It didn't take long to get seated or to order, but there was about a 30 minute wait to receive my order. This place has only been open a week so that's just one of those little kinks I'm sure they'll work out. I had chicken strips off the appetizer menu, mashed potatoes as a side and a margarita. The chicken strips were truly excellent. They weren't heavily breaded and were hot and fresh. The potatoes were also tasty - more like mashed baked potatoes than boiled. The margarita was, frankly, terrible. However, my server was determined to get it right and ended up making a good margarita and also comped it. That was really above and beyond and I appreciated it. I'm giving The Flip House 5 stars for delish fried chicken tenders and for a server who just refused to give up until everything was just right. She had a bunch of tables and never forgot a thing I asked for. The only wrinkle is a small parking lot. I didn't take the time to investigate other parking, but I will. I'm going back tomorrow! Update - I did go back with my grandson. I had the (yummy) chicken strips with fries and he had a cheeseburger. It was all very good. I don't usually eat a bunch of fries, but I did this time.
