Spinach Feta pie - Good. The book is good too :) @booki.shgal_eats

I visited PJ's on a whim a few weeks back. Although I didn't plan on staying initially, their vibe made me. I caught up with my book while munching their humble but delicious Spinach Feta pie. Located in a really narrow street, entering and exiting can be a tad painful but once you're in, it's easy to navigate. They have both drive-through and dine-in options but I'd recommend dining in as the parking lot felt cramped and not recommended on a hot day. I'll certainly visit them again another day.

PJS! I pretty much only go for the beignets but the coffee is actually legit. I usually drink coffee black unless I'm feeling wild and go for something like a flavored latte and also generally iced. Now for the BEIGNETs. They make them fresh and they come in HOT! and covered with a generous amount of powdered sugar that if you get some on your clothes or your hands, you're doing it right. You can get an individual one if you're feeling petite but also go crazy and get a half dozen. The beignet possibilities are only what you make them be it. The only downside is this location is so far from where I live and I'd like a closer location to me so I can get beignets. I guess saves me from indulging too much haha. Happy eating and remember: Don't deny, satisfy!

I really enjoyed my hot Honey Oat Milke Latte ($5.95 for a large), which had a lot of depth in flavor. It was rich without being too overly sweet. My partner got the Cold Brew Shaken Espresso ($5.60 for a large). It had a weird burnt coffee flavor to it that he did not like very much. Usually cold brews have a smooth profile, but this one was very robust in flavor. The service was friendly and fast. They also sell PJ merchandise, like shirts, hoodies, flasks, etc. they also have chess boards on the tables. You just have to ask the barista for the pieces. There is decent seating, including some nice couches to lounge on. Definitely a nice place to get some work done.

Having never been to a PJ's coffee before I excitedly came here when I learned they recently opened. They have beignets on their menu so of course I was going to go to try those specifically. I also decided to grab a chai tea latte as well. I looked at the menu online last night and already knew what I wanted so when I pulled up to the speaker I was able to quickly order. It was difficult to hear through the drive-through speaker so make sure to speak loudly so they can hear you as well. I went with the beignets and asked for there not to be so much sugar on it but they weren't able to accommodate my request stating they already come with sugar on them. That was interesting but I rolled with it. It took a little bit for me to receive my order but as soon as I was handed my beignets, I loved how warm they were. They were warmer than my chai tea latte interesting enough. They offer non-dairy milk options such as oat, coconut, and almond milk. I'm glad there is a coffee option out this way but I wasn't impressed enough to make the drive out here just for them. Possibly I'll return if I'm in the area and want coffee or another chai tea latte.

I went to PJ's coffee earlier this month after work. It was before lunch and I was super hungry. Melissa and Val were working that day and they were both very helpful. I got the breakfast croissant with sausage and chai latte with a shot of espresso. They both recommended the sandwich and the drink and I was very pleased with both. Will definitely come back to try the beignets.

I love this location. It's very chill and festive. Come on over and see Joe the Manager and his staff......they will take good care of you. Grab some delicious beignets while you are at it. See you at PJ's!

My new favorite coffee place. The beignets were hot soft and covered with powdered sugar a la New Orleans style . they came in a cute little cake bag. They come in 3, 6 or.12 to an order. I should have gotten 12. Somebody tell them about lagniappe. I need a bakers dozen. I had a cafe au lait, also a NOLA style of coffee. It was very good,-- bright shiny and new. Very clean. The baristas were very professional and active. My only problem is this a 30 minute ride from.my house. But its worth the trip. I cant wait for king cakes to come back around!

While visiting Baltimore, we decided to stop by a local place one morning for a little light breakfast. We ordered coffees, a latte, a cuban sandwich, and bite sized beignets. While sitting there, we got to hear the owner talk to a few people about his life story, why he chose to become a franchisee, and how he hopes for this business to grow. This branch is fairly new, they have a lot of new staff (with training signs), but the service was fast. Everything was well made, the establishment was clean, we we enjoyed all our items. My wife was a fan of her Cuban sandwich, whereas I loved by bite sized beignets.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

I saw an Auntie Anne's as I walked toward my gate and could hear my tummy rumble and as much as I love a delicious, hot, buttery pretzel I decided against this for breakfast. I like to eat healthy (for the most part), but this can be pretty hard to do while traveling - especially in an airport! The sign for Chesapeake Cafe caught my eye - organic, locally owned, fair trade - so I decided to check it out. Plus, they had Naked Juices - just what I was craving! I saw a picture advertising fresh bagels on the menu and decided to order one. The bagel did not taste fresh and was actually pretty soft even after toasting. I was hoping for a freshly toasted bagel like I enjoy occasionally at Einsteins and Brueggers. This bagel was more like the type you find at your local grocery store - nothing special and definitely not worth the $2.59. The customer service was okay and others seemed happy with their coffee 3 stars seems fair. Note to self for future: Stick with the hand crafted espresso drinks and skip the bakery items.
