Fantastic experience at the Nespresso boutique in the Aventura mall. I am so glad I finally went. I was greeted with a coffee tasting of my choice with even sugar and milk served in a see through cup complimentary. The experience was so welcoming and fun. Nice set up of varieties of different classic pods and vertuos. So many different single shots, doubles and full cup types. I usually buy mine online but now I will continue to buy in the store. It is really nice to see it in person, try new flavors and save on shipping. They offered signature holiday flavors such as gingerbread or even maple flavored pods to purchase or even taste. I would have not bought the gingerbread or the festive holiday until I tried it. It was so delicious that it was worth buying! So warm and definitely festive. The employee was so helpful that she informed me of the sale that they were having. I purchased 8 sleeves which include 10 pods inside and then you get 3 sleeves free. Ever since my partner got a Nespresso machine, we've been hooked and make monthly nespresso runs. Each time we go, we try a sample as we make our purchases. Typically we get 4 sleeves that lasts us about a month or so. I'm glad there's a physical store we can browse, I just wish they had more locations and more deals! Usually online you can get some $ off but that requires a hefty purchase. Anyways, the store is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I told the gentleman I was in a rush to make my dinner reservation and could come back if there was a wait. He immediately helped me. Quick, efficient, no problem. I said "thank you" and left... I get to dinner and receive a text message from an unknown number. The person that assisted me went into my profile, got my number and began messaging me. I immediately blocked him but WHERE I LIVE is inside my profile. This is just really not okay your staff has the ability to locate and contact me like this... Wow, I have always wanted to visit the Nespresso store and I am so glad I finally got the opportunity! This store is located within the Aventura mall specifically on the second floor. There are not many of these stores around in South Florida but this is one of them. I am a huge Nespresso fan. I have convinced many people to buy Nespresso and I usually buy my pods on the Nespresso website but today I got to experience the physical location. The store may seem tiny, but it actually has a ton of character throughout. The walls are decorated with very nice tones that feel very inviting. Once you are inside, there is a barista booth where they offer a variety of different Nespresso flavors to try from both Nespresso pod versions. They have so many different flavors to try and you can get it with milk creams sugars you name it. It's a very nice touch to be able to sample a pod you were considering buying, but weren't sure how it would taste. I definitely have tried some pods in the past I did not like so this opportunity allowed me to experiment with a pod that I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a sleeve of. I tried the festive limited edition flavor, and I loved it. So much so that I bought two sleeves of that pod after I tried it. In total, our order had 10 sleeves of pods which we were given three additional sleeves free for Black Friday weekend. Seven of those sleeves were mine as I drink Nespresso every single day whether I'm at home on my Nespresso machine or at work on my Nespresso machine. I actually can't wait to go back. I will have to visit the Aventura Mall just to buy more Nespresso pod sleeves. Hopefully these sleeves will last me a few months, so I won't have to be back too soon. Came to restock on coffee pods and they have a cool system going on. They have a virtual waitlist. You give your name and they place you on the list to wait. Once its your turn you're called up to one of the cashiers where you can purchase coffee pods, accessories or anything else you may need. In the meantime while you're waiting to be called you can sample the coffee they have available or look at the stuff they have around. The displays themselves are aesthetically pleasing. The Nespresso pod boxes look so pretty color coordinated and stacked up on the walls. We waited about 10-15 minutes to be called up to the cashier. Once we were at the cashier the process was pretty quick. They have a menu in front of you with all the pods that are available for purchase. The staff are helpful too if you have any questions about the pods or the types of coffee. And they are quick to round up and package up your purchases. I came here because I was tired of the Colombian coffee pods I have bought for months. I wanted to try something new. I chatted with Barielle. She is so sweet and really wanted to help me find the right coffee for me. She suggested the Melozio pods. These are a little bolder than the Colombian ones. She brought me out a cup of this and boy did I love this coffee. It is like she knew my taste buds exactly. So I bought a few sleeves of them to stock up. They have new little machines since I bought my Vertuo. These are in pastel colors and are attractive. They are smaller than my machine. They have many other coffee pods to choose from. Great service--if you get the right person The first time I visited, I had an amazing experience thanks to Tia. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to understand our flavor preferences. It felt like a personalized tasting session--even with a steady stream of customers, she made us feel like the only ones there. That said, I'm giving 4 stars because the consistency just isn't there. On a return visit, the vibe was completely different. The team wasn't rude, but the person helping us seemed disinterested and rushed, which took away from the overall experience. Thankfully, Tia saw us and still remembered our preferences--which totally saved the visit. So yeah... if you go, definitely ask for Tia. She's the real MVP. read more

Promo Joy 2024 gave me option to select from a small group which I could use. Tried calling order in and got same response as chat. We come from Coral Springs just for the pods because I did not want to wait 3-5 business days for the shipment. Also, for the normally nice experience. We are a Keurig Family. Our daughter was insistent on getting a box of the Pumpkin Spice Cake Coffee at Nespresso. Because of COVID, you are restricted from walking around on your own. There is a line and you need to wait your turn for an assistant to guide you. Our assistant was a little confused when I asked her for a box of Pumpkin Spice Coffee when she was told that we love our Keurig. I know the Nespresso pods only fit a Nespresso maker, but I loved the look on her face when she asked us how in the world will we be able to use their coffee pods without their coffee maker. Listen up young pup. This old dog is going to teach you a new trick. All you need to do is cut open the Nespresso pod and dump the coffee in a reusable coffee pod and place it in a Keurig. She tilted her head and said that she had never thought of that. One for the old dog. Looking forward to Monday morning having a Nespresso coffee come through a Keurig coffee machine. read more

Service is horrible. I bought over 200 capsules of coffee two days ago that were supposed to be delivered by a Botique store the same day. They failed. The Nespresso "Club" says they can't tell what the store is doing and they can't call them as I can't call the store direct either. The Nespresso service has gone to sh&t. They're polite and apologize but that's all. If they'd provide feedback to the corporate level maybe corporate would pull their head out of their AS$ and get back to service. I've bought about 6 machines over the past 12 to 15 years and my personal at home consumption is around 200 each 60 days. You'd think they listen to my suggestion for better service. Silly me, I'm just a customer. A customer that's not buying anything from this company ever again. read more

Last night we purchased a machine on Lincoln road which was defective. The manager Johnathan was very helpful when we brought our machine to them to rectify the problem. While we waited we were offered cups of coffee which we gladly accepted. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I am happy to find a Nespresso bar closer to my home. read more

Sadly, the service here is still extremely slow. Since they move from Sur la Table they don't get the level of service they use to have. Small, but focused retail take-home espresso pod store - I assume most people are familiar with Nespresso and the products they make. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They have tons of different flavors and varieties, but of course make sure you get the right one for your machine! My buddy talked me into getting a Nespresso machine. He had bought one for his mother, and said he recently purchased one for himself. I think he bought his to impress his dates. Its basically a cappuccino maker for dummies. Insert a pod, add the water and press the button. Wah lah.... expresso, latte, cappuccino or coffee in thirty seconds.   I had to go to the Aventura Mall to get a birthday gift for my younger sister. I went to Sur La Table, a Nespresso boutique, in the Aventura mall. I heard you can try their products here and them purchase their machines if you like them.  I was a given a demonstration and was quite impressed with this expresso/cappuccino/coffee maker. They were on sale from $500.00 to $250.00 which seemed like quite a bargain so I purchased one . So far so good. It's easy to use and no mess. The pods are recyclable, and they give you bags with free shipping to return to the empties to Nespresso. They also give you incentives, such as free pods, for returning the used ones.   Oh, and did I mention... this machine makes terrific expresso! read more

We came here in search of Nespresso pods and found what we needed. The issue I had was with I believe the store manger Jamie. She was not friendly to her staff, her customer service and management skills were unprofessional. By her being rude and humiliating her staff in front of us made me very uncomfortable as a customer. I love going to this Nespresso. So glad they changed locations in the mall it makes for a more comfortable shopping experience. Everyone is extremely nice especially Felipe. They are always willing to suggest new coffees, they inform my family and I about the sales and offers pertaining to coffees, machine and accessories. Also the recycling bin is more accesible now makes it very easy to drop off the capsules.
