I have been here several times and each time something made me uncomfortable about the service because it was not a welcoming atmosphere even when there were no other customers. Last time, there were so many employees (teenaged) behind the counter it was a giggle-fest. They were laughing loudly and whispering to each other (looking at me at times) instead of cleaning the counter, sweeping or finding something to do. So my girlfriend orders a 2 scoop Sunday for me, neither of us being kids, yet we're served with "kid scoops". Wth?! I'm 6' 2" tall ! There's NO WAY I'm "kid sized" in ANYTHING. I had not been inside a BR for 20-30 years Today I wanted to treat myself to a scoop of ice cream As I drove by the shopping center I decided why not stop and eat really good ice cream!! I was greeted by 2 very nice young ladies one was willing to serve me samples. I tired 3 flavors and loved the butter pecan and jamoca and couldn't choose just one so ordered a 2 scoop sundae!!! She topped it with hot fudge and whipped cream and asked twice if I wanted a cherry on top. It was absolutely delicious my mouth was so happy Ok now I have to go back and get some more as writing this review has given me such a craving yum yum High quality food and a good place to buy desserts at a reasonable price I think I paid $6.00 with the tax and tip included, worth every penny Ok bye for now going to scream for ice cream in my car read more

We come here when we are feeling like ice cream. They typically have everything in stock for all of the flavors. They even have bigger cartons of certain ice creams or they will make one for you. The staff is very friendly whenever we go and I love that they are patient with my speech delayed son and give him time to order. The store is typically clean and quiet. We are always greeted and helped in a timely manner. read more

We just opened my son's cotton candy ice cream, a double scoop, and after a few bites, he immediately freaked out as he watched a fly come crawling up to the surface. We immediately put the lid on it to return to the freezer, and will be in there to exchange it- not sure how it happened- it just seems unusual and definitely a first. We hardly come to Baskin-Robbins, but the kids enjoy it every time we do. They always have great customer service and will answer any question you have in regards to anything on their menu or while placing an order. The youngsters working the counter always have a smile on their face. read more

Mmmm I love me some Baskin Robins! Got a single scoop of my favorite, nutty coconut and my boyfriend got a mango/banana smoothie. Both absolutely amaziiiiiing The cashier was nice and offered samples of our choice when we walked in. After a tragic event in which we missed the ice cream truck in our neighborhood (he didn't go down all the streets!) we cruised out in the car and attempted to find him. We did not. However, we did end up at 31 Flavors, which was curiously not that busy...looked like lots of people were still eating dinner at restaurants next to it. The girl at the front greeted my son and I with a smile on her face, and mentioned some popular flavors inviting us to try anything we fancied. We both tried a few flavors, and the she provided us with decent sized samples to really get a grasp on what it tasted like. Sami offered quick, friendly service, and provided personal recommendations on what to try adding a personal touch and elevated level of professionalism which was very welcome in a sea of a younger generation which does not cater to the urgency of customer satisfaction or overall experience. Called first thing in the morning hoping to get a cake made for my husbands birthday. It took me calling 3 times before anyone answered. I then asked the employee if there was anyway they could make a cake same day, since they would be closed the following day for Thanksgiving. Her response "no, we need 24 hours notice". She was so short and completely unwilling to help. Thankfully I called the Menifee location right after and they were more than happy to get the cake made same day. read more

The girl Cynthia who made our shakes was rude. We tried to give her the change due on the total but she wouldn't accept it and said she had already put the $20 in to the computer system and handed back a big handful of change instead of taking a few pennies and handing back a one. By the time I got to my car I also realized how absolutely watery she had made the shake. Ended up going back in and another employee gladly remade my shake much better. read more

We love baskin Robbins and the staff there is fantastic however , we bought 2 sundaes with 2 scoops of ice cream each and the scoops were smaller then a kids scoop just bigger then a melon scooper , I thought the girl was joking around and I asked numerous times and then I thought I was on camera on a practice joke show ? No joke we put both scoops in the mini plastic cup they have for water just to see and there was room left over. I think that is ridiculous since you are paying $4.60 per sundae. Again we are big fans of baskin Robbins but I think that the prices are way to high for what you get. Excellent customer service. I think the employees do a nice job multi-tasking and managing the crowds. Let's be real all of you people complaining about the lines- it's ice cream, you wait in line. It's not instant gratification. Are you this cranky in the Starbucks line? Settle down and enjoy your two scoops or whatever you're ordering. Your order doesn't pay the payroll for 10 employees to zip you through the line so you can chow down on your splurge because you're too impatient to wait. Seriously, settle down! The team does a nice job; they're friendly and do the best they can to manage your late-night cravings! If every scoop to check out takes 1-2min, you do the math with everyone in line. Ok so in the 10 years I've been living in canyon hills, I have never been in this Store, but on last Monday I decided to take my boys and buy some ice cream, and what was my surprise!! The girl that served me was super super rude to my boys and me. Rolling her eyes at me, getting upset because she heard a different flavor of ice cream that my son wanted and I corrected her, she replied with a big o "WHAT". Ignore my kids request for a waffle cone, and to top it off when it was time to pay I ask to add a peanut Butter cup, I kid you not her nostrils flare up. And when she "handed"the cup to me She literally throws it on the countertop, I even tried to reach for the spoon but she dropped it on the counter top as well completely ignoring my gesture. I really tried to ignore her dam actitud, said thanks to her but she just turned around. So as we were walking out my kids ask why was she so mean? I said she was angry for not fucking reason making sure she heard me. I will never go back to that place.
