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, whether you order inside or go through the drive-thru. I've never had any issues with my orders and the entire café is always clean, neat, and organized. read more

Okay. I wish there was a better separation between the employees serving vehicular patrons and the employees serving store patrons; it's a strange thing to feel ignored when in line at the register because the employees are busy serving customers who aren't in the store. My suggestion would be a solid divide between employees serving the two types of customers. Customers in vehicles can't see what's going on in the store, but customers in the store can feel quite ignored by employees wearing headsets. read more

Ordered drive thru. Toffee nut cappuccino, coffee frappe with toffee nut and almond milk, egg white bites and bantam bagels. The cappuccino came less than half way full w/ no toffee nut. Bagels were cold. My frappe wasn't full and way too sweet and the egg white bites had cat hair on them and one was halfway gone. They gave me one and a half egg bites. The staff make me feel at home. I am encouraged and get some great coffee at the same time. I've never had to wait long. Large lobby with lots of different options for sitting alone and studying or meeting with people. They have a cool Clover machine and I enjoy the reserve coffees. read more

I am a regular customer at this location and today I was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered my usual, which is a venti iced vanilla latte with coconut milk, and it tasted like straight milk. i walked back inside to tell them that i was not satisfied with the taste (their policy is to re make the drink for free if you aren't satisfied) and the lady rudely told me that all she could do was add more espresso to the drink for an extra dollar. She didn't even re make a new drink. Same drink with one more shot for an extra dollar. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning to this location again. read more

I would give this place a 5 star because I do truly enjoy it, and the people who work there are really pretty awesome. My only complaint which should be taken as constructive criticism for growth is I don't understand their team mechanics. Why do they have 2 people in the drive thru window taking orders and collecting, one person taking orders up front, one making food, one going back and forth but ONLY ONE person making coffee for both the front of house and the drive thru... they get backed up inside and out and this why. There should be at least two people making coffee and especially early mornings and weekends. read more
