No one talked to us again so we left and got brunch at another nearby establishment. I still hadn't had any coffee later that afternoon so I stopped by to try an easier scenario, and I had an excellent iced drink called Absolutely Alice. Perfect sweetness level for me; I like it sweet while still being able to get coffee flavor out of it. So I would definitely return for a coffee. The corners of the building that are meant to be associated with the coffee shop part of the business are nice; lots of plants and homey touches. They do sell a dozen empanadas frozen so I might have to do that for when I get cravings and they aren't open. I also had to try a bunch of their spring special drinks, they all sounded so tasty. I love fruity flavored drinks so I tried the white chocolate berry chai, banana berry horchata, lavender latte and a mocha.
