I bought a red studded venti cup from another Starbucks and it was cracked I noticed the next day, The Starbucks I got it from ran out so I couldn't exchange it. Most other Starbucks didn't answer the phone but this one did and JR was amazing and helped me and I appreciate it so much! $20 is a lot for a cup to me and I was really excited to have this pretty cup but sad it was sold out most places and worried I'd be stuck with the cracked one, he went and checked right away if they had any and then held the last one they had for me to exchange my broken one if I came ASAP bc otherwise he'll leave it out (which is fair) and he was very pleasant and so were the other employees. It seems like small good deed to most but, but was a big deal to me! Tysm! It's a Starbucks, so expect it to be a Starbucks...except better :) I don't frequent Starbucks too often, as I prefer Dunkin for coffee, BUT every once in a while you just need a delicious frozen drink and a pastry served by a smiling individual. This Starbucks location is always clean, the Baristas are always friendly and the wait is never overwhelmingly long. These 3 statements are contradictory to pretty much every other Starbucks in the area where you wait forever for someone to treat you poorly. The only drawback really is that it parking could be better. The lot is shared with the rest of the plaza, and the closest businesses are a bar/restaurant and a stop & shop type convenience store so the lot is usually very full and cars are constantly in and out. read more

This review is only on the drive thru service. In the past I had always gone inside to get my coffee, but every time I felt like they have put the drive thru customers first and it always takes a long time. So I decided to try the drive thru. I figured because it was morning time they would be pretty quick to get through people. I was wrong. There were only three cars in front of me and the whole process took me at least 10-15 minutes to just get a black coffee. So my advice is to go inside, it will move a lot faster. read more

There are five Starbucks within 5 miles of where I live. This one is by far the best I've been to. It faces Park Road and not Sheridan so a lot of the noise is dissipated. Directly across the street from the park. Plenty of outdoor seating. More outdoor seating than most other Starbucks. read more

As a coffee junkie myself, I know a good cup of coffee when I see one and well this Starbucks I have to say is pretty good overall in terms of atmosphere and service. I recently moved here from Downtown Miami where everything is always rushed and on the go and I was surprised to find that the Batista's actually delivered my drink in a timely manner and actually took time to secure the lid so my drink didn't spill . Overall I must say that I am very pleased with the service, and thankfully the bathrooms were clean too. The only downside I would have to say was that it was a little cramped together with so many customers that the wifi was pretty slow and I felt a little cramped at times. As popular as coffeehouses are, really I cannot place total blame on the establishment. I highly recommend getting a double blended white chocolate mocha minus the whip cream. read more

Our experience at this Starbucks was fine. Got 2 drinks - Mocha, and Chai. Tasted like the typical from all the SBs back home in NorCal. Service was good and the other patrons were more friendly than typical NorCal folks. Oy! Don't talk down to my husband when he asks you a question about his order. It was as if the entire restaurant got silent. That was the calm before the storm. Then my husband let Ms.Kathleen have it. When she placed his order in front of him, my husband asked if everything he order was there. In an extremely patronizing voice, as if she was talking to a 3 year old and pointing to each item, she said, "This-is-the-bagel, and-this-is-the-sandwich." Oh no! No, no, no! Bad move, Kathleen! Awesome service even through they were busy when I stopped in one Saturday morning. Pretty much the same as most Starbucks stores however the employees were more friendly than a few I have encountered. My only gripe was they spelled my name "hollie" on my cup. I used to be a regular customer at this local Starbucks from time to time as well as some other locations when I would travel about as I sometimes find myself running late, or just extremely busy. So I run in the first coffee shop I see (usually a starbucks or DD) for a quick fix. Sometimes I'm just being plain lazy and I don't feel like looking for a more preferable establishment for my coffee to come from. This particular morning I was very busy and just didn't have time to make coffee in the morning so I decided to use the mobile ordering app as I figured it would make it very quick and easy to order and pick up my coffee on the way to work. The only problem is that it seems that lately every time I pick up some coffee/food at this location something is always wrong. Either the sandwiches were barely cooked or cold to the touch or my coffee tasting as if it was a few days old. They're not the cheapest option for breakfast and to bite into frozen egg is just not what I enjoy or look forward to. As for the coffee I dont expect gourmet coffee from starbucks, but why does it seem to taste like week old coffee lately. As I talk to some of my friends and co-workers it seems that they have similar experiences at this location ever so often and the amount of money people spend here is insane to begin with. I'm not going to rate this location a one star as they have successfully defrosted there breakfast in the past but it's a real hit or miss lately. I only hope that things start to improve at this location or I may just have to keep driving next time to the next coffee shop on my way to work. read more

Great staff, nice people, quick service. The bathrooms and cafe table tops are filthy at best. I cant eat and drink at a place that I need to use my elbows to open doors... pretty disappointed. Senior and regional management are to blame for this. Perhaps they should consider taking a food handlers course from their employees? It's a shame to see an understaffed "high volume door" that suffers from poor management. Amazing quick service here. Never have had an issues with my order, which can often be complicated. Overall, very friendly environment. Coffee tastes great, regardless of what you order. Parking can sometimes be a hassle due to location, but it usually isn't that bad. read more

Horrible experience just now at this Starbucks!!!!! I never go to Starbucks! NEVER! Terrible first experience. Every person that walks in should be acknowledged like it's their first time! Every person! You don't know what people are going through! Just getting acknowledged could really change a person's day. I'm having an at risk pregnancy, my father is in critical condition (life or death) at the hospital and I'm getting my sister her favorite coffee to cheer her up otw to visit him! An order after being ready should be called out at least! Not just placed on the counter. It was 5 cups placed on the counter, I just paid yall $6 for some caffeine & I have to look for it?!?! While the associates are chatting with their buddy discussing Love and Hip Hop Miami and Trick Daddy doing inappropriate things?!?!?!Seriously?!?!? An associate that appeared to be light skinned and nappy hair with a cap and a Caucasian female with black roots and pink, blue, & purple dyed ends completely ignored my prescence as I waited for them to call my name or order or SOMETHING! As a fan of coffee shops, I must say that Starbucks generally nails the cozy feeling that people want out of a coffee shop, except for the few things that remind you that it is a chain (i.e. plastic or paper cups instead of mugs, logo-embossed packaging). This store definitely fits the Starbucks model, except that the staff here aren't typically too outgoing and hospitable. Another problem I have with Starbucks in general is the high prices for the meñu items, but again, it's part of their chain's model. As a store, I think it fits the American Starbucks model quite well, but there is nothing quite extraordinary about it. read more

Their management team should be commended for sucking in these losers.If your getting a good old cup of coffee OK. I couldn't believe how little coffee is actually added to their iced coffees. I'm so glad I caught the guy making my iced coffee because after the ice was added he added mostly milk and very little coffee.l said to the coffee maker not acceptable. He said what do you mean. By then all the patrons just gasped, and I said these people might be chumps and just care about the sugary taste but I need the caffeine. I made him start over and got what I paid for. Coffee is expensive and Starbucks is very aware of this so they actually use as little as possible. I'm sure a good portion of their customers know this but don't care. In my opinion Dunkin Donuts is more about product, and Starbucks is about attitude. I went to five different locations to see if my theory was correct. Yes it is a fact not theory. One of the coffee makers refused to make it my way so I asked for a manager and instead of losing a profit they just gave me my money back.
