They didn't have enough ingredients for it, but I did end up getting the double berry Matcha and a tall and a strawberry açai lemonade but something is missing. I need a little more energy so I need to go ahead and get me some kind of energy drink mixed in with this lemonade. Otherwise it's exactly what it is or a refresher. I visited the Starbucks in Summerwood and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a grande Mint Majesty tea with 3 pumps of white chocolate mocha, steamed almond milk, and a slice of banana nut loaf. It was pretty tasty. The tea was warm and comforting, and the banana nut loaf was fresh and flavorful. However, I did feel a bit rushed while placing my order and paying. I just don't enjoy feeling hurried, especially when I'm trying to customize my drink. Otherwise, I would have given a 5-star review. I've noticed that at this location, the barista service can sometimes feel just a little off. With their prices, I do expect consistently great service. Really... service is EVERYTHING to me... even if I was paying two cents, lol. That said, the tea and loaf were good, and I'll likely return... just hoping for a smoother experience next time. read more

After arriving to my destination and I went to eat my donut.... 1)the lady working drive-thru placed the original Starbucks' clear unwrapped plastic packaged donut, in the regular brown pastry bag....lazy of her but no problem. 2)After noticing the donut didn't look like the normal old fashioned donut, I examined the packaging only to realize *THE DONUT'S EXPIRATION DATE WAS AUG 24, 2023!!!!. Today's date is Oct. 21, 2023!!! Totally unacceptable!!! I immediately reported it to Starbuck's corporate office and requested an escalation to the district manager. Stopped to get a mango dragon fruit lemonade and to use ladies' room. Co-Ed restrooms are horrific!!!! No exaggeration. When I quietly reported to young lady taking my drink order she blew me off. I said, "I'm not exaggerating, the restrooms need immediate attention." She just looked at me and asked me again what was my order. And walked off. Another young man stepped up to the register. I repeated my comment and he said he would have it taken care of it. To finish my transaction where I had entered my card. She looked at the ticket and realized I hadn't tipped and just kind of shoved my ticket at me. The reason I didn't tip is because of her reaction to my reporting the restroom situation. Tipping is optional and it's a form of a customer showing appreciation. It is not required. Typically I'm a tip well even for over priced coffee and drinks. I appreciate good service and pleasantry. Once upon a time in my young life, I was a waitress, and had many jobs in customer service. I'm a career woman in commercial real estate industry and still have customers and still treat my customers with respect courtesy and have no expectation of a tip. People in the service industry need to understand that whatever salary they're working for is their compensation if they want to make extra in life, then they need to be pleasant and accommodating. read more

A week prior I ordered a cappuccino for my husband and I had to go inside because they made it a latte instead! It took them 3 tries to get it right ‍. With my coffee they can't seem to get it right either . I am convinced that the staff makes whatever the hell they feel like making, can't read, follow instructions OR they have expired products. Because there is no way in hell that they continuously F**k up my coffee. I have customized my coffee several times just to get it to my liking and still DISGUSTING . Honestly, I do not understand why the line at this place is long. They always mess up on your drinks. Staff want to argue with you at the window. All in all it's just a portly manage place. So I went to the Starbucks and the cashier seemed more interested in talking to the guy behind us so she rushed our order and got his order before us. Then the barista gave me half cold, half hot drink with the ice melted, making it even more watery than a regular Americano and she didn't even put the pumps in because it tasted just straight like coffee and milk when I asked for 8 pumps of cinnamon dolce and two pumps of white mocha. It was like she didn't even try and I've gotten this drink over 100 times in several different places and it never comes out this horrible. this was a terrible Starbucks. For customer service, and barista. The only one that did anything right was the guy who made my sandwich. But how hard is it to put a sandwich in an oven and heat it up? Ordered 2 trenta drinks online on January 30th. When I came, they barely started to make the drinks. It was understandable as seeing how busy they were at the moment. The barista seemed confused about my order but no big deal, I don't mind it as long as I get what I want. The drinks were ok, but I did not pay attention at the fact that they gave me my order in 2 veinte cups. I wouldn't even know if it wasn't a friend of mine who works at another Starbucks pointed out that it was actually a veinte cup when she saw the picture of my drink. Wow I never have anything negative to say about Starbucks but this was horrible experience! First they were very slow in drive thru which is very unusual for Starbucks! Second everyone was running back and fourth like they were lost (they had plenty employees to keep the drive thru moving along but didn't) then I was handed food and had to wait another 8-10 mins on my caramel ribbon crunch and when I got it it didn't have the crunch or caramel on the whip cream so I asked them about and lady was like just give it here just give it here! Well she fixes drink but made a mess of the cup she didn't bother to redo it or change cups instead she puts the sticky cup in another cup and hands to me! Like really?? This specific location is conveniently located just off Beltway 8 and W Lake Houston Parkway. It is located in the Summerwood area. I was here around 9AM to meet with someone. I'm not sure if or when they are crowded but they were not today. I may have timed it between the morning rush out of the neighborhood and before the local stay-at-home parents were running around. So I've been here twice in the past week and got two very different experiences. The first time I would have said I got 5 star service however the second time I got more like 2 star service so I averaged it out to a 3 star review. During my first visit the barista was extremely friendly and helpful. She discussed drink options with me and gave me a recommendation based on what I said and reassured me if I didn't like what I order we could always adjust it. I also order a pastry and she offered to heat it for me. I was very satisfied by her effort to be helpful and the place was quiet enough to enjoy a book. However, the second visit was less than satisfactory. The barista took a long time to come over and help me. When she did she didn't offer any advice or help. And did not heat up my pastry or offer to help. And then when I was done paying I tried to ask her a question and she just walked away. I guess she couldn't hear me with her headset on? The place was pretty quiet so I don't think it was the noise in the place I think she just wasn't being attentive cause her mind was somewhere else. And I get that but you have to try and pay attention to the customer. The variance in service is a little unsettling. During my first visit I was so prepared to write a good review but after this second visit I just can't due to the poor service I got. This location is very convenient but I may be trying other spots to see if I can get better service. read more

I have been going to this location for months and never had a real issue! Today, I ordered 1 drink, and my total came out to $6.06. I was just placed in a rental car due to a wreck over the weekend so I literally only had $6.05 and a credit card on me (no spare change in the rental). I got to the window and asked the young lady if she could spare me the penny because I don't want to use my credit card (since they're used typically for emergencies), and she rudely told me she didn't have a penny and couldn't take it from anywhere to apply to my bill. I asked for the manager to come to the window (honestly hoping he had 1 penny) and when he came to the window (name is Andrew) he told me the only thing they could off was to split my bill and have me pay the remainder on my card! He literally told me to pay 1 penny on my credit card! OMG! Have we come this far in customer service to where a million dollar company can not forgive 1 penny?!?! I'm appalled!! This is terrible customer service and I will never return here. BOGUS! read more

Me my mom and my little sister decided to go to Starbucks today and the costumer service was very bad when I tried to order my drink I asked a question about a drink and asked what the name of it was the girl taking my order didn't answer me she acted like she didn't want to be there,she had the worst attitude. My mom went up to order and had the same attitude with her she order some of the food there when my mom went up to grab our food they "accidentally"spilt water on her and all of them in the back started laughing at her and making comments until my mom had a reaction and they were all shocked that she had a reaction to her being drenched in water then my mom proceed to ask for the manager and they said they didn't have one at the store.so my mom asked for the number of the manger and the girls in the back gave her the manger's business card which led us nowhere because the number on the card was the stores number all in all the worst Starbucks experience ever and it's insane how many bad reviews there are and nothing changing how sad never going back there again. read more

First of all I want to say I never like going to this Starbucks because it always takes about 20 min just to get drinks in the drive thru but it's the only one close to my parents house. I had the worst experience there today and I want everyone to know so they can not waste their time coming to this location. I'm visiting my family and my sister had told me they don't like giving stoppers (the green stick that prevents spills) So when I went last week I asked for the stoppers for 3 coffees I had to carry and they told me they were out. So then today I go again and as I'm asking for them I see a HUGE bag of them in front of the drive thru cashier. I'm talking a bag that probably has 200 sticks. And the cashier lies to me and says "no. We're actually out of them still" and so I asked her "isn't there a bag right there in front of you?" And she says no that's something else and I point to the bag and said "no, that bag. The one right in front of you" and she goes "oh! We must have just got them" but there was even a full cup of them in front of her all ready to go that I hadn't even seen from my car! So not only was there the huge bag but also a huge cup of them on the counter. I don't know why she would lie to me like that. I just feel like being kind and honest would really benefit this location as there is already such a long wait at this place. Don't waste your time coming here. I have spilled coffee before without the stoppers when I'm by myself and the workers act like it comes out of their paycheck. read more

Meh. I saw another review and I have to agree. It's either a hit or miss. I am giving the rating on the actual coffee. If there is a great barista there, I would give it a five star review. Sometimes I get my coffee and it is made perfectly. Other times I get it, and I wonder is my 10-year-old daughter in the building making the coffee? It's very frustrating to pay a high dollar amount for a cup of coffee and drive away and it taste so mediocre. However, I have to give it to them. I come to this constantly to get school work done and in the past it has been an extremely quiet and comfortable place to work. However recently the afternoon staff is a bunch of kids goofing around and yelling. I don't expect it to be quiet like a library but it's hard to focus, not only for me but for everyone else working around me too, to concentrate when the worked won't stop screaming and laughing loudly behind the counter. I was there tonight and the workers kept screaming coming in and out of the kitchen because they were trying to make a broom stand by itself???? It was excessively loud laughing and screaming coming from an employee with the sides of their heads shaved. This isn't the first day I've come with the workers being obnoxiously loud. If you are looking for a great place to just relax and get some studying/ work done, then this is the Starbucks to come to :). As a college student, studying takes a large portion of time and I find myself always here because of it. I have to say that I have gone to a good amount of Starbucks or coffee shops to do some work but nothing compares to when I come here. I consider this a very safe mental space when needing to get my thoughts together and getting my work done. The employees are very humble and so sweet, I consider them as friends that give you good vibes and good energy. I have seen them interact with many customers and they never have a problem with any,that I have seen, but if there was ever a problem they would fix it in a fast but calm way. I always see everyone come in with a smile and leave with a smile and that brightens my day. I enjoy coming here and many people do as well, this isn't just any ordinary Starbucks it is a happy, comforting place. There is singing and smiles and sometimes you get to meet really good people and that's the best part. A great environment for a great mind :). But not only is the environment good but the coffee is delicious, teas are great, snacks & lunch are healthy while being good, and the pastries& deserts are mmm mmm good.
