I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I was ordering, the employee taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself even though I was speaking clearly and loud enough. My order was very simple -- just a hot chocolate and a bacon & egg sandwich -- and it came out to about $10. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate was extremely disappointing. It tasted like watered-down chocolate with almost no flavor at all, and it wasn't even hot. For the price and the reputation of Starbucks, I expected much better quality. I went to the 27th Ave. in Kennewick Starbucks. I ordered a cookie and a tall drip coffee. The girl that took my order mumbled and I couldn't hear what she was saying especially with all the racket going on inside. Then to top it off, they may be wait 15 minutes for just that while I saw the coffee just sitting on their countertop on their side with the cookie right next to it. They just moved on away from my order and started dealing with other things and completely forgot about me as I stood there in an empty inside Starbucks aside from one couple of ladies that were talking at a table. So essentially my time is very important to me and I feel completely neglected and poor customer service. Some management intervention on training and awareness needs to be employed. Conveniently, Right outside my local gym . I can pick up a beverage right after the gym. On my way to work or get a little pick me up right after my work out I have always stopped here to refill my water bottles. I love the triple filtered water. Even with a populated homeless area and being right off of the highway on this establishment is always clean and well-kept bathrooms are always well-stocked. Only a two star because at least the staff was friendly albeit sllow. The facility though ...............DISGUSTING!!! Haven't been to this Starbucks in a while and man, it's really gone down hill. The bathrooms were just plain disgusting. Hand written sign on the door that they were working on one espresso machine, wasn't very busy but still still slow. Staff was friendly but seriously this facility needs some serious help. I feel like it used to be the nicest Starbucks in town. It feels like some place you'd find downtown Seattle. Great location. I stop here on my way through town all the time as I have family six hours from my home. This is the perfect midway point. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean - the only issue I've ever had is there is no baby changing table in the restrooms...for a busy road this is baffling to me - especially since it's a "secured" restroom with codes to enter etc. read more

Conveniently located near REI or Gold's Gym, this location just isn't my favorite unless I'm flying out of Pasco and have driven over from Walla Walla after a day of work and need a coffee (Sbux) fix before boarding. There is a convenient drive thru or a huge parking lot if there's enough time before the flight to run in. Just remember to finish the drink before going through security at the airport! Since Starbucks built the store on Clearwater closer to the mall, but not in the mall, I prefer that one if I'm over here shopping. The mall Starbucks is also OK in a pinch. read more

My wife buys the same latte every day and I found myself close to this Starbucks this evening. The location was easy to get to and the store is roomy. However, the moment the barista handed my wife her "personal cup" with her usual drink in it back to her, she knew something was wrong just based on what the top looked like. She should have been able to see some caramel and mentioned it. The barista said that all the caramel drizzle had sunk to the bottom. Huh? Not in my experience of over 365 drinks like this in the last 365 days ... That might be a tad over-exaggeration. Let's say 340 drinks in the last 365 days. Yes, I do have quite the habit. She took a drink of it, and it certainly didn't taste like the "caramel drizzle had sunk to the bottom." No, it tasted like the barista had made this earlier and just dumped it into her cup. Where was the frothy foam on top with the beautiful caramel design or at least some evidence of caramel? I must give the barista credit, though, because she did, at this point, offer to remake her drink. In fact, she offered twice. So, I shouldn't really be complaining here, but maybe she shouldn't have tried to pass off a poorly made drink to begin with. I'm definitely a fan of Starbucks, but I won't go out of my way to go to this particular store. read more

I have been here on a few occasions over the past couple years. Although I generally Cold Brew at home, for a fraction of the cost, I have found on occasion that Starbucks was a stop needed. Since the scandal broke, where Starbucks threw out, and had arrest two black gentleman, I have been there to see if the new policy allows non paying public to use facilities. Seems like important info to give on their app before you order. But they told us we could go to REI and use their bathrooms, so that's cool. I go to the Starbucks approximately two times a week. Today I paid for my four dollar drink, sous vide eggs, and a chocolate milk for my child. When the gal handed me the drink after being the 10th car in line, it was incorrect. I let her know that they had made it incorrectly, even though it was a mobile order and there was no way to be a misunderstanding, and she just kind of giggled and didn't even apologize. Had a very good customer service experience here. I was helped by a guy who looked about 20 years old, who was both patient and attentive. I was looking at their sandwich selection, and when he told me they were out of the chicken pesto I became indecisive. Then he actually recommended the sandwiches he thought were good, and tasted similar to the sandwich I'd wanted. That was super helpful. The bacon-turkey sandwich he recommended was as tasty as he said it would be and was done in just minutes! I have to say this is probably the fastest Starbucks I've ever been too. They have a really nice selection of food and snacks here, and the store was immaculate and beautifully laid out. They also have seating out in front to enjoy the sunshine. Great location, too. It just stinks you can't take a left back on Clearwater when you leave but that's not their fault. read more

When I asked what kind of frappes they offer, I was read a very long list to which only 3 of them were even on the menu. My second recommendation would be to remove or move the pole at the corner of the drive through. I drive a truck and had to maneuver around the corner to not hit this annoying pole. read more

First off, I wanna say that the window lady was very pleasant and helpful however the gentleman( put nicely) whom took my order was obviously in a hurry and too busy to listen to my order not only did I I repeat 5 times and confirmed it was not difficult. Hashtag only a hot green matcha almond milk latte.. when I got a iced green tea with something floating in it I was like ok, I'll try this why not.. but noooo!! This location offers a great lounge area which is always brimming with people. The baristas do a great job of getting to know their customers, if you go there long enough they know what you'll order. This Starbucks location is very good. On Black Friday, I went shopping at the Mall and I wanted a latte. The Barista made my Pumpkin Spice Latte very good and tasty. It was very warm that it was perfect to drink. The atmosphere at this Starbucks is really great. There are pictures on the wall and they have a lot of furniture to sit on and enjoy your drink. And, they have Free Wifi. It is easy to do online work, go on Social Media, or watch a movie and drink your coffee. read more

Great coffee and overall friendly staff. The three stars is for service. They are the slowest Starbucks in town. Went there one night with my wife for a frappachino. No one else was in the drive through and only one person at the counter waiting for their drink... It took them over ten minutes to make our drink... The one drink... The barista was talking on her headset with fellow employees (no other cars behind us the entire time so we knew she wasn't taking customer orders). I always get the best customer service here. I went through the drive thru and they were out of what I wanted. It's 103 degrees out today, so she apologized and offered me water - which was already super super nice! When I pulled up to the window she had a big smile, another apology, a huge ice water, and a $4 off my next drink for being out. I always come to this Starbucks for the customer service and the competence. This is also the only one I've been to (I've been to a lot) where I didn't have to explain what a London fog was. I'm not from the area, and in my search for a nice, local coffee place with wifi where I could get some coffee and work on my laptop, I eventually gave up and just went to Starbucks. I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks to begin with, as I think the coffee is mediocre for the price but I was desperate to get some coffee in my system. This Starbucks was really no different than I expected; the coffee (Americano) wasn't bad, but wasn't great. The reason for the bad review is the interior of the place was like a barn. I'm not sure what might be rotting in the back end of the store, but there are SWARMS of flies in this place. I mean, a couple flies making there way into a restaurant is no big deal, but this was ridiculous. Do you remember that scene from Amityville Horror? Yeah, they must have filmed that shit here because, DAMN, there are a lot of flies. Have you read "Lord of the Flies"? That book wasn't really about flies or this Starbucks, but if it was, it would be named "Lord, There Are So Many Flies In This StarBucks: Oh God, Oh God, Please Help Me, There Are So Many Flies", and sixth graders would be writing essays about the themes and literary techniques employed by the author in this groundbreaking novel. If you want some quantification of the number of flies, you should know that I sat on the leather chairs near the door and in a few seconds, I was able to count no less than 11 flies crawling across the other three chairs. Eleven! If each of those flies was a donut, I would have just shy of a dozen donuts. Clearly something about the leather chairs is attracting these flies, as when I tried the other leather chairs in the middle area of the restaurant there were several MORE flies crawling all over them. Since they are flies, it's hard to count them except for when they evilly rub their grimy hands together, but these flies are extra evil because I counted another 6 flies at the other chairs, gathered together as if planning a terrorist attack. If you're keeping track of how many flies I've counted at this point, it's 17, which means that if the flies were the years of a girl's life, that chick would be a High School senior, and be just one year shy of being being COMPLETELY LEGAL for many adult things, such as voting, serving on a jury, or sign a lease on a residence without a cosigner (assuming she has decent credit). I've been to a lot of greasy taco places, so I've seen flies in restaurants, but since there are no tacos served at Starbucks, there is no excuse for these flies. Perhaps there is a dead body chopped up and hidden inside of the various sofas, or maybe they built the parking lot on an Indian burial ground and it's now haunted, but other than those two very real possibilities, there is no excuse for having more flies than customers. TLDR: Starbucks, get a fly trap and wipe your seats down, or get new chairs, because them flies is wiggidy-whack. read more

This Starbucks has been my favorite in the tri-cities for the short amount of time I've lived here but after what happened today, I probably won't be back. My girlfriend and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and were greeted by the drive thru employee. We ordered a few things and then my girlfriend asked if they had any kind of fruit cup. The drive thru employee said "what?" As if she didn't hear. My girlfriend then asked again if they had any sort of fruit cup, only to have a second employee come on through the drive thru speaker and say "we're not a Whole Foods store, so no, we don't have fruit cups." In a very disrespectful and rude tone. They also left out one of our breakfast sandwiches and gave us a brownie instead of a cake pop. The stuff they actually got right was disgusting.
