Workers are always friendly and kind. We live in a COVID-19 world and I have no clue how people can sit in their car for 20(give or take ) minutes for a coffee?! This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks in the Green Bay Area. I waited 20 minutes inside today for my drink. There was one order ahead of me and only 4 cars in the drive through. 5 people behind the counter and none of them had the motivation to do anything. I could drive across town and get a drink made faster than I could at this one. My wife went to the military rd Starbucks and got a venti strawberry refresher. When she got the drink it wasn't full. There was like a quarter cup missing. So she asked if the could fill it to the top? The very rude barista said that's how it is always made. Then she politely asked could you at least put ice in since there was none. This location needs a serious overhaul. The service inside is ridiculously slow. I was there this evening and was the only customer in line inside, no cars in the drive thru and yet no one acknowledged or served me for many minutes. When our drinks were ready they didn't shout out our names either, so we didn't know they were done. It's just managed very, very poorly! The parking situation is really crappy too, not many spots available and if the drive thru is busy and you have to leave, better sit tight- you won't be able to get out. I really like this Starbucks but some things are not great about it. It is a great location besides that if you don't know where you are going you could be circling the block trying to get into the parking lot. I usually wait about 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my drink in the morning. It sometimes can be 15 minutes if there is a long line all around the building but that is pretty rare. The staff always apologizes when it takes a little longer then normal. I get the right drink every time and the staff is always nice. This is similar to all of the other Starbucks around town, the same drinks and food are shown. read more

I LOVE Starbucks but this Starbucks is the worst, by far!!!! Avoid this Starbucks unless you have 30-40 minutes to spare. The drive-thru and parking lot is very small and terrible to deal with. The drive-thru moves so slowly that almost every time that I have went, the line of cars went into the street. If you do choose to park and go in, it will take just as long and it is impossible to back out when you leave. Many times my order has not been correct, but I did not want to wait another 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru again to have it fixed. We have gone to this Starbucks several times to give it a chance to get better but it hasn't. The baristas are the slowest, unmotivated people ever. Today we decided to try the app to see if that would improve the experience. When we entered we were not acknowledged by any of the 5 people working behind the counter, despite the fact that we were 2 of only 5 customers in the place. We usually go to the east side but being on this side of town we decided to stop here on the Military Starbucks. I don't plan on coming back to this location because the music is so bad. The words said, 'I will kill' ... Yes, there was a variety, but several songs were just plain of bad taste and angry. Try the other Starbucks on the east side and you will see the difference. I always come here for a strawberry refresher with lemonade. Aka strawberry lemonade. I didn't know it was hard to actually put lemonade in the drink along with the strawberry syrup, but he managed to totally bomb my drink. Don't let Justin make your refreshments, he doesn't know how. My mother has also had more than one occasion where ingredients were forgotten in her mocha frappe. If I can see him working I usually don't go, but I decided to give him a chance. I've been here a couple of times and service was very slow, there was always a line of cars. The waiting time was between 15-20 minutes minimum. The mocha frappuccino was not good it tasted like too much bitterness and creaminess. The drinks was not blended well and mixture was not consistent every time I ordered it. Not to mention the cost was ridiculously high for a Starbucks cup of coffee ($6-$7). Some people thought that's not a lot of money but it's enough to buy you lunch and instead you buy a cup of fattening coffee for that much. I've been to Starbucks all over the country and in other parts of the world, and this one is the worst. If you're on your way to work, running errands etc. don't stop here. You need to plan to spend at least 20 minutes if going through the drive through, and 30 minutes inside. This has happened at least 5 times and I have refrained from writing a review. Not to mention they constantly mess up orders as well. I'm just glad that there's a McDonald's right down the street.
