Always a terrible experience here. The customer service has gone down tremendously.. The ladies working never smile or greet you. When they take your order they just stare at you. This is in an old outdated building and if this is a franchise it's obvious the owner has no desire to update and make its appearance visually pleasing like all the other locations have. The bathrooms are disgusting and filthy. I have never ordered anything but the same drink at every Starbucks and I asked the barista to stop making my drink bc she was using the wrong milk. She ignored me, kept making it and after waiting 10+ minutes and the only people in the store, she got 6 orders from the drive through. 3 workers, only 1 could make drinks. Do not go here read more

Um... I'm sitting in this Starbucks and my experience is not at all like most of the others. First thing in the door I was greeted and I talked about the weather with the barista. The lady who took my order was equally pleasant. Service was fine and after they took my order on the app they referred to me by my name. My coffee, a simple drip w steamed soya was spot on. My boyfriend and I stopped here on a road trip to dallas and used the drive through. His drink was very good and mine was a bit watered down. May have something to do with the fact that I got a Trina refresher and maybe they didn't compensate for the larger size. Absolutely horrible customer service and drinks! I went through the drive through and ordered a "medicine ball" aka Honey Cirtus Mint Tea and it was served to me with busted teabags -- literally chunks of coarse tea leaves in every sip. On top of that it was gross. I parked and came in and patiently waited in and asked for it to be remade. This time the tea bags were intact but the drink tasted even worse! In addition to that I asked for a cup sleeve and the barista slickly says "I've already double-cupped it". Regarded if you did or not if I am requesting one I clearly want or need one and shouldn't be an issue. I choose to walk away from that situation and will not be back! When I first walked to this place the Starbucks looked abandoned,then when I went the counter which the lady who was taking out order is very nice,but she wasn't really doing anything.Then the other ladies were cursing a little bit,but then stopped and they took very long time for the workers to get me my 3 drinksThe drink was very delicious but they had to remake it because they put ice when I clearly said that I wanted it without ice. Near a horrible area of town, staff management is low, takes around 15 minutes for some milked down latte, and a coffee, with NOBODY here, smaller than most stores, I would stop somewhere else for coffee, but I mostly came here for the restroom, and drinks, as I was tired. Stopped by Friday Aug 5 in the early afternoon. I'm not sure if we were suffering from stroke since it was 100 degrees and we ordered hot beverages: 2 tall decaf lattes. We pulled away to fill the gas tank then headed on our trip. Soon my wife commented that her latte tasted like coffee. It was coffee and not a latte. Mine proved to be the same. Pretty expressive coffee. They were black; no cream. Since the order was wrong I didn't drink mine at all being unsure if it contained caffeine. Not a recommended stop for our future trips. We stopped at another Starbucks about 20 miles north, and ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate. We got two coffees instead. When we realized it, we pulled into this Starbucks in Hillsboro. Here we were greeted by a wonderful barista named Sierra. She immediately understood the situation, and without any hesitation, made me a hot chocolate, which she would not let me pay for even though the two stores are not affiliated. This was great customer service, and a wonderful surprise compared with the lackluster service at the previous store. I picked up the card for the store manager, Lauren B, because I was impressed with the general demeanor and competence of everyone in the store. Clearly, she runs a tight ship and trains her people well. It turned what had been a disappointment into a happy stop on our trip! The world needs more Sierras!!!! read more

This store is located in a decent area next to the outlets. The interior and the staff however leave much to be desired. The decor seems old and outdated and the staff could honestly care less. When a customer says "thank you" after receiving their drink the staff member should acknowledge them. Let's just say this location clearly needs some training in customer service. read more

This store has an unfortunate handicap..it is located in just the right travel time slot driving from DFW to Austin and of course reverse. It is always busy and always slow,however, the drinks are hot when they are suppose to be and cold when they are suppose to be. During the holiday travel and weekends during football season it's especially crowded. The Baristas, and Orderists. Stay calm and continue to full fill all of the requests by guests. The drive thru flows continuously. Yes the trash over flows, the restrooms need attention, but the friendliness and team work of the employees NEVER wains. Even when the entitled start badmouthing them even before they order. Remember your drink is hot when it's made, you need to take your head out of yourself and get your drink when your name is called. When you talk loud on your phone, have your earbuds in or wonder around outside, of course your drink will be lukewarm. The store could use a layout change in the service area to make it easier to service the drive through and the counter. The restrooms could be cleaned on a better schedule, but patrons could treat it better when they use it as well. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. We were in line about 30 minutes for one cup of coffee. Ridiculous.

Jan 6th 2021 we stopped to get coffee two girls are inside one person in drive through and the girl inside said we are closed like wtf it's 5:00 the two girls are just standing around no signs anywhere saying they are closed. I love my coffee and there's always enough of a variety to keep me from getting something that messes up my macros too! I usually get a grande skinny Carmel machiatto with whip. (Sugar free and skim milk... the small amount of cream makes it taste richer) Or pre/post workout I get a blonde dopio ( 2 shot espresso blonde) in a venti cup with ice and put my own premier protein or muscle milk in it.. no sugar no carbs and 35 grams of protein. Shut this place down or make them take basic cognitive tests. I asked for a Venti Pike with heavy cream ... I kid you not.... it took FOUR attempts to get the heavy cream added to it. They made it with everything else but.... Then It was the turn of the lowly blueberry scone . The woman insisted they were out of blueberry muffins . A few rounds of this and someone put her out of her misery by getting a blueberry SCONE . Clearly she didn't know the difference. I am handed a cup of coffee with no double cup and when I very politely ask for another cup the woman looks at me like I have lost my mind and tells me that I only ordered one cup of coffee.
