As I go from state to state, I always like to check in on Starbucks and see how they are doing. The maintaining of consistency is something I've always appreciated about this brand. This particular Starbucks was right off of the freeway so I decided to stop in and grab a sandwich and a little bit of coffee. It was a perfect stump for me. Activity was buzzing as it was mid-morning and I was greeted at the counter. They took my order and delivered it in record time. I will say this, it is always about the friendliness of the people that work at Starbucks and this one really hit the mark. Always with a smile friendly, just a little bit chatty and attentive to my order. Bottom line? If I'm ever out this way again I will definitely make this a note to stop by and check this place out. A convenient stop just off the highway. Seems like a newer location. Overall our visit ran smoothly. Friendly and efficient service. Drinks came out correct. Only thing was the restrooms were slightly unclean, but thats an easy fix. read more

Great coffee, great service. The baristas are always friendly and courteous. I would like to see more short seats rather than the high tables and chairs in Starbucks in general because, as a handicapped person, I find the lowering setting chairs fill first. The Starbucks off I-94 Exit 72 (Oshtemo) specifically seems to have more high tables and chairs than short chairs. I spent a lot of time this semester at that location while my grandson, who doesn't drive, was taking classes. Love their Lemon Loaf. Unfortunately, if you're not quick, the plain bagels may be gone! Easy service, lines move pretty darn fast! That was very nice to be able to place my order and wait short time and enjoy! Plus the tables and chairs were cozy and inviting. Starbucks is pretty good at having consistency with quality temperature and service so it's a win win! read more

Great new location that's right off the highway. How convenient is that? We happen to visit this place once a week. The staff are nice and they make sure that the customer is satisfied. I like the lighting of this place and the ambience of it. I wished that they have more chairs that aren't high chairs. I somehow don't feel that the high chairs should be at coffee places. asked for a tip in the drive through, on average a barista makes 15 dollars an hour that is more than most other fast food employees and is not a tip based job. The only reason why you should tip someone is if they are the waiter or waitress at a upsca restaurant where you might be making a connection with the server as well as providing good service. after i decllined to tip the drive though employee she gave me a dirty look and became much less friendly with the service. This location makes the best cold foam. I don't know why or how but it always turns out thicker and more foamy and tastes way better than other locations. Also seems to not be as busy and more table space for working then other locations around town. Check them out read more

Usually go to this Starbucks since it's a mile from house. The past month this location has been absolute dogshit. Drinks being half full, no oat milk, receiving the wrong drinks. I would take it back and tell them to fix my order but I simply don't have time. I very rarely complain but management needs to fix this. read more

This is still my favorite Starbucks in town. There majority of the staff is great. But there is one rude (entitled) young man there now that I have encountered twice that will keep me going on by to the next Starbucks. This is my Starbucks of choice, but they have not been on top of it lately. They seem to not update their app which is annoying. I mobile ordered today and when I got to the window, they said they didn't have what I wanted so I looked at the app to see what they did have and I asked for another thing and they said they didn't have that either. After I figured out what I was going to get to eat, they gave me the wrong thing, too. I understand that staffing is an issue at this location, but just update the damn app. I also had this issue with the peach green tea lemonade. I go to Starbucks a lot (almost every day) and I get the same drink every time. While I am much closer to the Starbucks on Westnedge I purposefully drive to this Starbucks because they always make my drink perfectly. It doesn't matter what day of the week or which barista makes it- it's always right. Also Dorkus in the drive thru is such a sweetheart. She talks to my kiddos in the back seat every time and my toddler looks forward to saying hi to her whenever we go thru the drivethru! read more
