A Starbucks is a Starbucks, of course of course! If you been to one Starbucks, you've been to them all. All those Starbucks I've visited all looked alike. The decor is the same, the menu is the same, the ordering is the same... So what made one Starbucks different than the others? Well, that's got to be the service. We came by on a Saturday morning to get breakfast thinking we can get our coffee and breakfasts in and out...well, think again. We placed two coffee and two sandwiches orders thinking we should be on our way home in 5 min. Coffee orders came out quick but the sandwiches is the other story. I'd imagine we'd get both of our sandwiches at the same time, but when they called our name, we only got one. I thought maybe I forgot to order the second one but since I told the cashier I don't need a receipt, I can't be sure. So since I can't be sure the cashier heard my second sandwich order, we decided to just share the one we did get and right before we started to leave, they called our name again for that sandwich. Maybe it look longer than they expected to make that second sandwich? I don't think so, because the sandwich we got was cold, so it must have been left and forgotten on the counter. Will we come back again? Well, I am not anxious to go back and pay for an over-priced coffee when there is a perfectly good Dunkin Donuts one block away from my house. read more

This experience was great! I always find that the cashiers are super friendly and welcoming. It wasn't too busy so the service was super quick and my food was prepared perfectly. Since I tweak my green teas a little bit when I do order from Starbucks some baristas do not always get it right. BUT this location did! I did use the bathroom which was a little dirty but still useable and I was able to access everything I needed. The dining area itself was super clean and inviting. I usually just grab my order and go but this time I was able to sit amongst others and not feel like I was being crowded around since it was pretty slow. I would definitely come back to this Starbucks because I mentioned the customer service was GREAT and they made everything perfectly. I really enjoyed my time at this location and would recommend others to dine here if they have a moment. read more

Again, how do you (or how I) review and rate a Starbucks. Service, staff attitude, cleanliness, seating availability in and outside. Being in this area for a business meeting this was the closest SBUX my GPS took me to. Large parking lot with several handicapped parking spaces and a ramp to access the entrance. Lots of tables which were Clean. The queue moves fast. Lots of outdoor tables and shaded areas. Like most SBUX each one seems to attract its own unique crowd in addition to transients like us. This one had a combination of guys who seemed to have seen better days, talking loudly on their cell phones not using earphones and using the speaker phone mode, talking about who knows what, just very loud. And then the tables of seemingly needy guys working on some top secret coding project and a few folks who seemed to make the large outdoor seating area their home away from home. The bathroom was uni-sex and one had a bi-fold door to allow someone in a wheel chair to access it without assistance. While we were there a young buy got caught in the bi-fold door and had to be rescued. I'm not kidding. My blonde espresso over ice with Splenda and almond milk was perfectly prepared. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I come about once a month and I have never had anything but great experiences with the baristas. This time I was greeted as soon as I walked in, even though everyone was busy with other guests, the lady who took my order was all smiles, complimented me (that was nice), and gave a a heartfelt goodbye. The drink was made just how I like, which can be challenging sometimes since I am one of those "difficult order" people with tons of substitutions. Parking is also easy with a nice big lot. There is no drive thru at this one but that's fine with me, I like going in and interacting with the staff. read more

In November, I went to the Camelot Days Festival at Topeekeegee Yugnee Park and I kept wondering why I continuously saw Starbucks cups all over the place. Given that I am like a dog with a bone when it comes to Starbucks, I needed to find out where these were coming from. I had so much fun at the festival though that I eventually forgot about it, only to leave the festival, see this Starbucks as the closest one, and was like, "Okay, we must go!" Consequently, two of my friends and I stepped into this fine establishment. I always wanted to say that. Don't ask why, I don't know why half the time. Anyway, we were attended swiftly, the baristas smiling, and I do believe they were already serving the red holiday cups. We then opted to sit outside as the day was absolutely lovely, and well, the most surprising thing about this Starbucks is the space. Seriously speaking, I found this to be one of the larger ones I've been to. The only thing to note, however, is that this location is desperately missing a drive-thru. Oh well, despite all this, we were quite merry, sitting outside and soaking in the sun, enjoying the Wi-Fi, chatting our day away, and of course, being full of holiday cheer. read more

Ordered a mobile order, went in to pick it up. When I walked in I saw my order sitting (rotting) there. I went in and said I'm here to pick up and the barista said " yeah I know." This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I just love it. It's clean and the staff is friendly and has large selection of pasties and sandwiches. They have a lots of tables and seating areas for those who want to hang out and do work here. They offer free wifi and it's one of the busiest Starbuck around. I usually don't go at peak times so I can't say I have waited any length of time for my order it usually comes right out. I have noticed they do put in new items often. Cheers to Coffee!!! read more

This location reminds me of when I lived in Manhattan trying to get a Starbucks coffee during lunch hour with the entire rest of the city. There are two Starbucks on Sheridan within a mile. This one, closer to I-95 is at least 2 x`s busier. It does not have a drive thru. I offer only three stars for this location not because of anything to do with the coffee or food. We all know what Starbucks is all about: Same style storefront, Green logo with the mermaid, dark cabin look with chairs and tables set up for parties of 4 or less and soft mood music. I've never been served cold coffee or bad food here. The deal is, it is just too busy (for Florida), too loud, and there is nowhere to sit. Soooo.... you can't come here in a rush to just pop in and go, the line is long. And if you are ok with waiting in line, you then also have to wait for somewhere to sit. I know the location in Adventura added three long tables hooked up with electrical outlets and stools to accommodate the amount of traffic they get, this location has yet to do so. read more

Omg!!!! Can't stop laughing!!!! Never ever use the handicap bathroom at this location. If you have ever been to this location you know it has an automated door that sometimes doesn't lock. I'm not sure who I feel worst for the elderly gentlemen that jumped up off the toilet with his pants around his ankles, the guy that pushed the open door button exposing him or me that was standing there witnessing it all. If you haver used one of these type of bathrooms you know it's about a 60 sec. Delay to open or close the door as you stand there exposing all of your goods!!! I asked one of the Starbucks workers how often it happens and she started laughing and said "all the time". Overall the service is fast despite how busy they were. read more

This location is very well run! I have been to several locations and this one is always clean and efficient. The morning usually has a line but it always so fast that you don't even care. The people on staff are always friendly and behind the counter it is always clean. The staff always makes sure to walk down line and take other orders to make sure they stay on top of everything and they remember details on their regulars. I'm usually a fan of Starbucks, but this one isn't the greatest. Unfortunately, while we were present, the computer system went down. Because of this, the employees were unable to serve drinks. I completely understand this and my rating doesn't take the actual incident into account. However, while the system was down for more than thirty minutes (we left after that time), the three employees stayed behind the counter despite the number of things they could have been doing during this time. There was a spilled coffee under my seat (with the cup still there), sticky residue on the table next to me, and several napkins lying on the ground that needed to be picked up, yet nobody took the new-found free time to tidy up the place. In addition, if my system went down and I had to start refusing customers, my first thought would be to refill existing drinks with free drip coffee or at least walk around with a pitcher of water, neither of which had happened by the time we left. I'm not sure if I just hit this place on an off-day, but I won't be back to find out - I'll be sticking with my regular Starbucks from now on. read more

Decent location; lots of people-traffic; friendly severs. No problem with my order. Lack of a drive-thru costs them a star, which makes the location on Miami Gardens Drive my "go to". Not that I am a regular by any means: coffee makes me jumpy and Starbucks is too expensive generally, BUT I love them for the May 1-10 Frappacino Happy Hour where these yummy drinks were half price. Do not order from this Starbucks! They screw up orders and then refuse to give you a refund or new coffee. My co-worker and I ordered via Uber eats. They sent 1 wrong drink and one that was pure steamed milk. When contacted about the order, they claimed the name was not in the system and there was no record of our order.
