For having one car in drive through taking over 6 minutes wasn't isn't a great start. No sleeve on a hot coffee and directions were not followed. We asked for whole milk in our cappuccino and we did not get whole milk. They're honestly rude and didn't even offer help with the card reader nearly just sticking it in my grandmothers face. I like this Starbucks. The food and drinks always come out hot! The team is always friendly and positive. It is usually busy here but they keep things moving pretty well. I never have to wait too long even though the driveway line can be difficult to navigate. I don't go inside here ever, but I always have a good experience here. Wow! I do my best to find the good in everything but I just can't do it right now. You have to give at least one star to share a rating, otherwise this would be a ZERO. As a coffee guy and one who loves the atmosphere of coffee shops and coffeehouses ~ this is terrible! They redid this place and now it is, basically, a kiosk coffee "thing." There are only the tables outside for any meetings or to work. There is no place for anything except standing to wait for your order. This place is NOT conducive to the idea of a "coffee shop" at all! But, then again, I'm not sure what SBux mission is anymore. I will NOT be back to this SBux for any reason. Please! Found a milk ring in the bottom of my coffee once! The drinks here are also usually hit or miss. I would typically order the cinnamon dolce latte and sometimes it was good and other times not as good. The coffee always seems a bit over roasted for my liking as well. Pretty good, standard Starbucks. Very easy to access off the Interstate. I've never had them mess up an order on me. I always go inside, order, and by the time I'm doing using the restroom, my drink is usually done and ready to go - even if the drive-thru line outside looks scary. Depending on what time of day you come, the drive-thru can get pretty intense. I've seen it backed up into the road outside of the Starbucks. I've never sat in the Drive-thru line, so I can't comment on that one. The parking lot can occasionally be a bit of a pain. This Starbucks is located in a strip mall with lots of other restaurants, so depending on the day, the parking lot spots can be a bit tougher to locate. I have yet to not get one, but I did have to walk from the other side of the parking lot one time. Lots of small, two-person tables inside, and people seem to regularly be conducting business meetings here. It isn't overly loud, and it feels like a comfortable place. read more

Shout out to this location for hustlinngggg! I'm not one to rave about Starbucks experiences as we try to support Local coffee shops first. We hopped in here driving back to Indianapolis and the line is the drive-through and in-store was crazy busy. The staff seemed to be keeping their cool and working like a choreographed team. They efficiently got through our order despite having a 12+ deep car line in the drive thru, line inside and orders rolling in via the app/ mobile. They did not take my wife seriously when she inquired about the delay, perhaps because it's a small town and she definitely looks like an outsider. One of the worst starbucks i been. I been to many starbucks in my life and this one is the worst one. Me and my brother and grandma were having a long day and we asked for a pink drink,Iced caramel macchiato,caramel ribbon frappe. So this is the part that got me so mad. Me and my brother got our drinks in a very good time and, We were waiting for my grandmas drink. She got a caramel ribbon frappe we thought it would be quick but we waited for her drink for around 50 minutes to a hour. And we said hey it been a while were is my drink cause my drink was half way done and my brother already finished his drink. And the barista or manager said the pink drink and iced caramel macchiato was a hot drink and was served from the hot bar. And we don't know what that is but we didn't get hot drinks. And all the drinks were 18$ with tax. Plus with a 2$ tip. And the barista or manager was like my grandma was the bad person. The barista or manager said theres only one person working back here and there was like 3 or 4 people working back there getting people's orders. I really love the occasional Starbucks before I go to work. I know this one is usually very busy so I prefer to order ahead so it's either ready when I get there or almost. Before I get to the irritating part i will say they do have some people there who are amazing people especially one of the day shift supervisors/manager. But... in the afternoon when I order ahead I'll get there and usually my drink is waiting in the drive through window area and when I try to get someone's attention they act like I'm not there. Today for example my drink sat back there for over five minutes and I had to ask them for it. It clearly says in store on the label. It's not going to deter me from going there cuz like I said most of the time they are great but this is becoming a more common thing. I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks to begin with, but when you put me in a situation where I have to deal with one, it's not going to turn out so great. Yet another stop on our road trip, and one I wish we didn't have to make. I understand the appeal of Starbucks, but I don't understand how they are so overcrowded to the point where it feels as if you are being pushed out of the way. Are people rabid for this coffee? They do understand that they are drinking nothing more than a pit of a fruit, right? This one was cramped beyond expectations. If I ever do stop at a Starbucks it's for a hot chocolate or frozen drink, never the coffee. While my friends were using the facilities I attempted to look at the menu to see what this particular one had to offer. However, every time I was able to glance at the menu I got pushed out of the way by someone who obviously frequents more often than not. I understand you know what you want, but that doesn't give you the ability to just skip over everyone else waiting to place an order. If you were that much of in a hurry, you should have used the drive thru attached to this location. That way you wouldn't have had to leave your car and display how much of a jerk you really are. Along with that, it is way too noisy in here. After about five minutes, I gave up and left. I could get a drink elsewhere without much hassle. read more

This location of Starbucks is always one of my favorites! They're extremely efficient and even when the line is pretty long in the drive thru, they usually move pretty quickly. The baristas and the employees taking orders / handing out the orders are always so friendly and seem like they genuinely enjoy their job. I've been to some Starbucks where they're not as friendly or happy, so it's always a great experience when I come to this location! One time they had gotten my order confused with the one behind it and they ended up just letting me keep the extra coffees they handed to me by mistake instead of having to toss them, which was a wonderful surprise! This store is rather small, but a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Parking sucks here due to the other popular stores that are nearby. There aren't clear signs as to easily get to the drive thru. Lets start off with the driveway, only reason I give a 4 star is because the pavement was a bit chipped, and not in good condition. The drive thru sign was nice I guess, the logo needs wiped, was a speck of dirt on it. The experience of driving up to the window wasn't as magical as some say but I certainly felt nice! Moving on to the ordering. The lady at the intercom didn't speak loud enough, and she seemed to be disengaged with one of her co workers. I ordered my Triple Mocha Frappucino, and I drove up to the first window. The lady at the first window appeared to be the one talking to me on the intercom. She was courteous and polite, even smiled at my daughter which made me happy. When I handed her the money her hands seemed to be sort of dry. Thats another reason for the 4 star. I liked her personality and she seemed to be a nice person. Moving on to the pick up counter. I get there after I got gas, and went in the gas station so maybe 20 minutes, order still isn't ready, not even that big of a deal, but I get a venti and a grande. I show the girl making the drinks my receipt, she says sorry and just keeps working, will not acknowledge me, after the 3rd time she finally said i can see if i can get a manager! WOW!!! I went in to order my drink. The gentlemen at the counter noticed my hat and asked if I served in the Military. When I said yes he look me right in the eyes and with the most sensor and utmost respect he thanked me and shook my hand. He then thanked me again and said this on is on me! I can't even begin to Express my gratitude and just the respect he earned and the respect Starbucks earned by employing such people! Not a huge Starbucks fan myself, but others I am with like to go here, haha. The prices to me seem high for what you get. The lines can be long, but move at a decent speed, this is true for both inside and the drive thru window. The friendly staff seems well trained in knowing how to make a fancy high dollar cup of ole Joe. The store has always been clean, well organized, and nice inside. It's a nice atmosphere where you can relax and play on your iPad or computer around other people. This Starbucks is insanely busy. Located off I-70 it is the place to go when craving a coffee before or after Indianapolis. Since I travel this interstate often this is the coffee shop for me. Normally the service is good, s-l-o-w but good. Last week was not the case. My order was simple - a grande, decaf vanilla latte. No special instructions. And I waited...and waited...and waited. I looked at the array of mugs, coffee, teas (should have purchased the Tazo mint), pasteries...waited...then finally I hear "Mocha, no foam." Not me. Waited...waited. Then those magical words, "Grande, decaf vanilla latte!" Hooray!! Took a sip - ACK!!!! What is this??? Took another sip. Oh - this is not right. "Excuse me, " I say to the coffee artist, "this does not taste right? Is this the vanilla latte? Our barista is NOT happy. However he finds me amusing and laughs. "Yeah." I go on to tell him it taste really odd, perhaps like Chai. Keep in mind I am being kind here. It tasted like a trash fire. This brings another surly chortle from the barista. Look, misterI just paid $5.00 for a coffee in a paper cup and I must say, the Starbucks experience. If I want to be laughed at I can do that at McD's for $1.00. Actually, McD's will make it right. My daughter tastes the coffee and says it is burnt. Grumbling and never making eye contact mutters he will fix another. So we wait.....and wait....and wait....and wait....dollars to donuts my man used regular coffee this time to get back. No apologies, no pleasantries. Here is your coffee now leave - Nice. This Starbucks is always super busy. If there isn't a line in the drive thru there is a line inside. Even with that, the staff is friendly and attentive. I usually place my orders online and they have gotten to know me when I walk in. Being able to run in and grab what I ordered and it always be ready is very helpful. read more

This is the Starbucks that I always start my day at and every time they have always gotten my order. When I place an order for a drink to be decaf and soy they will be sure that the drink is able to have those ingredients. I once ordered a chai tea coffee with special instructions and my barista at the time informed me that it would not taste remotely close to the original drink. I order it anyway and despite it tasting horrible, i was warned. (I drank it anyways, bottoms up) They sometimes run out of breakfast items, but there hasn't been a Starbucks that I know of that DOESNT run out of ingredients. This Starbucks, the first I encounter on I-70 on my way to Indy, is normally pretty decent as far as Starbucks go - fast service, drinks made to order, unusually speedy drive-thru - but my last two trips have been a bit disappointing. You know how at some restaurants, you figure out pretty quick that if you want your steak done medium, you have to order it a cooking temperature above or below what you actually want? Apparently this is now the way the Greenfield Starbucks handles their sizing system. The last two times, I've ordered venti-sized drinks (one an iced chai, one a water) and gotten talls. Hm. Also, if you're going to advertise something on your menu board at the drive-thru, wouldn't it stand to reason that you'd want to make sure you stock your restaurant with enough supply to meet the demand? I tried to order one of those Fruit and Cheese Plates yesterday, based on the lovely picture featured on the drive-thru board, and was given the run-around by a very ditzy girl who first told me they didn't have any, then informed me that the plate and the venti - er, tall water I ordered would cost $8.32, then giggled and said, "Oops! We don't have any! We go through those really fast here!" I contemplated asking her to correct the water situation, but decided it wasn't worth it.
