My husband and I just came for some coffee after a nice dinner and I originally wanted a honey almond milk coffee and when we tried to order it the barista had an attitude and saying they do not have the ingredients to make the drink. Which is fine, I understand, Starbucks has been low on some items for some time but the way he said it, he did not have to have attitude. Walked in and the customer service was not so good at all. no one said any to me and I was the only one standing for service. Finally after a wait then the person that was standing there the entire time said can he take my order. Wow! I was very surprised with the service I received. This location is okay for the customer service but I would not recommend for a fast pickup. Drive thru line was stuck in one place today, and didn't seem to be moving anywhere for about ten minutes, only for two drinks at a time and working in food service myself, I know there are timers that time the workers into delivering the food. What I'm trying to say is that put people at the drive thru who are fast and efficient and try to avoid putting those people who are still trainees there as it takes longer for orders to go out and the next thing that happens is that there's a line with no chance of it stopping. If looking for a faster pickup, I recommend the other Starbucks in Denton Hwy near Target and Rosas. They normally don't take as long and prioritize both the customers in their drive thru and inside, and have never had to clarify an order from them either. (: read more

What can I say? I usually go to Racetrac for all of my early morning coffee needs. But on that particular morning, my bank account was saying "spare me the caffeine fix and dont buy it today, pleeease." Well I had lucked out, as I placed my debit card back into my wallet, and found a Starbucks gift card that I was sure had about $10 on it. I stopped by in the drive thru on the way to work. Mind you, this was a Thursday at around 730am. Considering the time, the drive thru was EMPTY. I should've taken that into consideration. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha, cringed at the $5 it costs for something I can get down the street for $1.40, and pulled around to the window. One girl came and took my gift card. "Do you need a receipt?" "No thank you." Then another girl comes up, and proceeds to ask me about my car and how much I like it. I'll be honest folks, even though I'm dating a greasemonkey, I have no idea how cars even work. I just pump gas into the thing and change the oil when the sticker on my window tells me to do it. So she decides to ask me all of these questions. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for my coffee, and my giftcard. And I understand it may have been busy inside the shop, and I just couldnt tell because I was outside... but I mean, I'm trying to get to work. If it was a Friday at like, 4pm, I'd sit around and chat. The point is, the girl started dissing my car because she said she wanted to buy one but it was "too expensive" for what it was and the fuel economy was "crappy" and blahblahblah. I dont care. I make the monthly payment and I get around. That's what it's for. I finally got my coffee. Then I had to sit there and wait for her to realize that I wasnt sitting there to talk more, but to get my gift card back. She even said "have a great day!" and stood there waiting for me to leave. I usually used their drive thru and didn't have any issues. They are pretty fast and for the most part, they are pretty friendly. Going inside is a different story. This location is super dirty!!! The floor has trash all over the place, so nasty. Also, there are bugs flying around inside. It was not the first time that I have seen this and probably not the last. The coffee tables were dirty and the restroom was so disgusting. So, I wonder if I should even get my coffee here anymore PERIOD. Thai place used to be really great when I first moved here 3 years ago, but it has sadly declined. Just to order 2 simple cold drinks takes a 40 minute wait. In this Texas heat, this is beyond unacceptable. They need better staff who have drive thru experience. Half of their staff act scared to interact with people. If this is the case they need to find new jobs. Some of them down right argue if you say it doesn't taste right, when you actually get the drink. My favorite used to be the dragon fruit tea, looks like I have to find a new summer drink instead. This place needs a huge douche, then a flush to get rid of the waste of spaces known as their current employees. The people they chose to keep here will be their downfall. If I'm heading south on 377 in the morning, most likely to jump on loop 820, and if I don't already have a cup of coffee in my hand, this Starbucks gets the job done. I've never had an issue with slow service, it always seems to be about the same as any other Starbucks. I've never used the drive-through though, as 99% of the time I'm getting a large, excuse me, venti drip coffee. Adding cream and sugar (Sugar In the Raw that is) is just something I want to do for myself. Bottom line: I've been here more than once and I'm sure I'll be back again. read more

I just love this place...even if it is only because of the drive thru!! I mean, why doesnt EVERY starbucks, that is not inside a store or mall, have a drive thru! best thing since sliced bread. I really like this location. Easy to get to and the staff are great. Line is not very long during peak times and drinks are made correctly. Also, I have had to pay it forward the most at this location from people in front of me paying for my drink. Sandwiches are cooked correctly and they don't seem to run out of items very quickly. read more

This has become my "Go-To" Starbucks, even if a little off my beaten path. They are open at 5:30 AM for those early start days....and the drive-thru folks have both a smile and a sense of urgency sometimes missing at other Starbucks.... Love this location. Quick drive-thru, friendly employees and great coffee. The only reason I didn't give this 5-stars is because they aren't very accommodating if your drink isn't right, even when it's not by any fault of your own. OK it's Starbucks, so what can you say about a chain where everyone knows the score, right? Super friendly staff, no long wait times, clean and comfortable seating. By far my favorite Starbucks in the area, especially if you like the customer interaction side of their business model, I am a venti flat white 99% of the time and have never had a bad one here but have at other Starbucks so that's a definite plus. Ordered a chestnut praline latte with soy milk today, but as they were about to make my drink the barista (Dionne) realized they were out of the praline stuff. I decided on an egg nog latte instead and she offered to throw in an extra shot of espresso to make up for the inconvenience (which wasn't really an inconvenience to begin with but still, super sweet of her to offer.) I declined as I can't handle very much caffeine lol and she made my drink. She finished making my latte when my gf realized they used regular milk. I said it was totally fine but Dionne made me a new one anyway, and she made it a venti for free! she was so lovely and friendly and her customer service skills were stellar.
