Raspberry Macarons and Tiramisu Latte! Delicious!!
    Tava B.

After our early dinner, we ventured here for coffee and some sweets. As busy as they were, I was happy to see the pastry case still fully stocked with plenty of options. Fresh and delicious pastries!! The only thing they didn't have was the cinnamon raisin danish! That's my jam. The Tiramisu Latte with oatmilk and an extra shot of espresso & EXTRA HOT was just lovely on this cold, windy day. Paired really well with my sugar doughnut twist that didn't make it out the parking lot... Soft and delicious. 10/10! And the raspberry macaroons TWO THUMBS UP 10/10. We also bought a strawberry cloud doughnut, pumpkin spice & cheese danish & a kimchi croquet for later. :)))))))) This is one happy girl! Happy Yelping!

This aesthetically savy cafe is amazing and relaxing. It has the same lay out and feel of the Paris Baguette in Towson, MD. They have a nice size sitting/ table area. Its not nosy and rather pretty relaxing if you needed to get some work done or just sit like me and collect your thoughts while taking in the tasty latte and pastry. I selected the custard taet, Custard & Almond Pretzel and Caramel Apple Pie. No I didnt eat all at once. I did sit and eat the custard tart that was absolutely tasty and like that of the one I got from Paris Baguette. I ordered the Iced Tiramisu Latte w/Oatmilk. And it was mouth watering tastebud jumping joy delicious! The service and staff were very friendly and polite.

Love this cute chain that's been popping up in the Baltimore area! TLJ is a Korean and French inspired bakery cafe. They have trays when you first walk in which you can use to select your pastries - they have donuts, pastries both sweet and savory, and breads. Take them to the counter to pay where you can also order drinks. The inside is cute and welcoming, bright and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful too! This location is conveniently located with ample parking.

Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty crowded. The selection was huge and every type was fully stocked. We waited in line for the register which took some time and ordered our drinks there. There were no available seats as it was crowded and a lot of people were working on their laptops. They call out drinks by order on receipt. The interior feels luxurious and inviting, similar to other locations I've been to. The operations seem smooth and the experience was seamless

6.29.25 I just tried the taro bread and the vanilla chocolate heart mousse cake for the first time. Highly recommend those two, but not the milk buns.

Hello yumminess! Each time we come, we try something new. I should have taken photos of what I chose, but I was so hungry. The pastries with little hot dogs were tasty. The mini apple danishes were good, while the rectangular pizza topped with veggies won the day! Because it was a Sunday afternoon, the place was packed. We asked for a to go order, then a table opened up, haha. I wonder if that was the reason that my food wasn't warmed up. The volume of conversations was a little louder today.

A coworker recommended this place so I went there this morning before heading to work to surprise my team with some sweets. A couple of varieties: Pain au chocolate, strawberry cheese danish, cherry cheese danish, almond croissant, strawberry donut, vanilla donut and apple caramel danish. Team was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Chocolate stuffed pastry hit the spot for me without being overpoweringly sweet. Lots of variety. I'm worried I might become addicted to this place.

I noticed this location while driving by recently, so I added it to my list of places to try. Before visiting, I reviewed the online menu and discovered that they offer ube-flavored drinks, which made me eager to go there specifically for that. The place is quite large. Upon entering, I was a bit overwhelmed by the bakery section's size and the number of customers inside. Since it was relatively crowded, I got in line and browsed the menu while I waited. However, I did not see any ube-flavored beverages listed, so I had to come up with a quick alternative. I overheard a customer discussing her made-to-order strawberry matcha, which inspired me to try that as a substitute for ube. When I reached the cashier, I ordered the strawberry matcha and decided to get a second drink. I asked the cashier if they had ube drinks as shown online. She looked up at the menu and replied that they did, but when I glanced at it after she looked up, ube was still not specified. I'm unsure what she was looking at, as she did not attempt to point it out. As a newcomer to this place, I finally figured out the flow of ordering and picking up drinks. I walked over to the pickup station, but there was only one of my drinks ready. I informed the male staff member that I ordered two. He looked confused, double-checked the order sheet, and then said, "Oh." He proceeded to prepare the second drink. The first drink took a little while, but he prepared the second one in under two minutes. He called out the order number and slid the drink to the middle of the counter, and that was it. When did customer service stop being a part of the business model? Yes, the business has an appealing aesthetic with features not commonly found in other bakeries. They also offered a wide variety of self-serve bakery items, along with other items in the glass display. However, the first staff member I encountered was neither friendly nor cordial; she gave the impression that she did not want to be there. Her abrupt responses and limited communication conveyed a message of, "I just work here, can I take your order?" Additionally, the barista showed no accountability for failing to prepare the full order. I genuinely wanted to enjoy this experience and was excited to try one of the ube beverages. Perhaps I will try another location in the future to see if the customer service is different. Unfortunately, this location was just okay.

"Come to me...come to me!" Moments pass, a waking slumber, before Ellen Hutter again cries out from her bedroom in the fictional town of Wisborg, Germany, in the year 1838. "Come to me!" she begs. "YOU!" A haunting, telepathic response interrupts Ellen's somnambulant pleas. "YOU ARE NOT FOR THE LIVING." "YOU ARE NOT FOR HUMAN KIND." The terrifying pronouncements of Count Orlok, the nosferatu in Robert Eggers' 2024 film, linger on the air like wisps of wind, chilling us to the bone. But what if the ethereal commands came not from a paralyzing creature of ancient horror, but an extraordinarily delicious, chocolate, cream-filled, sugar-dusted pastry, whose only risk when you bite into it (apart from the calories and the sugar) is an explosion of light, decadent cream requiring a quick jaunt to a dry cleaner? And what if those sweets aren't meant for anyone but you and those you love? The living! My wife's and my trip to the Tous Les Jour in Columbia, Maryland, was no fiction; and neither was our memorable trip to the dry cleaner's afterwards. Although the breadth of their selections are not as seemingly infinite as the offerings from the Ellicott City location, what the Columbia location showcases each day still possesses the potential to dance spellbindingly in your fondest culinary memories.

I love tous les jours cakes, but bakery experiences have never been the best, especially when compared to other asian bakeries nearby. Their spinach feta danish was good, but there could've been more filling. Props for them for not charging extra for their alternative milks! I got an oatmilk latte, and it was one of the worst lattes i've ever gotten. I am by no means a coffee snob but it was so diluted it definitely needed an extra shot. Would not go back here, which is a shame since the columbia location is so convenient.

I was so happy when I found out Columbia was getting a Tous Les Jours! I've been meaning to come here since they opened and I finally got the chance to visit this last weekend. It's pretty spacious, but with it being a Saturday morning, there weren't many empty tables and seats, but I was lucky to find an empty table in the corner. I've been to a couple of their other locations, so I already knew what I was going to get. I absolutely love their veggie croquette. They have a kimchi and a curry one, but the veggie one is my favorite. I also got the custard and almond pretzel, and this was my first time trying it. It was pretty good! For my drink, I ordered a white coconut chai with oat milk. It was also my first time trying this flavor of chai and I really liked it. I spent a few hours working here while munching on these baked goods. I'll say it was a moderate level of noise, so it was fine working out of here and I was able to get a lot of work done.

We love coming here for pastries, cakes, and lattes! My favorite drinks are the ube latte (hot) and all of their matcha lattes. I've been especially loving their new pistachio matcha latte! They never disappoint with their pastries both savory and sweet. Our favorite cake is their mango cloud and chocolate. I would recommend this place to anyone! Only downside is that it does get crowded on the weekends, so seating may be limited on those days.

(Now, that makes it sound like I was driving around with some poor person, firing off dumb questions all day. Fortunately, my assistant is a robot. I think... or at least I hope. I ask some really dumb questions.) Somehow, I missed Dunkin' entirely and pulled into the next parking lot to make a U-turn. That's when I spotted Touché Touchet. So, I skipped the doughnut--also, Dunkin', that's how you spell it, okay? Walking in, I was immediately impressed. The place is immaculately clean, bright, and inviting, with counters overflowing with gorgeous desserts. One employee was behind the counter, finishing up a cake order for another customer. While I waited, I took my time checking out their selection. They seem to specialize in cupcakes, but they also offer cannoli, cakes, cookies, brownies, and a variety of other treats. I decided on a chocolate raspberry cupcake and a cannoli. Now, if you know me, you know I don't go easy on a cannoli rating. These things are in my blood--literally. My doctor keeps insisting it's "cholesterol," but I know the truth. I ate the cannoli right there in my car (hence the lack of pictures--nobody wants to see my dashboard dining setup). Touché Touchet could use some comfortable seating, but it doesn't seem like that kind of spot. The cannoli itself was pretty good--the shell was crisp, with just a slight hint of sogginess, and it was generously filled. The filling was cheesy, sweet, and delicious, though a bit heavy on chocolate chips for my taste. I'm a purist--I prefer my cannoli unadulterated by excess chocolate. But overall? Solid. The cupcake, I brought home to share with my wife. It sat out for a couple of hours but still held up beautifully. In hindsight, I should have refrigerated it, as it was a tad dry by the time we ate it, but that's probably on me. The raspberry filling was phenomenal--bright, fruity, and flavorful--and the chocolate cake was rich and dark. Absolutely delicious. Well, now I know exactly where I'll be stopping the next time I get a sweet tooth in the area
