I really like the sweetness options they have where you can adjust how sweet your frappe is. I added chocolate to mine and got it at 50% sweetness which was a little too bitter for me but that's my fault. Next time I'll try at 75% to see how it is. Went here after hearing great things from my friends and was super happy with my drinks. I got the dragon fruit- peach green tea and the strawberry smoothie and I really enjoyed both. The drinks are not too sweet and very refreshing. The staff was friendly and patient. I've been twice now and very satisfied with my experience each time. Came here after lunch to wash down the food with some boba lolol! Inside was super nice and cool. Loved all the windows that gave it that natural lighting, and we watched the rain too. I got the black sugar milk tea with egg pudding. Tea flavor wasn't too prominent, and I didn't adjust the ice or sugar level, so it was on the sweeter side, and there was a lot of ice. I come to this place often because their boba is amazing and they're flavors aren't overly sweet like other stores. The staff here are always rude, sometimes it's hit or miss and you get a nice barista but other times they'll just ignore you and not help you. Sometimes they won't even shout your drink name when it's ready. Will come here again though, their drinks are the best. read more

I absolutely enjoyed my Thai tea with salted foam and boba! It was creamy and refreshing. My partner ordered the jasmine milk tea and it was fragrant and light! I also loved this drink. We ordered a bubble waffle with a side of creme brûlée sauce and whipped cream! I preferred the whipped cream taste paired with the waffle, but both were good! There's definitely room for improvement at this new milk tea shop in Aldine. I'm thrilled at a tea shop opening in this boba-desert because no other options are nearby. Is a little piece of bellaire magic coming to Aldine? That's still be to determined. The inside has some cute photo ops and chairs to lounge. The black sugar milk tea was delightful, especially with 50% sugar. BUT after a few sips, we found a hair inside the plastic-sealed drink. I took action before I could mentally process how gross that is, and got a replacement. The staff replaced it, but there was no attempt to make it right besides that. Some of the drinks have too much ICE. The cups look big, but with all that ice, you're only getting half liquid at best. If you ask for less ice, you will be charged 50 cents. Each drink is around $6, more if you want toppings. Unless this shop plans to improve service and portions, and I hope they do, I'd take my money elsewhere read more

I love the drinks here, but the reason for the 3 stars is because of the staff. They can be unwelcoming and down right rude. Gong Cha is right around the way on the other side of the shopping center. They don't have as many yummy flavors but the staff is always friendly and happy to help. They're also cheaper than MTea. I just thought of something else. At Gongcha you earn a free drink after 5 purchases whereas at MTea you have to buy 10 drinks to earn a free one. Why do I even bother with MTea? Oh yeah...all the yummy flavors *sigh read more

The tea was actually more complex in flavor than other places. Ordering at the kiosk doesn't allow you to adjust the ice level so my drink was 50% ice (but it was still so good) so I'd order at the counter next time. So I didn't take a picture because of the lack of drink I received in my tea today. Typically when I order drinks I ask for no ice. This place is the ONLY place that did not fill the cup to the top. Yes, I get it. Some people order no ice to get more of the drink. But establishments need to realize that there are some of us that just don't like ice! Some of us have read too many articles and seen too many videos on ice machines to trust ice from certain places. It's just downright gross. And some just don't like really cold drinks. So no I'm not asking for no ice to just get more. And I think it's bad service to do that to a customer. Especially for a drink you're spending $5 or more on. Tea places are ideal for photo ops because we're all always posting our drinks. Why would I want to post a cup that looks like the one I received? Are you guys really saving anything from not filling it up? Especially when almost all of your competitors offer their drinks with no ice?? It's really bad practice and this location should really reconsider this. I paid for the drink. The least you can do is fill it. read more

Easily my favorite boba spot in all of Houston. I feel like I'm getting the Bellaire/Chinatown boba experience just minutes from home. I would usually go for brown sugar milk tea with boba only but this is the only place I'm willing to branch out and try the whole drink and dessert menu. I hope one day they might offer some savory bites but I'll still come back even if they don't. This is the only place my mom (who doesn't like boba tea) will get boba from because it's THAT good, and their quality is CONSISTENT. I was surprised they don't have a higher quality score on Yelp! Rest assured, this place will fill your cup if you ask for no ice for a more-than-fair 50 cent charge, and they have NEVER run out of boba once out of the 20+ times I've been here. Service is reasonably fast and the space is nice if you want to sit down for a while but my only qualm would be that the music can be a little loud at times. I've never been bothered enough to ask them to turn it down though! Please stop here and support this small business! You won't regret it! read more
