Easily the worst Starbucks in Memphis. Your wait in line will be ridiculously long, your order will be wrong, they will not apologize and to top it all of THAT'S IF THEY ARE OPEN! Yes, I have pulled up and waited in line just to figure out at 8 AM pm regular work day they were closed with no notice on the door or window. Don't waste your time. This is my favorite Starbucks location in the city! I use Mobile Ordering almost exclusively and pickup on a pretty regular basis. I was surprised at the lack of good customer service that the guy who took our order in the drive-through line gave us when we placed our order. I've come to expect professional and friendly service as a rule at Starbucks. However, this you g man was lacking in that department. Then when I revived the coffee (we waited in a lengthy line for) it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered a Almondmilk Honey Flat White. it was more bitter than normal which I assume it was not the blonde roast that is supposed to be served & there was no taste of honey that normally you taste in this coffee drink. After waiting in such a long line, I didn't want to have to waste anymore of our time by turning around and returning the coffee. Just be warned that this particular Starbucks may NOT be what you are used to. read more

Your standard Starbucks, but conveniently located inside a financial institution. The perk about this location versus the only other location in the city is that they have a drive-thru. Which makes it easy to get in and out versus going to the other location in town where you have to fight to park. read more

I just waited 20 minutes for a mobile order going through the drive-through, I did not have their shit together.

The staff is not well equipped to do such an easy job as pouring ice tea in a cup and adding pumps of sugar... smh I ordered a simple ice tea with classic syrup. I repeated what I wanted at least 5 times, you would think they would get it right.. I pulled off took a sip and it's a darn unsweetened tea...smh this isn't the first time they have dropped the ball ... IM NEVER COMING BACK!! The Starbucks up the street on Macon ALWAYS goes beyond my expectations. read more

Lovvve this location! It's convenient, clean, and a relaxing places to study. However, the manager on shift today was very rude to the staff. I watched as every customer was taken care of quickly and politely and she still seemed to be quiet upset. I could feel the tension behind the counter when I requested a refill an hour later. Maybe she had a bad day today but it was noticed by a few customers and wasn't professional. It doesn't keep me from coming back for tasty drinks just felt that it needed to be addressed. read more
