Not sure how they can mess up all three of our drinks, but they did. They dripped something on the outside of my drink which caused me to have to wipe the drink down and wash my hands. Then I realized on the way home they didn't put milk in it. My sister's hot chocolate was cold. And my wife who has a milk allergy had cream in hers. They were nice enough to tell, after it was too late and she drank a sip, that they put in regular cream. This is the first time I've been to this location, and there's at least 5 others within a 5 mile radius, so I think I'll skip this one next time. read more

Service is timely and the establishment is clean and trendy but like another commenter said; it's freaken cold! They've got the AC blasting and it blows all your stuff all over the place. The decor is modern and minimalist so no warm textures that are cozy and inviting. Not a sofa to plop into to sip coffee while you work. I do appreciate the high top and large tables that accommodate table top work and large group gatherings but how about a cozy corner for singletons that work best individually? Basically I just want to go through the drive through/grab my stuff and GO. This place doesn't invite guests to stay and sip or sample from the snack selection. It 50 degrees out and raining and they still have the AC on. I have to go someplace else to warm up. read more

NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES! They were wearing masks, but not gloves. When my husband suggested it the lady said they don't touch the actual coffee. What???? They touch the cup, the lid, and the green stopper they put in each cup. We love Starbucks and I realize things aren't easy during the Covid-19 situation, so this is part is just some advice. DO NOT preorder on their App or online! We ordered and paid on the app. There is no pick up and go., so you have to go through the drive-thru. When we arrived there was a line of about 15-20 cars! This is the least friendly Starbucks I've ever been to. I haven't seen one employee smile at a customer, or say thanks for a tip. No "you're welcome" to a thanks, NOTHING. They got my order perfect, and were quite fast. But every time someone said something nice to them they brushed them off, didn't smile, make small talk, be kind, etc. They had soooo many opportunities...the closest thing to a smile was a small grimace that one gentleman had to give. Staff is OK. However, They keep the A/C blasting at this location. You know it's bad when your napkins constantly blow off the table. It's like sitting in a Hurricane. When I asked them to turn it down the response was "well you know you're sitting under a vent." Trouble is there's almost no place to sit that's not under a vent. I went here at night and ordered a chai at children's temperature because I was seeing a movie in 20 minutes and didn't have time to wait for it to cool. Two minutes til close..... and I pull up. Not only did these guys let me in, but they were super friendly and not at all annoyed to serve me up a quick mocha despite the late hour. I really like the design and size of this Starbucks. Service is fine, bathrooms are clean (But I come later in the day). The only thing I don't like about this location is that it is cold in there. I literally was wearing my winter coat to stay warm. If they turn the temperature up a bit it would be a great place to sit and enjoy. read more

They closed one restroom to employees causing a line and lack of care and cleanliness for the one remaining restroom. When asked for consideration due to the line, we were denied. When I finally got in the restroom, it was out of soap. I understand care during COVID but not at the neglect of the customer care as well. Chelsea is awesome! She's my favorite barista and knows what's she's talking about with coffee and is always helpful when I come through the drive thru. I can't imagine how stressful it might be to work during COVID-19, but this store deserves an applause and serious gratitude for dealing with the flood that I sometimes witness in their drivethru and having to wear masks while they work. They do a great job keeping the line moving, even when it's busy. read more

This is the second time I've been to this Starbucks and both times I walked away frustrated with the employees. Today the Starbucks was empty and there were 8+ employees behind the counter and it took 10 minutes for me to get my coffee. About 5+ minutes in I walked up to the counter and was just looking around trying to assess the situation. The person who took my order saw me after about 30 seconds and then pulled my order sticker off the strip and tried to hand it to another worker. These employees, and a third began to playfully bicker about who was going to make the coffee and why they deserved to not make it. I walked and sat down at this point. 5 minutes later they called out my coffee. I walked up to get it and the employee handed it to me without ever even looking at me, and almost dropped the coffee on me trying to release it before the handoff was complete. The employees seemed as though they were having fun, and just enjoying their day. Which is fine, as long as work is still being done efficiently and in a timely manner. read more

I don't go here very often anymore. The times that I have been I havn't had any problems with the coffee. The coffee is served fresh and hot but not always with a smile. One employee always seemed to be unhappy. The employees seem to talk to each other more than the customers. Dark Cherry Mocha is very good. The three stars is for the coffee but nothing else. read more

I agree with the other reviewers about how unfriendly and downright rude the staff is here. When I walked up to the counter, the guy (Ben was his name) looks at me and says "What do you want?" No hello beforehand, no thank you afterward. On top of that, it took about ten minutes to get my drink made when there was no one else in line. The manager of this place needs to sit the staff down and tell them that they are in the SERVICE industry and that they need to be more polite and friendlier to customers. With the restrooms now being co-ed, it's disgusting. Starbucks does not have urinals in the co-ed restrooms so women get the luxury of sitting in others urine. Some things shouldn't be combined and men and women restrooms are one of them. read more
