I choose sliced banana, blueberries and pecans, with two syrup packets. Typically the cold brew coffee is the best and I had a large with coconut milk. Unfortunately I had to add large amounts of sweeteners. I would have liked a warm syrup option, did not check if they had sugar-free syrup available. I came at Saturday noon and was only customer. The price was right. Large Cold Brew Coffee with coconut milk $6, Waffles with 3 toppings $8.

She seems to be the type of person who is willing to do whatever needs to be done. She also seems to have a great relationship with her staff and that's also very important. Manuel is very friendly and helpful. He's knowledgeable about their menu and always remembers what our friend likes to drink when she forgets what it's called. I love the openness and space. There's a couch and chairs in the back if you feel like lounging, plenty of tables in the front for eating, working, or just sitting at. There are games that people can play although sometimes children get ahold of them and pieces go missing. There is also a little kids play area which is golden when you have a toddler. I love that I can sit and have my food/coffee and also keep an eye on my little guy while he plays. It's a wonderful place to meet with people or to just take your kids when you need to sit down with a cup of coffee while they play. They have a good variety of drinks on top of the seasonal offerings. The food is good, and I kind of love that a lot of it is made in a waffle iron. It makes me want more waffle shaped food. The grilled cheese is made with sourdough bread and cooked in a waffle iron. It has these little crispy bits that are heavenly. One of my favorites is the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a side of gravy. It's also prepared in a waffle maker and has those little crispy bits on the edges. So so good! So yourself a favor and give it a try.

It was stronger than some of the other places but it was still missing the punch that real Viet coffee has. Service was good. The lady was nice and took my order quickly. Ambiance was ok. It's all outside which isn't great unfortunately since it's most humid down here. It's definitely more of a grab and go spot.
