Ordered the venti Java chip Frappuccino with no whipped and an affrogotto shot in a Trenti cup. The service through the drive-thru was a bit slow and taxing this evening. The wait was a bit brutal but the Associate was accommodating. The drive thru was clean and you could witness the music from outside.

Horrible service I had waited for over than 20 minutes and the server said" just let us do 21 more drinks"

This was a busy Starbucks restaurant. We stopped by around 9am and they had lines at the drive thru and inside. As we were ordering, the lady taking the order was preoccupied doing other things, walked away mid order without saying a word to us. We stood there bewildered as to why she walked away. Food came out pretty quickly the drinks took a while as there were so many customers. I did notice what seemed to be the manager doing an interview and what appeared to be a corporate person with Starbucks using tables which took away from the customers. Both the manager and corporate person were at separate tables leaving less space for paying customers. Not to mention how busy they were neither person were helping expedite. Just not a good showing of customer service.

Please skip this location. Very slow service. I also ordered a chai and was given a matcha. Go to one further down the road.

Worst Starbucks ever. They took over 20 minutes to get me a bagel and banana bread. This is ridiculous.

Every time I come here , it's the slowest service I've ever experienced I sat in line for 30 mins just being the 3rd car. Do better.

Shorten me out of my beverage when I requested light ice, when it had never been an issue before at that same location.

It was nice and quiet so we felt bad bringing our 22 month old son since a lot of people seemed to be working. The staff was nice, but not overly helpful. The food and the prices were less than desirable. We ordered drip coffee, a hot mocha latte, two breakfast sandwiches (one with ham and the other with bacon), a blueberry scone, and a Greek style-phyllo party. The drop coffee was tiny for $3.49 (with $1.08 refill, seriously), recommend getting it in a to-go cup. Mocha was really good and a good size. The sandwiches were decent, but have had a lot better. Scone was decent, but nothing of note. Finally the phyllo dough pastry should have been their star, but it was soggy and barely warm. Asked them to reheat it, still not crispy as phyllo should be. Will I return? Likely no, unless I just want a mocha. With all the other coffee spots in the Heights, this isn't the start. Recommend going to Jane and the Lion or Angela's Oven if you're looking for a better experience with similar offerings.

They put the roast date on every bag and a lot of other info like how they were processed, washed and organic. They even have the elevation on the bag. They have a showroom with all the coffee machines and supplies they sell, they use it to train baristas. They supply coffee and stuff to a few places you've heard of, Black Walnut, Goode & Co., Uncle Bean's, etc. There are a lot of friendly knowledgeable people who work here and they seem to enjoy it. One of them even made a stellar to go cup of hot cappucino for me, nice foam artwork. We'll order on line after we finish this bag of beans, it's easier...we enjoyed scoping out this place though. Great people and product. I saw some bags of their beans at Main Street Coffee in Rockport and that got me stirred up.

Both were exceptionally good. The shop is a little off the beaten path, but easy to find and beautiful inside. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I showed up unannounced to buy some coffee. According to their Instagram, they offer tours and tastings by appointment, which I plan to do in the near future. They also suggest calling ahead to order your coffee so it will be ready when you pick it up. I recommend doing that because I did have to wait a little while when I popped in to order. I have been brewing the Columbian grounds at home for my bulletproof coffee with ghee, coconut oil, collagen, and stevia and I swear it tastes like brownie batter. I have never had a more smooth, balanced flavor from a roasted coffee bean in my life. I will continue to purchase coffee beans and grounds from Geva as long as they exist and I will always support any coffee shop who brews their coffee as well.

And the grab-n-go area has their overnight oats, chia puddings, plus bottled drinks. Prices aren't listed but there's a menu with prices + other items like sandwiches, bowls, and salads. The menu is expansive-- don't forget the coffee and drinks too! For the pastries, the croissants are always beautiful but the texture isn't what I'd call a typical croissant. I've tried the croissant swirls (circle croissants) and more traditional versions, and they have more of that soft bready texture of a grocery store croissant. Maybe reheating it at home makes it flakier? The cookie croissant is my favorite croissant even though I wouldn't consider it a true croissant based on texture alone (more of a soft buttery bread with cookie dough!). The cookies are big and thick but definitely on the softer side without much chew. I do love their cake jars-- the moist layers matched with a whipped frosting make an extra delicious treat! The overnight oats and chia puddings are extra tasty as well (more of a dessert :P) It's definitely busy-- besides for the dining experience, people come here to study, work, and hangout. There's a drive through but not sure how efficient that is, so try ordering through their website instead. There's also a loyalty program! I'd visit more often if I lived in the area-- their Herman Park location had a limited menu and isn't as big or nice, but it'll do until I come back :P Swing by to check them out for some good eats and trendy seats :)
