Ordered online from home and drove to the location ended up leaving without my shake because at 20 minutes after I Ordered my smoothie they were just starting to prep it. Had a drop dead appointment so had to cancel my order. But as I ordered it online they charged me for something I was not able to pick up. I have gone to this location more times than I can count and am always sure to tip very well. Unfortunately today was not a good experience. I ordered a lean machine (no bananas) and several wraps and sandwiches including the turkey bacon sandwich. I always ask for no banana with the lean machine as I am severely allergic to bananas, after drinking some of my smoothie- it was obvious that there were bananas in it and am now having to suffer the consequences because of it. As for the sandwich, the employees made the turkey bacon sandwich and put it into a wrap, which was not what I ordered for my family. I will be returning to this location. read more

My review is solely of the food, not the smoothies. I came here and was greeted by no less than 3 people immediately upon entering (and I was not the only customer) and ordered the Cali Chicken Club flatbread with no mayo. You can get a side of fruit, a bag of chips or some sort of slaw with your order, so I opted to get an orange to take home. The flatbread itself was very tasty and loaded full of chicken and avocado. It's definitely an item I would get again, but I think on my next visit I will order the hummus bowl and add chicken because it honestly looked like the bees knees in the photo. A quick tip and really my only complaint: they do not offer any drinks for purchase, so if you come here and get a flatbread, salad, or sandwich, you will not have anything to drink (like water, soda, whatever). They only offer smoothies, which seems like a big calorie sink to me in addition to a flatbread or salad. I would recommend they sell some small bottles of water or something. I was lucky I had a small bottle of Ozarka in my handbag! Parking situation here is annoying because of the restaurant next door, but you can also park behind the building or at the strip center next door and walk to it. I love this cafe! I ordered a smoothie, and I have to say it had the perfect amount of flavor, tasting completely natural. You see them make the smoothie right in front of you, therefore you know what is going in it 100%. The service was great, they were very nice and walked what I ordered over to me. The only thing that I would say needs to be fixed is the efficiency and confidence of the employees as they are making the drinks, they were a bit slow. This makes sense though, as they just opened for business. Overall I like the atmosphere of the cafe, as it encompasses a calm, tropical feeling. I definitely will be coming back! read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED: We usually go to tropical smoothie every Thursday for happy hour they have half off smoothies. So theythey have messed up our smoothies a couple of timesin the past where we had to go back and have them remake them but we went again today because they released their pumpkin pie smoothie and salted caramel smoothie . We got there right at fivewhen happy hour started so that we wouldn't have to wait in line for a long time it took 17 minutes for our smoothies to be ready and we only got two. I tried the caramel smoothie and it did not taste like salted caramel it tasted like apple. Ant the pumpkin pie smoothie tasted like a can of pumpkin was dumped into a cup. I called the manager to tell them that it took 17 minutes for two smoothies with one person in line in front of us to be made so I wanted to call to complain to complain the manager answered the phone rudely and said what do you want me to do about it. I then asked if the salted caramel smoothie since I had never had it before was supposed to taste like apple she did not respond and asked me if I wanted her to remake my smoothie not telling me if that's how the smoothie was supposed to be made. She had horrible customer service and she was very rude on the phone she did not apologize for anything and she did not offer any solutions to the problems. I asked for the general manager on the phone and apparently she doesn't know when he is ever in the store and she did not give me any contact information for him as well. We used to go to this location every Thursday but we are no longer going because their smoothies keep getting messed up we wait in line forever and the customer service is terrible. But as of the last 4 times they have a new staff that just sits at the tables & talks to friends meanwhile there are orders on the printer needed to be made. The smoothies here are good & online ordering is convenient. I'm giving them a 3-star rating because the they have been inconsistent with getting my order correct when I order online. I usually order the triple berry oat smoothie and add chia seeds. The last two times for example my order has been incorrect & I have been in a rush both times to stop and have my order corrected. Hence, why I opt in for online ordering. Both times my smoothie was correct, but the first time they made a mistake I didn't even receive my chia seeds (which I paid extra for) and the second time I was given flax seeds rather than chia seeds. I made sure my receipts reflected what I ordered before placing judgement that my orders were filled incorrectly. My recommendation is that the staff double check orders before they mark them ready. I do like the food, just not the inconsistency of correctly filling orders. read more

I'm a health person, and I see they have yogurt in their smoothies and very high in calorie. I got the avocolda & my friend got the detox. They both sounded amazing, pineapple, mango, coconut, ginger all very tasty flavors, but I tasted none in my smoothie. I honestly don't think I'll be back, we got the ones off of the superfoods menu, and that's what I'm looking for.
