This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. 45 minute wait in the drive-thru is excessive.

Busy location and the inside could be cleaner, if i have to stop at this location I only will use the drive thru.

This Starbucks is always packed: the drive through and inside. The staff is friendly enough and efficient. But my biggest complaint (and why only two stars) is that the place is ALWAYS a mess! Always sticky stuff on the floors, tables are never wiped down and the self serve milk, straw and napkin bar is always a disaster. Always out of milk and a mess everywhere. I understand that you're busy Starbucks, but cleanliness is just as important as serving your customers. read more

Pricey and the line just takes way too long to get through. The coffee is ok but who has time for that in the morning. I love their Green Tea Latte, the staff is always nice. I just hate how expensive it is and the long wait times. read more

This location sucks! They are slow and they charge me .84 cents for extra cream in the drive thru, but I could come inside and get a full cup of cream for free...does this make sence? The location near my work never charges me for it. I Hate this location. They also have rude workers. read more

Worst Starbucks ever. It's too bad when one crappy worker can ruin the purchase of a single drink. My wife ordered a drink on July 2nd and when I went in to get it after waiting unacknowledged for around 5 minutes the one girl asked if I was some other person, I told her no and the name on the drink I was waiting for and what it was, she didn't respond. A few more minutes go by and she calls out a couple of more drinks. I've now seen people that have came into the store and placed orders get their drinks and leave while I'm still waiting. I saw her start to make a frapp so I thought that was the drink I was waiting for but nothing. I finally asked her if they had lost the order and was totally ignored by her, but another worker said it was the one that the piece of crap worker had started in the blender and then left it knowing I was waiting for it. I took the drink without comment. First thing my wife wanted to know was what happened for it to take so long and why her frapp was so runny. We will drive further to a better location then deal with a rude piece of crap worker. read more

I have absolutely HAD IT with this store. The long lines every single day, terrible employee turnover where it's always a new person that has no clue, and the only consistent thing about this location is inconsistency!! I worked for Sbux back in the early 2000's and I have made the same drink and then ordered it as a customer for about 15 years, did although the prices do go up a little every few years, the drink is rang up the same every time and at every location - a triple tall, two pump white mocha, one pump toffee nut latte. In a tall size, an actual white mocha contains three pumps of white mocha and whipped cream and that is not what I am ordering. I am simply adding a bit of white mocha and toffee nut to a latte with no whipped cream. So all of the sudden today, the cashier rings me up for a white mocha with two extra shots and extra syrup for $6.08 rather than what I actually ordered for $5.88 which is order daily. I asked her about it and told her I always pay $5.88 and she got a huge attitude and called her manager over and he confirmed that they "have to charge for a white mocha," but that's absolutely not true. If you're suddenly going to change the way you charge for drinks one day and charge differently than every other Starbucks, you should post some sort of sign. I pay you $5.88 every day for a cup of coffee, don't you think that's enough? The worst part is that the cashier was very rude after that and practically threw my drink out the window and didn't say a word. I guess the three stars are for the brand name and the ability to brew coffee. If you have a mobile order make sure to remind the staff to check the tickets. You might as well just wait in line because the mobile pickup counter does not acknowledge this "perk." read more

I love my home town Starbucks. It is a busy place but they get you through there pretty quick and with a smile.

So I NEVER complain but today I'm going to Yelp because I've never had an experience like this at this location. I guess it depends on who's working. And this about 1 person in particular the rest of the staff I very much enjoy. Bossy little red head with the side pony had the WORST attitude I've ever seen I almost said something to her but decided not to. Whomever is in charge should definitely swiftly get rid of that thot because she is rude as hell and was slamming things around like a 2 yr old having a tantrum. Just buy your damn coffee and go! lol I have been coming here for a few months, sure it can be slow at times but whatever, a few min isn't goin to kill me. Like what better things do you have, sitting in traffic? lol I would recommend they keep the place cleaner, other than that it's ok, the people are friendly, service is fast enough, not like some less busy locations but it's not the end of the world. Horrible service. I get my drink made correctly about half the time and I never order anything complicated. The baristas are just flat out rude most of the time. I try to go during the lunch hour, seems to be better then. Unfortantly this is the closest one to me. read more

The service here is not as welcoming as other locations I have been to. You see young men and women working but they don't seem to enjoy their job or the customers. I seem to just order my coffee and move on without a smile. I walked in and ordered a regular cappuccino to a man who looked in his 20s. I was smiling and happy because my friend was there with me and we came to relax. As I was ordering he didn't smile at me or make much eye contact. This is quite frankly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They are short staffed and customer service is horrible. This is the only restaurant I have ever frequented where I have had a barista yell at me when they gave me the incorrect order. Better yet, this was after I waited more than ten minutes (inside) after paying for a tea. There was no apology, only terrible service. Worst service ever! Everyone had an attitude. My husband, 17 year old daughter and I were having a night out together, which we all know it's hard to get quality time in with a teenager. We saw a movie and had Froyo and then went for coffee. They had never been to a Starbucks before and didn't really know what to order. My husband wanted decaf coffee which they wouldn't make "because it takes 10 minutes," so they gave him a regular of their darkest roast, which tasted and smelled burnt. He asked for a new cup and they treated him terribly. My daughter wanted a cappuccino and they didn't like that she didn't know how to order it. She said "can we just go, I'm feeling uncomfortable."I will NEVER come here again and I hope no one else has the same experience. read more

Starbucks is conveniently placed in the center of Grand Blanc. It is on Grand Blanc Rd. and is next to Burger King, Ya Ya's, Tim Horton's, and Wendy's. They have delicious drinks to refresh you,and they make their drinks by hand. There are many people that go there and enjoy the place a lot. They maybe a bit on the pricey side, but for good food you might have to pay a bit more. I love Starbucks and I think they are fantastic I have very good experiences there every time I have went. I will have to say that sometimes the interaction with the cashier is poor, they expect you to know right off the bat what you would like, and I seem to notice that they get impatient and frustrated with the customer and I don't believe that is right, but I feel that they are usually friendly people.It also takes a bit for the order to come, but other than that I will be going back many more times. They have a variety of flavors of coffee, tea and more for you to choose from. So I would suggest going to Starbucks for a refreshing drink and a nice place to eat. read more

The staff is great. Haven't had the coffee. Hot cocoa is good but not hot. Tea tasty. Low review and why I wrote it .... The place is FREEZING and the music is so bad I'm thinking of bringing headphones. Only place I found with reliable wifi though while I wait for my kids while they are at practice.
