I was on FaceTime with my wife as she was telling me how she found her drink to be too sweet and…read moresimply wanted a small cup of water to dilute it while still enjoying her coffee. She politely approached the truck and was told that they do not provide cups of water and that bottled water was available for purchase. When she explained she only wanted a little water to finish her drink, she was again told no and encouraged to buy a bottle instead. She politely declined and returned to her table where my kids were. As she was explaining the interaction to me and my son, an employee who had been cleaning a nearby table abruptly interrupted the conversation and said, "If you want free water, go to Starbucks." My wife was understandably surprised and said, "Excuse me?" The woman then made it very clear that she was the owner and proceeded to say things such as: "What coffee shop gives free water?" "Why do people always want everything for free?" "If you don't like our ways, you can leave and go to Starbucks." My wife calmly explained that she had not come there to argue, especially over a cup of water that had already been denied and was no longer a big deal. She also reminded the owner that we were paying customers and had not asked for anything for free. In fact, my wife had generously tipped before being treated this way. I told my wife to keep me on the phone and I seen the owner continuing to pace around my wife ranting about people wanting things for free. Another employee, who appeared to be her daughter, was heard telling her in Spanish, "Ma, ya, basta" ("Mom, enough"), but the owner continued. She then sarcastically offered my wife sink water now and remarked, "You can drink it at your own risk," but while continuing to tell her to leave and go somewhere else for free water. The entire interaction was bizarre, awkward, and honestly shocking. My wife and kids sat there completely puzzled and offended. I told my wife to leave and she did but not before telling the owner that they would gladly leave but that, as a business owner herself, she should work on her customer service before running her business into the ground over her mouth. What was most surprising was that other customers witnessed the exchange too. I heard over the phone while my wife was walking out a customer say "that's not right". My wife said the couple also got up and left too. Overall, between the overpriced coffee, lack of Wi-Fi that my wife said they told her they don't share with customers and most importantly the incredibly rude and unprofessional treatment by the owner herself, this is not a place we will be ever visiting again or recommending as locals. All that unprofessional treatment over my wife asking for a cup of water to dilute their overly sweet and overpriced drinks, what a joke.

Overall, nice and comfortable. Service is friendly and not too slow considering the volume of customers they have. In this visit, I had a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk, light sugar, and it was very good. My daughter also liked her decaf mocha dalgona latte with almond milk. We also tried a couple of pastries, the gluten free brownie and the chocolate and almond pan suisse, they were both very good. Next time I'll try one of their espresso drinks.

It was super disappointing because that was the whole reason I came here, and it wasn't even late in the day. Since I waited that long already, I decided to get the blackberry matcha. It was good and definitely gave me the kick of energy I needed, although I would've liked more blackberry flavor. This location is HUGE. There is plenty of seating and it's super clean. I went on a Sunday and it was super busy. The line was really long, but it moved surprisingly quickly because they were so organized behind the counter. I honestly was kind of between 3 and 4 stars, but decided to give 4. I'll probably be back, but I hope they have the flavors in stock next time.

I wasn't greeted when I came in which is a huge thing for me. The stuff wasn't the warmest but also I think it's due to their age ( very young) and maybe relation to whomever owns the studio but more of an age thing. As for the coffee, I ordered the s'mores latte instead of the pistachio latte because they ran out of pistachio milk. I was presently surprised when the drink came in a can, I thought that was very unique! Also convenient for when you want to shake all the goods inside the drink before opening. Yesterday I stopped by close to their closing time and was surprised to see a long line. A few people left, but I decided to thug it out and wait. The coffee tasted high quality and smooth, with no bitter aftertaste, which I really appreciated. The coffee shop itself is a cute vintage-style food truck, which adds to the charm. They were pretty busy, and it's a small team of young girls working, so give them a little grace. They don't have the manpower of bigger chains like Starbucks or Cali Coffee, but the vibe and the coffee make it worth it. I'll definitely be back!

They have more matcha flavors than anywhere else I've seen, so it was a hard choice. I ended up going with the marshmallow, and I'm super happy with my choice. The matcha and marshmallow flavors were both strong and complemented each other well. They have a pastry case that I completely missed because it's around the corner, or I might have tried something there too. I love the cute animal decor as well, and I don't believe they charged extra for alternative milks, which is always huge bonus points for me.
