As always, this service here is terrible. I am here , there are seven people online and there is one barista. That is grossly not fair to her and of course creates all types of morale and customer service issues. It is not her fault as she is trying her best but this is absolutely unbelievable that you would put an employee in that type of situation. This Starbucks was pretty standard. There was a long line - I imagine everything in this mall and area has long lines most of the time because there was hardly any parking and it was really crowded - but they were fairly fast and efficient. The juices and such weren't stocked so I had to ask for one when I paid and they didn't seem to want to have to go and get one. I ordered the classic oatmeal - my fav - and it was really pretty quickly. Apparently now there are two options for oatmeal which I didn't know about. Might have to try the blueberry next time. This won't be my normal starbucks because I was just visiting for the weekend but it served the purpose. read more

Today was not the best day to visit this location but, I have had very good visits here plenty of times in the past so therefore I'll leave a mediocre review! The service is always top notch. The line is normally long, but that's understandable considering they're in a very very busy and popular Mall. The line doesn't frustrate me because they typically move pretty fast and do a good job with the upkeep of the location. It would be beneficial to get a larger space, this Starbucks is definitely one of the smallest Starbucks I've ever been to. Sadly tonight, this Starbucks was the most filthiest Starbucks I've been to. They had boxes and deliverables out in plain view for customers to see, the floor was filthy, the overhead advertisement board was outdated, drink counter was filthy as well as the condiment counter, and things were in disarray. Ultimately it looked like it was a staffing issue. There were only two people there, one taking the orders, and a barista making the orders. They did the best of what they could, but my frustration lies with management for allowing them to have to struggle the way they did. Throughout it all, the staff members continued to be very polite, pleasant, nice and trying to expedite the drinks and food items as ordered as quickly as they could. For this reason, I will continue to visit this Starbucks with hopes of a larger space, Better Staffing and better upkeep of the store. read more

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks. I love being a Starbucks reward member. You get free rewards and they send you constant emails to receive extra stars so that you can receive additional rewards. They are pretty quick at this one. Which is what i like. I usually come in the morning and I'm on my way to work so being prompt and efficient is a plus. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This one is a little bigger than the one inside the mall. This location is a little on the expensive side when comparing prices to my other Starbucks locations. Just a heads up. Came here on a Friday at lunch. The line was long and the service was slow. The pair in front of me saw a fly in their food case. The barista just left the window open to let the fly out but did not throw away any items in the case. I would definitely not order any food from this Starbucks. I ordered a Pink Drink with light ice, and I swear, the whole cup was ice. I'll try the Starbucks drive thru outside the mall next time. read more

Because I live in Grand Forks, where restaurant reviewers explore the culinary adventures of a new Olive Garden as if it was nouvelle cuisine, it is only appropriate that I review a Starbucks. First, we went in for an espresso, but as my blood sugar was dangerously, stayed for the delightful gourmet pre-packaged eats. I ate part of a cheese box and the granola out of the yogurt parfait. I was starving, and and the eats exceeded my expectations. As for the espresso, it also met expectations. The iced water I received FOR FREE was also refreshing and delicious. We even went back after our meal for a second cheese box and an Oprah Chai. This is America at it's finest. If you haven't yet tried your local Starbucks, I urge you to make a trip at your earliest convenience. We will be back. In all seriousness though, the staff was friendly and the line moved quickly. This location inside the mall. It's homey, with a few tables and chairs that works for me. Service was great, my coffee was really yummy and my oat bar delicious. Cold brew lovers beware: My boyfriend and I ordered 2 venti cold brew, the blonde older woman working today 1/15/18 around noon gave us iced coffee... I know what cold brew tastes like. Specifically STARBUCKS cold brew. She gave us regular coffee trying to disguise it as cold brew. We politely asked if we got the wrong drink (because we know mistakes happen and everyone's human), she still tries to convince us it's cold brew because we caught her pouring regular coffee. My favorite barista is gone. Even though the servers know me, they aren't friendly and act like they just met you. Sucks because I don't even want to waste my time going to this location when there are others so close by with much nicer baristas. If you hate your job, get another one. This Starbucks has become the typical mall Starbucks. ie Long lines and missed drinks. While it is not as bad as the Columbia Mall one, I still would not go out of my way to get a drink here. I have asked for no whip on my drink twice and still got it. Not everyone does the whip. I did not have the time to have the drink re-made but that is not a reason for a customer to not get the drink made the way they ordered it. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. While waiting on my drink I had a lovely chat with the girl, Jess, who was making my drink. She was happy and full of smiles and jokes even on a packed busy Saturday. My drink, even with multiple modifications, was perfectly made and so delicious! The girl, Jayla, at the register tonight was very unprofessional and came off very rude. I don't know if she's just that unhappy with her job or what but no hi, no smile, didn't ask any of the courteous questions the starbucks down the street does, and acted like i was bothering her the entire time, this has happened every single time I have gone into this starbucks and this particular barista is on register, no one else seems to have any problems with customer service or being polite. She was on her phone and was very off putting overall, the girl on bar, I didn't catch her name but she had pink hair; so i'm sure you all know her, was very friendly and bubbly, which definitely made up for Jayla's lack of customer service etiquette. read more

We were shopping at Arundel Mills today & decided to grab a drink on our way out. The line was long & very slow moving. The guy making drinks was incredibly slow & finally admitted that he hasn't had much experience making drinks & kept apologizing for the wait. Three other employees stood around after taking drink orders instead of helping him or cleaning up the seating area which was incredibly messy. Also, our drinks ended up being made wrong but we already waited twenty minutes & needed to get on the road so we chose not to say anything. I went in the other day for a drink. The line is a little confusing; I initially walked to the right of the ropes but realized once at the front that I was on the wrong side and went back around. Because of this I noted who was waiting on the other side in case anyone made the same mistake. There were two men waiting for their orders. When I got to the front and started to place my order a woman physically jumped in front of me, claiming she was next, and placed her order. I told the barista that the person was not next, but the woman claimed that she was, but was on the wrong side. As mentioned, I noted who was waiting on the other side and she was not there. Nevertheless, the barista allowed her to cut the line. When I finally did get waited on I explained that the woman had not been next, and how I knew that for certain. The barista said that she was sorry, that they know this woman, she's done this before, but also that she'll cause a scene if they don't take her next. So, I say, you're essentially rewarding bad behavior. The barista then tells me about how another customer she had had made her cry just for fun. I'm sorry, but that's not relevant. And my drink was wrong, but I couldn't bear to waste any more time or spend another minute in that store. All in all it was a pretty unpleasant experience. I get that they can't control their customers behaving badly, but they can treat their customers fairly. If this woman does this routinely she should get sent to the back of the line. If she creates a scene then she can be refused service. read more

This location is really nice and usually very clean. Only thing is that there is always a line so it takes a while to order. The baristas are all very nice and it's in the mall so of course the location is good. It's just always always always busy. If you use the app and order ahead, you can skip the line and it usually saves you five minutes or so :) read more

There is usually a long line out the entrance, and they seem to run out of things quickly. We tried to order something off the secret menu and the barista had no idea what we're asking for. She just brushed us off by saying that they couldn't make it because they didn't have the ingredients, but honestly I think she just didn't feel like making it because they were busy. We asked for the Caramel Cocoa Cluster, which is just a coffee frappacino with toffee syrup, and caramel and mocha drizzle. Nothing too fancy. read more

Clean your bathrooms it's a reflection of the cleanliness for the whole place - your women's bathroom actually had bugs and hair on the wall and the floors where filthy - yells unsanitary conditions throughout the store and I was scared to order a coffee and left instead of ordered. Excellent customer service! I ordered a caramel frappe and my boyfriend had Java chip frappe but somehow the lady made a mistake and switched the toppings on our drinks. It looked weird to me when I saw caramel on the Java chip but I payed little attention to it. That's when the lady noticed and apologized for her mistake. She offered to redo both of them without me asking. I was impressed by the wonderful customer service because i know for sure if it would have been another person, they might have just noticed and bothered not to fix it. Love it! read more
