I'm actually giving this location a 5 star solely on the barista named Mike!! He is absolutely amazing!! I always get my iced caramel macchiato with EXTRA EXTRA caramel and I usually get hardly any!! But MIke TOTALLY understood the mission lol his response was "like death by caramel??" I finally found my favorite one made!! He killed it!!! Not a Starbucks regular. However, today my daughter wanted a Caramel cookie crumble before school. We pulled to the speaker when someone suggested food. I, not knowing if they do have it or not, said "Can I please have a sausage egg and cheese biscuit?" Immediately, order taker responded "we are not Chick-fil-A". I was like "OK". I was very aware that I not at chick-fil-a. I may have said my order wrong or they simply don't have what I was asking. However, it was very uncalled for sarcasm and rudeness. I came through the drive through with my husband and ordered two brown sugar shaken espressos. We got them and both took a sip and noticed it was missing the brown sugar syrup(no biggie), so my husband went inside and asked if they could add in the brown sugar syrup and instead of doing it, a barista named Alex came over and looked at my husband and goes "I made those and I know they're right" and then proceeded to argue with my husband about if they were made right or not... then finally she asked if he wanted her to make them again(all we needed was syrup) and he said yes. She remade them and they were significantly different colors than the first ones she made so my husband pointed out the drastic color difference so maybe she would realize the first ones were wrong and she proceeded to say "I'm color blind so I don't even see the difference". Very poor customer service from Alex when it could have just been a very simple fix. read more

Went through the drive thru for a cup of ice water... if you're a water snob like me, then you understand Starbucks has amazing water. After I told them all I wanted was an ice water they immediately sounded annoyed and told me to pull around. (I get it, I was asking for a free product but really? Like your paycheck depends on it?) When I get to the window the employee says "oh sorry I forgot that we can't give you a cup of free water" I told him I would pay for it and he told me no there's no way to ring it up. I even offered to buy something, literally anything to get a cup of ice water. They still said no and it was because the GM was there. lol. I have been to just about every Starbucks I've ever came across and asked for a cup of ice water and they gladly give one to me, no question. It's just annoying because- it's water. read more

This location has gone down hill quickly. I continue to give them chances but they fail every time. I order almost the same thing every time, they fail to add the extra Carmel drizzle, that's $0.60. It's nice much but when you like your drink a certain way it frustrates you. I of course don't notice it till after I leave because they are always in a rush or if I go inside, I'm in a rush. There's been numerous times they don't give me my food order and again if I'm in a rush I don't think about it till after I leave. I've called asking for a refund for the items I didn't get but they want you to come back that day to grab the food. I don't want stale food at 9pm after work. I can go to any other food service place and get a refund over the phone. I understand they are busy but stole down to make sure the customer is getting everything they've paid for. Yall are already over priced compared to other coffee spots. I only go to yall since that's all we have. When I have a chance to go to others, I pick them over yall. I can get a 32oz coffee for $5 at other places and it tastes so much better! They are much more efficient and great staff! Yall need to do better. By far, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a grande Frappuccino that I ordered online, and when I did finally get it, it had sat in the blender for 5 mins so it was already melting . Not one time did any one of the 4 ladies that were working there acknowledge me. They practiced the "avoid eye contact" method so I couldn't ask where my coffee was. I watched 2 gentlemen sit and finish their entire breakfast and they still didn't have their drinks. The Starbucks is lucky. It's the only one within 10 miles. If The drive-through looks long wait and use the drive-through because going inside is three times the wait. Very slow service. The baristas were not friendly and rude when I asked about my order. It took 20 minutes to get a Frappuccino. My girlfriend finished her iced matcha before i received my drink. The music was upbeat and fun for a Sunday morning but the only friendly person was the young lady that took our order. read more

I come to this Starbucks almost daily, as it's the easiest one to get in and out of typically when I commute to work in the mornings. I put in a mobile order when I'm about 10 minutes away from this location, so I can grab my stuff and be on my way. This morning was a bit different... It's a Sunday morning and they are SWAMPED. I mean, a line around the building, no parking spaces left, and a cafe FULL of people. I had ordered my drinks and breakfast this morning at about 9:20 and arrived around 9:30. People that were already there and ordered food/drinks via the app or In person had apparently already been there since 9:00, 9:10, 9:15, etc. People had been waiting a while for their stuff, and people were obviously getting very upset by this. Unfortunately, as most millennials and Gen Z say, there were a lot of "Kevin's" and "Karen's" in there and they weren't treating the staff well at ALL. I felt so bad. The employees were giving refunds to the customers asking for their money back since they couldn't wait any longer and were frustrated. Unfortunately after waiting for about 15 minutes for my stuff, I had to run so I wasn't late for work. I had asked for a refund and Alex (I believe was his name) WAS PHENOMENAL. My app wasn't working for some reason so he had to give me a refund with some gift cards/vouchers they had. He was so nice to every customer that was in there, no matter their attitude towards him. He was awesome about making sure the customers' complaints and concerns were heard and offered all the solutions possible, all while handling the stress of the rush, being out of some popular/common items, and all the crap the other customers were giving him. I HAD to come back tonight after work to get his name so I could write this. I really hope that whomever reads this will give Alex and the team some love and give this Starbucks a chance, because all the employees were nothing but sweet and helpful, and they're all just trying to make a living, and not all of these issues they face are their fault. Things happen and I think more people need to remember that. Thank you Alex and the ENTIRE staff here at Starbucks in Haslet. Went thru drive thru and drink was incorrect. Usually I won't mention it but since I paid extra to add caramel drizzle I pointed it out and the barista was just annoyed and said it's in there. I mentioned that it clearly wasn't in there and asked her to add it and she refused! We ended up having to go in and ask for a manager to get some caramel. Hate to be a Karen about it but it was just silly and unnecessary. For what it's worth, manager was kind and helpful, while the barista sneered at us from the side. read more

This Haslet, TX, Starbucks has made ALL of my drink orders correctly, they taste awesome, are visually appealing and are done with a pleasant smile to the customers. Maybe it's the manager who creates a great work environment and hires great people but somehow these employees are not jaded and they don't seem to hate their jobs like some other stores' employees do at many of the Starbucks stores near my OKC home and in the bigger metropolitan areas around DFW. Worst starbucks and slowest. They need better training to deal with the traffic. Had to wait 35 minutes in line. Then they didn't even do my order correctly. Instead of fixing my drink order the drive thru attendant said the drink was what I ordered even though the label said something else. She said the two drinks I had ordered were basically the same thing anyways. I told her no one had caffeine and the other one didn't. On top of that she tried to charge for a grande drink when they were giving me tall drinks. Never again will I return to this location. read more
