I decided to call Bittersweet which is local to us and ask if they could add a few elements like the lattice and pearls. Faith was so kind on the phone and told me to bring it in being also clear that they aren't gluten free. I understood, but since we don't have true allergies I told her I was comfortable with them fixing it. It would not medically harm anyone if there was cross contamination. When I got there I showed her the original picture and sent it to her personal phone. Later I went to pick it up after taking my little to lunch, it came out it and was FANTASTIC! They added all the elements it was missing that I wanted and loved. It still doesn't exactly match my pictures but it looks SO cute now and I am very very happy! When I went to pay, she told me to just go enjoy my cake and that they were happy to help. THIS is how you win business, friends!!
