This Starbucks opened a few months ago on July 2025. There used to be a smaller corner shop Starbucks in the same shopping center, but this bigger, roomier Starbucks opened to replace it. It was our first time stopping in and we loved it. I always love the chill vibe Starbucks brings and the cool decor. We'll be stopping by whenever we're in the area. The service was quick and even when the employee missed giving me my petite vanilla scone, she quickly rectified her shortcomings. The scone and drinks were on point as always. I'm glad this Starbucks opened. It's in the same shopping center as Target; two of my favorite places. read more

I've never had an issue with the staff at any location until today. I visited this location and was shocked by how unfriendly the baristas were, especially one who had the worst RBF and a rude attitude to match. I ordered the iced matcha with lavender cold foam, but apparently, it had already been made and was just sitting on the counter. I didn't hear my name called, so I didn't get up though I had been called for the first drink. When I asked the barista closest to me how much longer it would be, she snapped that it was already there. I explained that I didn't realize that was mine because I expected it to have a purple foam since it was supposed to be lavender cold foam. Before I could even finish, she cut me off and said, "That's it, it's purple on top," (it wasn't there was nothing purple and not even a inch of sweetness) and added that the drink itself isn't purple which I never claimed it should be. Honestly, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. If you're having a bad day, please don't take it out on customers. We didn't cause it, and we don't deserve the attitude. read more

I have never been to a starbucks where the baristas hated their job that much. They made our drinks wrong, charged me for the wrong frap then refunded it and later asked if i still wanted it and asked me to pay for it. Gave me a matcha with cold foam, where it was not visible, and said oh it sank to the bottom, ok i get it but we're on drink two now it's a mess. My hot matcha has no vanilla in it but i was charged for it. The black cold brew was made right though, hard to mess that up. The DTO member Ava had a runny nose and was wiping her visible snot on her hand and arm then handing us the drinks and was visibly upset because we didn't want a grande frap we wanted a tall. then proceeded to complain that they're understaffed and how rude the starbucks company is for making them do all of this work without more people. If I could leave negative stars I would, I have been to plenty of coffee shops and cafes in my lifetime, and getting your order wrong sometimes comes with the risk of eating out. Although, this my 5th time visiting this specific starbucks location since moving to lake elsinore, and they have CONSISTENTLY got my order wrong EVERY TIME. I tend to give more leeway to younger staff members who might be new to the job, but current staff looks muchh older, and should know how to do a basic job. Please get it together, or the fast food barista "career" is all you'll have going for you. read more

The 3 PM crew on 9/18/2025 has really disappointed me again. I'm not sure who the lead was at the time, but the baristas working from the cashier to the drive-through seemed disorganized and inattentive. I always order one of the simplest drinks on the menu, and every drink has a recipe to follow, yet it feels like they either don't follow it or don't take the time to get it right. On a previous visit, I waited nearly 30 minutes in the lobby just for my drink, and even then, it was made incorrectly. I truly want to enjoy my visits here, this is my local Starbucks, but the repeated mistakes make it really frustrating. I hope their store manager can address this by retraining the staff or improving how this shift is run. read more

I'm not a Karen, but this place made me feel like I understood every Karen now. We ordered 2 drinks, mobile ordering. Both were made wrong the first time, had to ask for them to be remade. Even the 2nd set of drinks were still off, but at least drinkable. A couple workers seemed nice in my brief interaction, the others, not so much. First time at this location, and it will be my last. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one who got this rude treatment. When you're paying over 12 bucks for 2 drinks I'd hope they'd be made the way we requested. Also the WiFi wasn't working, which we needed to study. So it was really a pointless visit. Just left us frustrated. Thumbs down all the way around. read more

Service was great always a clean location. I always come to this location during the day sit down set up laptop and then walk over to order my drink. Im sure this is a problem coming from higher up it's was just really weird I walked in sat down was having some trouble with my computer login and the one of the staff members walked over to me and let me know I need to order to sit here. I come in for a relaxed no pressure study area but feeling pressured to order as soon as I walk in is not for me. So remember to order as you walk in. read more

You would think it's a new location you'd get good customer service but Gaby made sure she did not deliver. Seems like she was doing everything possible to do the complete opposite. An awesome crew at this location and we always receive the friendliest most welcoming greetings whether inside or in the drive thru. They are always so professional and accommodating with our order special requests and puppaccinos even for our fur babies. Really exceptional customer service! They are always very busy at this location and despite the crowd, making drinks, their work continues cleaning the dining space or tidying their workspace Thanks, guys and gals for always starting our day with such great energy. I had the unfortunate experience of going to my newly opened Starbucks and I can say I am NEVER coming back. My matcha was not only BITTER but was grainy and powdery-- I have never had matcha this terrible. As a matcha drinker, I was extremely disappointed and while I am not Asian, I feel offended. Jeni the cashier didn't say hello to me way before she started to take my order. Definitely looked unhappy to work here to be honest! She doesn't have great customer service. I usually don't have any problems with this location. I come here 3-4 times a week and have never had any issues with this location or with any of the kind workers that work here until I came in today. Jeni should put a smile on her face! I ordered through my Starbucks app for a mobile pickup and it took FOREVER to get my drink. The barista, idk his name, tall blonde white guy with an earring, was way to busy talking to his friends that walked in to have any sense of urgency. Then when i got my drink it was missing an item, that i pay extra for. He proceeded to tell me "oh next time put extra mocha drizzle so you make sure to get it around your cup too and not just on top" i didn't even get any on top in the first place and secondly I've never, in the year that I've ordered this drink, ever had to put extra to get it around the cup. I've never really had issues with this location but this time really stuck a nerve. I love Starbucks so much that i will return but i didn't much appreciate the attitude and snooty attitude from the barista guy. read more

Worst customer service, and I've been to plenty of Starbucks locations. I never had to wait for a plain black coffee, the cashier's at other locations turn around and get it right away. I had to end up waiting for others to get there custom made drinks. I also ordered a banana bread not warmed up and had to wait for the whole store to bet the breakfast sandwich, the people who came in after me for there sandwich before I got my banana bread. I've seen busyer stores provide better service, cashier did not know what she was doing. Wish I could give negative rating. read more

The barista girl making the drinks had a terrible attitude and should not be working at Starbucks... Worst experience I've ever had at a starbucks. I always go to this starbucks and let me just say that when I order something they always call my name when my drink has been prepared. Today in other hand i didnt expect this from them. Today I wore my favorite t shirt that regarded A slogan saying.. "I stand with Trump" and they didnt call my name. And I was actually surprised because this was the second time Starbucks did this. They used to be great and made the best drinks than any other. Now.... Expect to wait 20-25 minutes for any mobile order.... And you may not receive your drinks all at once. They are always claiming the cups got out of order. So you may get one drink and another ten minutes apart. I would rather drive to another than wait FOREVER here. Mobile order is useless.... Since the whole point of it is to by pass waiting. Currently waiting for two drinks, one frap and one cold brew, and still waiting for a second after 22 minutes. read more
