Fastest Starbucks! They are all so friendly and I feel the drinks just taste better. It's super clean and they get your order right.

With all the inflation that has happened over the last few years my question to management is what makes Starbucks Starbucks? Does it continue to stand out by delivering top quality that drove it's success over the past decade? I've ordered a few times over last several months and noticed a few things. The price, the hot lattes not filled to the top in a latte, and the skimping on the amount of whip cream. FIRE OLIVIANA!!!! The workers attitude towards costumers is honestly unacceptable. I ordered an iced pumpkin chai and a ham and swiss croissant online it said it would ready by 10:06 i got there at that time expecting to not have to wait too much. I went through the drive through and after i even said i had an online order the attitude immediately switched and got rude when i pulled up to the window olivana greeted me at the window with an attitude and rolled her eyes about me asking for a water. They told me to pull up front and my order would be brought to me soon. I wait another 30 minutes in front of the store before i drive through the drive through again and told my things were ready. I got everything and was on my way home when i realized my food was cold. i turned around and went back to the store and when brought up to oliviana she immediately rolled her eyes and said that i shouldn't have placed an online order then, but why do yall have online orders if i can't place them? and i came at the time the app said it would be ready by? she not only tried to blame me but was rude, impolite, disrespectful. Fast & simple Starbucks! No frills on the inside, but I enjoy having a Starbucks in Lago and the employees are kind.

I went to this Starbucks at 7708 Lohman Ford Rd A-101, Lago Vista. 1 512-267-1919 on 4/6 at 8:20am through the drive thru. I ordered a drink and drove 1/2 way home before I realized the drink order was wrong. This is no big deal to me. I just figured I'd turn around and just have them remake the drink order. Starbucks is SO GOOD at their customer service. When I arrived at the drive thru to request a remake of the order. I was shocked at the level of communication. No less than 5 times I was told it was "my mistake". Which honestly it wasn't...but even if it was -- I would imagine its infinitely easier and a better customer experience if the response was "no problem, let us remake that for you". I did not expect to be told 5 different times that "I" was the one who ordered my drink wrong and the STRANGEST response from Starbucks was this" "I GUESS THE WHOLE STORE HEARD IT WRONG, HUH". I actually had to tell the starbucks "barista" that she had no reason to be argumentative. Starbucks is up there with Disney, Amazon, and Lexus with their customer service. No stars ! The location would not correct my doordash take out order . They locked the front doors and would not help me. I then walked over to the take out window to try & get some help , & they turned the hot exhaust fan on my face . I called the corporate line & was told can't do nothing about it have a nice day. The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Here's why: I have lived in Lago Vista since 2020 and it seems like every year their Starbucks gets worse. The ambiance is terrible. It's always very loud, people camping at tables with their stuff thrown everywhere and not minding everyone around them. None of the employees have any idea what's going on, especially Faith, the employee who treats you like you're a toddler when she doesn't know how to do a basic refund. I have worked at a Starbucks in Cedar Park in previous years, and my manger there would have fired every single person working there for lack of everything. When you're waiting for your order, watch how slowly and inefficiently the place is run. Nobody has urgency to complete the task in front of them. As far as the food goes, I placed a mobile order at 9:45am for a pumpkin loaf and a parfait. I arrived at 10:10am expecting my order to have been ready for quite a while, and ended up waiting another 15 minutes for my loaf and yogurt to be ready. Please explain to me how it takes 40 minutes to warm a loaf and grab a yogurt from the fridge and throw it on the counter. Everyone in there seemed just as frustrated as me while waiting for their drinks and correcting the multiple incorrect drinks that were made in the span of 15 minutes I was waiting. First off, they were really busy, but the girl who took my order was extremely rude. They drowned my oatmeal and it tasted disgusting. Got my coffee wrong, ordered a Vanilla Iced coffee and it was just a black coffee no vanilla. Wouldn't re make the order and gave me vanilla and creamer to make it myself. It's very sad that this is the only coffee place in town. Very disappointed in them. read more

I'm very happy that we finally have a Starbucks in Lago! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. One day last week my coffee was not made to my exact expectations so I called to make a complaint. The manager was very professional and helpful. I went back the next days and they gave me the coffee (made to perfection ) free of charge. I love the convenience of stopping by at 6:30 and be on my way to work, coffee in hand, while facing the crazy traffic. The fact that I don't have to stop half way through my commute makes thins extra special. read more

Hands down the best Starbucks! I go here every morning and we are on a first name basis. It makes me feel so special when the employees know my order by heart and get it right every single time! After getting kolaches at Lago Donuts, it was easy to drive right on to Starbucks drive thru, the lady was clear and quick on the intercom and I got my coffee in record time! She even offered me a receipt but honestly hope I never have to show proof I bought a peppermint mocha lol read more
