We have never been to a Dutch Bros before so I am sorry we took so long to order the lady taking orders was so kind and gave us amazing options and truly helped us pick great drinks. The lady at pick up was also so sweet and spoke with us for a few as we waited. Finally got to try Dutch bros! Visiting from NJ, and I couldn't wait to find a location in Houston. This ended up being the closest one from our hotel and it was worth the 18 min drive! I ended up ordering the golden latte and it was a mix of vanilla and caramel. It wasn't too sweet and the blend of espresso bean they use if very good. The portions are great for the price. I got a medium which in NJ would be a large so I was definitely prepared for the day. They also offer some small snack and I opted for the orange- cranberry muffin top and it was delicious. Perfect balance between citrus flavors and cranberry, plus the added icing was The southern hospitality is not missed at this place. All the staff were so nice and patient while I read the menu and asked questions. They even gave me recommendations for other coffees that would be good to try. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee finally made its way to league city! Originally from Oregon, this widespread drive thru coffee chain is honestly better than most other coffee chains. The league city location despite being new, still stands up to the quality you'd expect from Dutch Bros. Service is always fast here. You have the option to go through their double drive thru lanes or their walk up window. With no interior seating, I actually think their business model is what makes service consistently fast. Drink wise, my go to here is a hot golden eagle. This signature drink is vanilla and caramel flavored, but it's not overly sweet at all, just right. You can still taste the quality of their coffee too, which is what I like the most about Dutch Bros. This league city location is a welcomed addition to the area, and I know I'll become a regular here. Enjoy! read more

Update: went back today and utilized the walk up order. The broistas working there made my drink so much better than the first time I was here woohoo! I also ordered the kiddos some strawberry and cotton candy frost (shake) which they both enjoyed. Yay I'm so glad they finally made it this way! We ordered the vanilla Coldbrew with oatmilk(really good) and iced sugar free CoCoMo m(too much half and half for my liking) that came to $12 and some change including tip. Not bad! A little slow in the drive thru but they're fairly new so I understand. But the lady taking the order outside tonight was not going by which car pulled up first. 5 stars go out to the broista on the counter though! She was super friendly! read more

It's so incredibly frustrating how none of the baristas or locations are consistent with the order in which they handle the drive thru. Today I picked the shortest line and was waiting for my order to be taken. The barista is approaching my car to take my order and when he's less than 5 ft away another car pulls up and he turns around and goes and spends 5+ mins attending to them first. I try placing my order and before I can finish he cuts me off to start telling me my total. So i have to tell him I'm not done. Then I get to the window and they start bringing out drinks to the car behind me despite my order already being mostly ready. I may have been a little nonplussed about the experience but I still made sure to say please and thank you to the staff. So I don't understand why they had to make it such an unpleasant experience. Went to the grand opening the first day, and although the line was crazy long, it's surprisingly went by very fast. Love how bubbly and knowledgeable the associates are about coffee. I have been excited for this location to open, and was overwhelmed by the selection, so I asked one of the associates for a recommendation... And the golden eagle did not disappoint!! I saw some people get out of the car's in order at the window... I will definitely give that a chance next time and report back about my experience! Also! I'm a coffee drinker and enjoy a nice cold brew or iced latte. I came and selected off their menu, the drink came out super milky with no coffee taste. It was essentially sugar and milk. If you like sweeter coffee that doesn't really taste as much like coffee you would like this. If you prefer stronger coffee I would not recommend. I only could take a few sips and threw the rest away. I would maybe give it another chance in case it was just a bad day. read more

I ordered a frozen mocha with a soft top. I noticed she filled the entire cup with mocha and didn't have room for the soft top. So she ended up putting a the small dollop of soft top on top. We asked for more soft top because it was a small amount and a guy said that it would be extra and the standard serving is 2oz. This is our go to drink and we know how it's supposed to look and taste. It also ended up not being as frozen as well. read more

My wife and I both find the medium vanilla lattes quite bland, with a weak (watery) coffee flavor, and with little flavor of vanilla. Service is good, nothing to complain about there, and the drive through experience is okay. Can't really comment on the sit-down ambiance, though overall this place gives the impression of a fast-food experience. read more

I decided to try Dutch Bros because of its great location. There was a long drive thru line so I parked and walked up to the outside window (there is no lobby). I'm not a coffee drinker but love chai tea so I ordered that. I then stood there while all the cars in the drive thru got their orders so I should have just waited in the drive thru. When I got my tea it was so hot that even putting it in a second didn't help at all. I took the lid off to help it cool down and saw it was not even a full cup but about 3/4 full. When I could finally drink it, it was utterly awful!! It didn't taste ANYTHING like chai. It had no flavor whatsoever. Don't bother going there for chai at least. read more

Been waiting for the one on South Shore to open. But happened to be by the one in west League City so gave it a try. Staff are nice but as others pointed out their format is different. The menu is steered towards "candy coffee" and not as expresso flavorful as Starbucks or local coffee shops. But if that's what you like it maybe a good fit for you. Cheif complaint is the drive through wait is very, very long and we went during an off peak time. They have one barista at each window - Walk up and drive through. So they don't have a chance to even start on your drinks until you reach the window. Not their fault because the store is barely staffed. read more

Not worth going to this location because of the ridiculously long wait times. Coffee is good but having just one person take orders outside in the sun is just impolite to your employees. And having the baristas inside try to make orders for 20+ vehicles outside with only two people is crazy. It's not the employees fault here they do the best they can. ordered a white chocolate mocha with normal 2% milk (because im aware they make their white chocolate mochas with chocolate milk). at the window we asked if it was made with chocolate milk to which the employee at the window asked the person who made the drink if it was. to which that employee replied with an attitude that it was not & that "that's the color of the coffee".. i've ordered plenty of white chocolate mochas & they never come this dark lol & it so obviously tastes like chocolate milk.. every time i order the same drink it comes different. my first white chocolate mocha i ordered came normally (with 2%) & even when i ask for it made with 2% i still get this. read more
