I've always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it's been frequented by us. They're usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register. It's the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you'll like this location, if you're not a fan don't expect anything different or newly exciting. The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn't have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn't even charge me! It's a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it'd just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that's not really in their control. read more

Yesterday barista was rude and unprofessional I order an ice venti triple espresso with milk poured to the top. I emphasized that I'll pay re 99 cents to have the milk poured to the top at the counter when ordering when I received the coffee the barista refused to pour any milk other than a splash as she kept repeating their standard to pour only a splash of milk glad this is not the only option in town Sad that the biz and employees could care less read more

My favorite Starbucks due to the bright light barista named Kimberly or Kimmy. Friendly, warm, enthusiastic, efficient. I screwed up my own order by forgetting to say "iced" on my latte and she didn't bat an eye to remake it, explained why she couldn't just throw it on ice, and then gave me the hot one to try since it would be thrown out anyway. She made many more sales with that, as surprisingly I loved it hot! They are very good about speeding you thru the line, too! read more

This is one the most efficient locations I have visited. I always use my mobile order feature but they always pay attention to the small details and my order is always correct! Even when my dog isn't with me they give me a pup cup for him! Keep up the great work! read more

The Starbucks is actually the most amazing Starbucks I have ever been to, they get your drink right every time. Everybody is extremely nice, I have yet to have a bad drink. I know they've only been open for a short while, however they are phenomenal. They deserve more than five stars, stay away from Lake Miriam Starbucks.Lake Miriam Starbucks has the worst wait time and the worst drinks, and today I experienced the worst drive-through employee customer experience. I don't know if I'm allowed to say names other than the managers however the woman I dealt with today was extremely rude, her name is Shay and she was talking on her mic in front of me saying things she should not have said in front of me to the person who made my drink improperly I might add. I am totally disgusted with the store I don't want to give it even one star I am referring to lake Miriam. I will stick with my new favorite store actually the only Starbuck's and Lakeland that I've ever referred to as the best, you will not be disappointed with the store. It's quick and they get your order right every time and so nice, my experience with Maddy and with Kristen and the gentlemanI dealt with today his name begins with a J I wish I would have got his name however his tag was a little messy probably from working really hard. Definitely taking back the 5 stars I gave this place. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do not go here. I went here almost every day or every other day for awhile now and was actually excited because this Starbucks seemed over the top amazing but no no no the manager named "Madison" here does not need to work here. I spent over 30$ plus my 250 Starbucks stars that I EARNED using MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON. My food was disgusting and tasted old. My drinks were unacceptable and so Instead of being a real manager she continued to go in circles and tried to turn it around on me and make it my fault that their was nothing wrong with the food. Instead of refunding me the full amount after hundreds of dollars I spent on Starbucks. I only ended up getting 2-4 items of food back and for my drinks to be the same. I can't praise this Starbucks enough!! Literally the sweetest crew I've ever seen. Every time I go in they're super friendly and make me feel right at home. They always do their best to assist the customers and make them feel cared for. Not to mention they're super fast as well! I've never waited more than a minute or two for my drink, and even if things take a little longer than expected they quickly communicate with the customers on their wait time. Just super impressed overall! I feel lucky to have this location so close to my house, I just love and appreciate the atmosphere so much. Thank you guys for being amazing! read more
