I found this place by mistake and I am glad I did the only downside to this place is I live 30 minutes away whenever I'm near Baybrook you best believe I'm swinging by for a large glass of their sweet tea. If you feel like tea is not for you they have different options that might persuade you to change your mind and if not, they have some lemonade. To think they originated from the West Texas area and I lived in that area for 3 years, not ever trying them was baffling. However, to find out that they are in Clear Lake is wonderful!! I love the cheap prices for the delicious tea. Sometimes I get sweet or unsweet. When I get the sweet teas, they are just right sweet like Southern Sweet Tea and not syrupy like Kool-Aid. When I get unsweet, though the sugar component isn't there, I can still taste the tea leaves that were brewed enough to bring out that crisp tea flavor. Typically, I make my own tea at home, but at times when I am craving iced tea, I come here. The staff is friendly and not fussy. I love how the drive-through line goes very quickly and it isn't lingering on wait-times. I hadn't found my favorite tea flavor yet, but I recently tried the unsweet mint in the largest size and was amazed that a size can get that large. I was in the area and haven't been to a HTeaO in awhile. It's always a good experience when I come here. I was a bit confused about the Happy Hour promotion. I'm use to it (at least at the Sugarland location) being 50% your drink. It was 2:01 and I asked if it was Happy Hour. I was told it was BOGO. It was just me that day or I would have gotten a second drink (or I should of just gotten the 2nd drink now that I thought about it) Funny enough when I checked in here, the app talks about Happy Hour being 50% off. The tea here is pretty good. This was my first visit. I didn't know these even existed! However, the place itself was FILTHY. Like beyond unacceptable. The floor was so sticky that when you lifted your foot to walk it made that weird noise that sticky dirty floors make. The trash cans were overflowing with empty fast food boxes from nearby restaurants. There was no paper in the men's. The condiment area was out of lemon and limes and there were empty little cups littering the space. It was my last day in Texas and we had to try this place out because I love tea and this spot was advertised all over Yelp and other social media platforms the whole time I was in Texas. I had no idea what to expect but when we entered, we were amazed by the selections and the build-your-own-drink model they had. You basically choose your cup and fill it up with any of the tea available. They also have some fresh fruits to add as toppings. I forget what size I got but I mixed in some sweet georgia peach with unsweet regular tea. It was a delicious combination! On a side note, they have little disposable cups so you're able to sample any, if not ALL THE FLAVORS for no additional cost. Prices are so affordable and their teas are very delicious! They also sell bottled water, bagged ice, and various merchandise. The girl at the counter was super friendly and professional. Awesome tea spot in Texas. The employees here seem miserable.. goodness gracious. They also didn't offer the piña colada tea latte which was a bummer. Not sure why and I sure was not about to ask any questions and make that employee any more miserable sounding than he already did. Chasquear didn't seem happy either. HTeaO is such a great concept! After having visited here many many times, I can confidently say this tea shop will be here for years to come. This isn't your Asian style tapioca tea shop so please don't get it confused. This is your American style, refreshing on a hot Houston summer day, perfect for picnics, beach, or poolside, kind of tea spot. With their perfectly crunchable nugget ice, and a selection of fresh fruit and citrus to mix into your tea, the possibilities of flavored tea combinations are almost endless. They pretty much have sweet/unsweet or black/green tea options available for all the different flavors. My go to flavors are mango, peach, peach ginger, raspberry, blueberry, or strawberry sunset depending on my mood. I like to mix the unsweet flavors with the sweet so that you get just the right balance. Service wise, this place is the best. The workers here are super friendly. They've helped me make specific flavors in the gallon size to bring to parties in a pinch. They also have a drive thru to make things even faster. They even encourage you to sample tea flavors before buying, it doesn't get much better than that. Enjoy! YES YES YES! OMG! YES!!!! My husband used to visit HTeaO when we lived in Midland, TX and would rave about it. He hasn't had it in about 4 years now. We were driving on the opposite side of the road when he spotted this location and we QUICKLY made a U-turn at the next available turn!!! A fellow customer was SO friendly and helpful. I noticed her sampling the teas and she showed me where the sample cups were. Of all the teas we tried, the Sweet Zero tea was the winner!! All the taste of regular without all the sugar and calories. It's sweetened with stevia. My husband and I both got mediums but boy! We wish we got bigger ones! We were sad when they were gone. I downloaded the app (after the fact) and have a Huge Tea reward waiting for my next visit! Plus, I uploaded my receipt for points towards more rewards! Went here after a doctor's appointment earlier this week and yippee I arrived during happy hour for a half priced tea! HTeaO has a wide variety of flavors. I ordered a large unsweetened coconut mint tea and added Stevia. It was so refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness. I was still sipping on it the next day as well. Weak tea and horrible service. I don't understand how this has so many 5 star reviews. I have gotten the regular unsweet tea, an unsweetened tea with strawberry, a blueberry tea and a pink lemonade. I tried this place twice and both times the tea tasted like plain dirty water, the blueberry tea had no discernible blueberry taste only sour and the pink lemonade is plain Country Time. I also paid $0.75 extra for strawberry and they gave me HALF A STRAWBERRY SLICED IN 2. WTFFFF?! The workers are also extremely rude but i am gonna guess its because they're arent paid enough to care. Wanted to try for the first time since I've seen only one htea0 ever and this one is near my house. Honestly i don't even have words for what I was given, I got a raspberry tea and I wanted to add cherries/cucumbers/and limes. They gave me two squishy cherries, one single small dried out lime slice, AND TWO ROTTEN CUCUMBER SLICES. How do you pick up these cucumbers and NOT see how soggy, squishy, and gross they are?? This place needs a health department check seriously.. I went in there one Saturday. I lost my shoes!! the floor was sooooooo damn sticky I went to walk and my shoes stayed in the door way.... Why 5 stars? Because my drink grew on me and I love the concept. --- --- --- First of all, I don't think there's a single tea on the menu that I would not enjoy. Every flavor looks appetizing. I would certainly be patronizing one if it were closer to me. The closest one to me is not that close (Tomball). This Webster location just happens to be not too far from my parent's house and I've had it bookmarked for a while now. I ended up choosing the coconut tea and opted for the artificial sugar because I thought it would be a nice middle ground between sweet and un-sweet. Ideally, I'd be able to sample a few flavors and the different levels of sweetness, but we'll have to save that for another day. After a couple of sips of the coconut tea, I wasn't in love, but as I continued to drink it, I liked it more and more. I ended up being pretty sad when it was done, to be honest. I don't know how a business can survive just selling tea, but I will be rooting for them and will certainly stop by whenever I drive past one in the future. read more

This has been one of my favorite places. I get tea every time I'm in this area. The last 2 times I have ordered my tea have been very out of character. Last month my tea was wrong like it was a peach cobbler flavor instead of what I ordered. I took it back and they said the knew it was wrong? Gave me a new one it was also wrong. This past visit today I got same flavor I always get. It has no fruit flavor at all. The checker even gave me the tea from a different pitcher still had no flavor.
