IDK, the wait is TOO LONG! It's a cozy Starbucks on the inside and I'm a fan of their swift indoor pick-up model, however the drive-thru is exceptionally lacking. I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 20 mins in the drive-thru for my order. I've noticed it's a little empty behind the counter at this location, maybe hire some more baristas? I'm not going to be totally negative, my egg white bites and spinach feta wrap were great! The staff were also friendly enough. She comes across as very dry and doesn't seem knowledgeable about the menu or process. They take forever to make your drink even if they are not busy. The girls in there are extremely rude. I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla cold foam the drink I ordered originally had ube cold foam but I have never tried it before so I swap it for vanilla cold foam.I mobile ordered my drink and It took over 30 for them to make my drink after original pick up time. I get my drink but the girl who made it did not put any cold foam so I tell her and she takes my drink back with attitude. With my coffee the bottom half was oatmilk and on the top it had three shots of espresso well when the girl took it back she goes to the sink and pours out almost all of my expresso shots and just fills it back up with more milk. The drink tasted horrible since it was just basically only milk and she refused to remake it. There was no manager to help and customer service online was no help at all!! My experience here was excellent because I went to another Starbucks where my drink was made with an expired shot and when I came here and explained the situation they were so willing to help me and even offered to remake my drink. Shift supervisor Alyssa did an excellent job remaking my drink and even asked me to taste it to make sure that everything was the way I requested it. She and the crew had Exceptional customer service and I hope others will see the same thing. These people work really hard and they care about the customers. I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened the customer service used to be superb now with New management rude unprofessional refused to give you water. Do not address you when you come in. Manager had a very nasty attitude. This location is fine. The inside is pretty clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean. Drinks has been fine. However the customer service in here the few times I've been has been shit. They're not happy to be working lol. They won't even engage in basic conversation. I walked in, nobody greeted me. I love this location. I drive past three locations just to come to this one. I actually try to go to the other ones to give them another chance and end up leaving those locations to come to this one. Yeah, they're out of supplies sometimes... but what location isn't? It's the baristas and the overall ambiance that makes this place the best. The bathrooms aren't locked... there is a variety of seating for every mood you're in. The baristas are always welcoming and kind. I don't know what it is, but whoever is hiring for this location is doing a good job. They seem to get along and make good connections with regulars. read more

I went to the Starbucks on Sanderson and Stetson in Hemet CA. I purchased a coffee and then asked for the code for the restroom. I was denied the code and told that they were not giving out the code. I asked why, and the person at the counter told me that they were not giving out the code because the kids got out of hand. I immediately told her that I was not a kid, and that was a terrible excuse to not allow people to use the restroom. I thought it was being serviced, however, apparently, they shut it down so that the kids from the nearby high school are not able to use it. This is bad business practice. The kids were drinking purchased beverages just like any adult in the building. Not fair to deny people restroom privileges because kids get out of hand. It is wrong to punish all because a few people might get out of hand. I immediately asked for my money back and called Starbucks. The district manager was supposed to call me back but has not. I don't expect them to either. I hope they addressed the issue. I'm not going back. read more
